Jobless at age 55, divorced, no kids and all I have to answer is a peice of paper that says I graduated from a city college. where did I go wrong?

I have 2 children who i have 4 nights a week . the last 2 pior years i had then everyday except for friday nights. Last year my ex stated she wanted to spend more time with them so i let. Her thinking maybe she missed her kids . boy i was wrong. She. Filed for chikd support this year and FULL custody ! so now im. Fightimg proving that ive always had my kids and i was the one supporting them with everythimg for years . they are 7 and 12 yrs old. Right after she fiild she quit her job of ten yrs. Then got pregnant by someone. Then 4 months after her new baby she is having another due any day. We had out pre trial and she wants 850. A month and me getting my kids ive had for 10 days a month ! How can i fight this should i refuse the offer or fight this

My court documents state my ex is supposed to pick our child up from school on Fridays and drop him off on Sundays at my house the weekends he has him. I am moving 30 minutes away And he is stating he doesn't have to BC im moving. Am I wrong in saying that he is responsible for bringing him to me, BC that's,what's the papers say!?

After I got married, I started slacking on going to the gym. I still went, and I'm still fit, but metabolism slowing in my mid-30s combined with working out less often has resulted in my 6-pack getting covered. I'm not flabby yet, but I'm headed there, and I don't like it. I decided to step up my workouts and making them a priority. Problem is, my wife is pregnant, and I got a new job that requires me to work a 4-10 schedule (4 10 hour days, Fridays are off). My wife will take a 6 month leave of absence from work, and will then be going back 30 hours per week, working from home, and we will look into daycare options then. So my Monday - Thursday schedule will be crazy. Including a 30 minute commute and going to the gym, I will be gone for a good 14 hours each day. I can go to the gym either before or after work, but either way, I will be gone for 14 hours. My wife is resisting this, which I think is selfish. She needs to learn to pull her weight and not to be such a mooch. I work hard, so I deserve to be in shape. I will be off on Fridays, so that should help out my wife a lot. She will be able to go to the gym too durin the day, as she has help from her mom

My husband was diagnosed with ADHD over five years ago. He is not taking meds, but goes to biofeedback 2 to 3x a month. Last night, just before I had to leave the kitchen, I told him to make sure our son just stays at the dinner table for another 10 minutes because he has to get ready for bed; it was late. My husband flat out said he doesn't want to have sex anymore. He said his job has physically drained him to the point where he doesn't want anything sexual anymore and all he wants to do is sleep. So I was pro choice before my abortion and thought what's the big deal if another woman I don't know gets an abortion it's her life well that changed when I got one myself now I'm touched by any subject on abortion debates online and sometimes really do regret my abortion. For instance my boyfriend didn't want it and I just signed up for college I was working minimum wage at BJ's on the weekends and his mom was the only one who gave me support to keep it but she wasn't the one who got me pregnant. My mom was against me keeping it she herself has had multiple abortions with my Dad to her it's normal . To me I thought it would be but now 1 year later I still grieve over the loss child and wat could of been. I know this wouldn't be possible if I'd had the baby . Some days I feel like these accomplishments are not enough other days I feel more logical . The baby's father told me to abort it. Guy cheats on his wife for 2-3 years, he gets caught by his wife. Her family and herself threaten him, almost leave him. They forgive and let him stay. A few years later, he calls up the same woman he already got caught with...claims he's not leaving his wife, but wants to start up again in a bigger better way. Why would a guy do that? Shouldn't he just find someone he wasn't caught with and get what he wants/needs elsewhere?

My husband filed for divorce. I'm not at all surprised and saw it coming. Had he not filed I would have. This event happened about a week ago. Since then, I've been unable to feel anything. I feel absolutely no emotions just completely numb. I can't cry, I don't want to speak, I'm very tired, I'm not eating a lot. I literally feel no emotion I'm completely numb. Okay so lately my wife has been giving me the cold shoulder and acting genuinely disinterested in talking to me. A perfect example of this is yesterday when I came back from the mechanic. I go into our bedroom where she's playing some game on her laptop and I say "Hey baby.How was your day?" and she gives a small sigh and goes "Oh...hi. Fine I guess?" in a disinterested tone. She didn't used to be like that. When we first got together, she couldn't get enough of calling me all night just to hear my voice. Now? She acts like I'm some accessory she's forced to drag along. Well i grew up watching lots of movies and TV anime comics manga and they always romanticize love boy meets girl who is his next door neighbor or lives across the street or they meet at school become best friends when they are very young they become a couple get married or some circumstance event brings the two together they go on some adventure have to overcome some obstacles and then get married in the end thats usually how the plot in those things go well my life isn't like that at all i didn't get married until i was around 32. I went to Vietnam in some rural farm country area to visit my relatives and that is where i met my wife who was their neighbors daughter who's 19 dated for a couple of months and decided to get married because i felt like time was running out for me i felt like i needed to get married have a wife children and family soon before i get too old and i won't have another chance or opportunity and didn't want to put in the work time or effort of finding another woman and she was beautiful and a decent girl so yah i feel like i settled -_- What about how you met your wife or husband was it anything like in the movies or TV novels books comics you read or watched or was it completely different because mine sure wasn't like that at all

Childsupport question. My kids father filled to modify his childsupport. He claims he is paying $143 a month in childsupport for his non joint kid who is now 19. Since its only back childsupport and not current when he modifies it will they consider that amount in the calculation. This is Minnesota.

I started to lust for one of my husbands friends. I wasn't even attracted to him for the first few years, now I cant stop wanting him, seeing him wonder how he looks, he and his wife aren't happy, I know I could make him much better man than his wife does.

I caught hubby sexting his co worker over a year ago. Not only was he sexting her but he was telling her he loved her and wanted to be with her.
