I'm currently military but will be out in less than a year, so im unlikely to be deployed anytime soon, I get off by 5 pm every day as my unit allows me to leave on time to pick my daughter up even if everyone else is staying. She's currently 4, so in day care which her dad and i split costs of 50/50. He is trying to take full custody and move cross country with her. I know OK is technically a mom state, but idk how that will work out being military even if it is only for 10 more months. Her dad does work full time but minimum wage and hours and unregular and also lives with his girlfriend and her 2 kids so my daughter has to share a room with the other girl. With me she has her own room and full master bath. idk what all they consider when it comes to this stuff...

my son's dad has to work wed...his GF was going to babysit my son on Wed. She asked my 8 yr old if he would like to go with her and her two boys to a theme park which is an hour away out of state. No one even asked me if it was ok. I have placement and court order states that if either parent wants to take him out of state, there has to be a written notarized consent from that parent agreeing to such. Now my son is upset that I wont let him go..what do you think of this?

I was curious as to why some straight people claim there orientation is just like being White or Asian or Middle Eastern etc. Some heterosexuals I know claim they are "born that way" but claim everybody else chooses who they like which is not true if others "choose" to be something does that mean "heterosexuality is a CHOICE"? My brother and I were heading to the store just to buy some midnight food. I said no to one thing and he goes on ahead, ditches me. I didn't think he would pull something like that. i'm at the register and he pops up saying he's walking home, he didn't get anything he wanted and didn't want to wait for me. He has never ever done that before. he must have walked around the store until he saw me at the register, he really made me feel he wasn't there. I came home alone thinking what kind of brother does that? I kept thinking every other minute what he had done and it disturbs me. If I confront him about it, he won't even understand, he wavers it like it's nothing, he doesn't consider how i feel sometimes, like my entire family does, no one talks to me like a normal conversation; that kinda sucks doesn't? very depressing night, i start to get these bad feelings, being spiteful, feeling anger, feeling unfair and mistreated. what makes it okay to treat others without consideration? it hurts a lot, it hurts so much that I get left with the cart he pulls in, literally feel like a joke. it makes me unhappy, terribly unhappy. Been together for 3 years and she is becoming a big problem over the last year and a half. I could write so much on all her issue but have enough room to focus on one. She has a stubborn problem. Whenever we get into an argument (which both of us are at fault on because both of us do something to make the other mad), she gives me silent treatment, and has never made an effort to fix the argument and let go of her stubborness. She is too concerned about herself being right and her being stubborn to let go and fight for me, she wants to point out all the stuff Ive done without considering the fact shes never tried to work anything out. Im tired of her games and silent treatment. She also watches tv shows when shes mad at me that she knows I hate where girls have sex with guys just to make me mad. At first it seemed like a normal civilised conversation, but then she sent me a pic of a valentines present that I gave her almost 4 years ago, then she said 'I never knew how weird it could be to go from talking and seeing someone all the time to not talking at all' she also said that she drives past my house on the way to work but she she never sees me. I do miss her but I was confused as to why she said this now, then she went on to say 'I wonder how things would be for us now if we had never broke up'. She also asked if I had met anyone, I just told her that i do miss the way things used to be between us but I wasn't focused on relationships at this time as I am working on my career. I knew that she had moved on many years ago so I don't understand why she said all this to me now. After that she said 'I hope you find someone that makes you happy because you deserve it❤️' I was quite shocked that she said that but I just said the same back. At the end of this convo, she said goodnight and told me to 'stay in touch'. The next morning she messaged me to say 'good morning, hope you have a great day'. A few days after I messaged her first but she didn't seem very talkative with me, why is she so confusing?

I went to my male best friend house for a party as his wife and kids were on a overseas trip to visit his wife's family. When we reached there around 7pm, there were many other guys and gals there already and we were late. I played this drinking game with my 2 female best friends and 5 other guys. Guy cheats on his wife for 2-3 years, he gets caught by his wife. Her family and herself threaten him, almost leave him. They forgive and let him stay. A few years later, he calls up the same woman he already got caught with...claims he's not leaving his wife, but wants to start up again in a bigger better way. Why would a guy do that? Shouldn't he just find someone he wasn't caught with and get what he wants/needs elsewhere?
