Won custody of our son last April then found out I was pregnant. My ex is the type to stir up problems just for fun. He knows the baby isn't his and just wants to make me suffer. I had to leave him to get out of the bad situation he had me in and am being forced to remain married because he won't follow through and handle things on his end, meanwhile watching him hop from woman to woman. I just want to be free and need to know how to speed up this process and what I can do to protect my daughter and get her social security number and birth certificate. He has caused so much trauma on my life and finds it hilarious. He does these kinds of things to every woman he meets. I have been nothing but civil and accept responsibility for getting pregnant. We have asked nothing of my ex although he is threatening to demand custody of my daughter and posting on Facebook that since we are married still, he is having a baby and laughing about it. We have obtained a court admissible paternity test for ourselves to prove our allegations are true and are just looking to remedy this situation and move on from this man. I provide a healthy relationship between my ex and our son. It's not my son's fault. I won't deny him his father no matter how insane and cruel he is, but I have a right to my life as well.

We have a custody agreement where i have custody and her gets her every other weekend. She wants to see her dad but his girlfriend and kids are always starting crap with her. She does not want to have to be around them. They can be very harsh. They told her that her dad wouldn't care if she was dead in the dirt, that it was her fault her dogs died because she didn't take them in divorce, and other things of this nature. Is there anything I can do to where maybe her dad can see her but away from them or is she stuck having to deal with this? I have talked to my ex before and his reply was so what and he gets defensive. He will not stand up for her like he should. There is no talking to the g/f as she is just a crap starter and it makes things worse. This is a last resort to see if legally I can do anything. She says they constantly fight and the girlfriend will not stay out of things between me, him and our child he has to tell her exactly what was said when we talk/meet or listens in to his calls with her and directs him on what to say. I have a boyfriend as well and we do not have these issues so I don't think it is the dad has a new girlfriend blues. She is just tired of the way it is going there and I can't say I blame her. Something needs to be done. My daughter is too scared to talk to him about it because he will tell her then she will be ugly to her about it. I just don't know what to do. Help!

My ex wife and I have two kiddos (6 and 10) we get along great actually. Since we have split I wanted basically 50-50. I didn t try because it would have been a fight and didn t want to ruin the friendship we had and have the kids see us like that. However now she is working one week mornings and home by 2pm and the other week she starts at 4pm and works until 2am so she isn t home with them. They stay with her bf who is a great guy and we get along also. I tell her I m home in the evenings the week that she works nights and all she says is she doesn t want to change it. I want more time with my children and I see it as she s not there anyways every other week so it seems like a good idea. We live close to each other so the school is no problem too. Any thoughts?

I was married 2 years and it just didn't work out. I bounced from relationship to relationship after but never found one i was happy in. My ex however found someone else and has been with her for 6 years now. It took me a while to get over my bitterness because my ex and I share a child together, so it took a long time to let go. Anyways, I'm generally civil with the ex's new wife, we've had bad run ins but generally I've been trying to be mature. Except lately, when I logged onto facebook, I check hers out of habit moreso than curiosity, but it turns out her and my ex are getting ready to go to GREECE! Which is the same place my ex and I had our honeymoon! Is this weird?! When I asked my ex about it he said he enjoyed the place and wanted his wife to experience it, and that I wasn't even a thought when they decided to book it. Basically he's saying their decision to go had nothing to do with me. But I also found out they're staying in the same hotel as we did, too! Is my ex not over me or is his wife insecure or what?

My Husband & I have been together 8 years. He was single for a few years when I met him, but before that, he was married to a very miserable woman. My husband had a biological child with her who we have full custody. We finally saved up enough to go on an anniversary vacation together for the first time, & we picked Jamaica because I ve always wanted to go there & we found a very affordable groupon package. My Husband at first was hesitant because that s the place him & his ex had their honeymoon. But since he was always miserable with her, I never worried he would reminisce or miss anything about her while there. He told me he d love to go back to actually enjoy it this time, because last time they spent their whole trip fighting because he caught her cheating. It didn t feel weird to me, so we picked a hotel on the other side of the island &booked it. Word got back 2 the ex via stepson that we re going & she FLIPPED. She claims that my Husband still loves her & cant get over her since he s trying so hard to recreate what they had, & that I m a pathetic downgrade from her...& that that was THEIR place together. It seems silly to me to avoid a place I ve always wanted to go to just because the ex wife went there first. Why do some ex wives think everything the new wife does is about them? She won t even be an afterthought while we re there. Why is this making her so mad anyways? She hasn t be there in over 10 years!

I studied music in university and she studied engineering. As of now, she earns more than I do. She talks as if she is superior to me because she studied a technical and demanding subject and is also more intelligent than I am. I got really wounded for the way she shinks of me. It really hurts and sometimes I feel embarrassed. She also says that she earns more than I do and so our marriage will not work out as she will be the hard earning member. I feel very sad after this incident. It makes me feel very low of myself. Are all women into a guy's education, status, and money.

I m moving to the U.K. To start a family with him and I d like some one on one time out romancing with him before that happens. We planned to get a hotel in the middle of town, my first week there and go pub crawling and do what couples do in a hotel room. Well, the other day he told me he invited his sister because she likes a lot of the pubs in town. Just last week he said he wanted to take me to his favorite amusement park. He went on and on about his favorite rides only to remember I m not a fan of big scary rides, so he said that we ll just bring his sister to ride the rides with him and while they re doing that. I can ride some other rides. Then, he said he wanted to take me to London to do all the stuff that neither of us go to see the last time we were in London (we didn t go together), but he says that should be the first trip we make because he, I and HIS SISTER, have all been there and we know the place a bit more than the places none of us have been to. One of the bigger issues though is that I ve always wanted to go to Bath, naturally he promised he d take me one day. Then said that we should invite his sister because she has passed through but never had the chance to just go there, as much as she wants to. I don t know what to say or do. As far as I know his sister is coming with us everywhere except for the pub crawling thing that we got in a fight over. I like his sister, honestly, but I just want some us time that isn t bedroom exclusive. Help?

Once the decision has been made to get a divorce. How soon should we tell our kids? We are certainly doing it but have not told them yet. Also where should we break the news, at home, a resataurant?

My wife has been extremely moody and upset for the past week. I think it has to do with having to work late so much lately. Since I haven't getting out of work until after 6, she has taken over picking up the kids and I don't think she's quite adjusted to the new schedule yet. The past couple of days, she has been disappearing to the restroom more than usual and coming out with puffy, red eyes. I asked her if was she was crying and why, and she said she's just tried. I honestly believe she's pregnant again, but she started her period not too long ago. This is exactly how she was when she was pregnant with our daughter, mood wise anyway. Only difference is her morning coffee isn't making nauseous like it did with both of our children. At one point, she was so mad at me for something she hung up on me and threw her phone across the room. She's tried everything to get it to work, which it did for a couple of days, but now it's stopped working completely. I thought about stopping on my way home to get her phone, but I don't want to risk setting her off again. Most people would think that your wife not talking is a good thing. It's been a week, and she's still not really talking to me. She answers if I ask her a question, but it's just one word and simple answers. She's said the she's done—whatever that means. She's not going to say anything or ask anything anymore. Now she only takes care of the kids, and that's it. Nothing more! If you're going to answer marriage counseling or couple's therapy, then save it. She's never been this angry before. This is the first time. I just don't know what I could have possibly done to make her so upset. And I think a lot of the anger is with herself from breaking her phone, which is why I thought of stopping on the way home. But 1) I don't know what she would want (she likes to comparison shop based on the specs), and 2) I don't want to risk upsetting her more by getting the wrong one.

My husband is a truck driver and has always been one. I recently decided to try to get into freight brokering since he and I plan to start our own trucking business in the future. I was called in for my 2nd interview this morning. Last week- the manager explained everything during my interview (how his co, which is a major corp works, etc). Instead of listening to me talk about the job tasks and what the man said, my husband cut me off and began telling me WHAT HE KNOWS (he does not work for this co and never has). I now forget what the hiring manager told me, since my husband won't SHUT UP about his experience, what I will be doing, etc (in his opinion of course), What is his problem?

Husband and I have been married a little over a year and have been together for 3 years. We're both 20. I have some crazy baby fever and he has a little. We're planning on waiting till we're at least 21, but I just want one now. Am I crazy?!

My wife always call me on the phone (we both have iPhones) or texts me.. or I call her when she doesn't call me all day at work. We have three children together.. I work in paving/concrete finisher etc.. recently I started to FaceTime her to see what she does all day and she says that I get annoying calling her every hour. I want to know if she's cheating on me or taking another guy home or maybe going other places. She's a stay at home mom so I think she has plenty of time for that. I mean, she can just get a babysitter and leave the kids and go with someone or go have fun somewhere else. When I FaceTime her, she declines the calls and when I ask her why she didn't answer she says leave me alone! And hangs up on me. No, she has never cheat d but since her sis does it anything can happen.. she also wants to get a job when I'm getting paid really good.. the job she was offers pays 17/hr but she doesn't understand that it won't look good on my taxes and the baby is only a month old. If she works, she will be neglecting the kids. How do I get her to respect me?
