We both live with parents, but I am moving into an apartment by myself in a month. I am excited for the independence it will bring. I am doubting my relationship with my boyfriend. I have an urge to start a fresh life when I move out, and think if I was single and had my own place I would be able to have a good dating and social life. I kind of want to be single and date around because I suspect I might be happier with someone else. My bf has been disrespectful (made mean comments showing a dislike for me), unsupportive (didn't help me when I called him when getting a flat tire), he drinks a lot and both parents are alcoholics, is not as close or affectionate as I would like to have a partner be sometimes, and for some reason I feel a nervous tension around him as he can be awkward and tense for no reason. I am just wondering if I could be happier with someone else, or if everyone has issues I need to deal with in relationships, and it doesn't matter who I date. |

However when I said 'bye, see ya!' to my coworkers one night, he was standing right there, IMMEDIATELY stopped what he was doing and questioned me. He hurried over to me as I was starting to walk away and said Tina, wait, TINA! You mean...you don t mean bye as in, you're leaving us....you ll be back, right? I was taken aback a little at how dramatic he was being lol, and he was not even able to control his shock. So when I got there I greeted my friends. I saw some of my teachers there too, to supervise the dance. While I wad just having a good time dancing with my friends, I could sense someone staring at me. So I looked in the direction where I saw from the corner of my eye that my teacher was staring at me. He was just sitting down while the other teachers were talking and staing at me. He also sometimes does this in class. Sometimes if I'm reading in class out loud and miss pronounce a word he'll chuckle a little bit, he knows I don't take offense to this so I laugh it off with him. I know that he has a girlfriend so that's pretty weird. He's pretty young and attractive but I know better not to flirt with him or anything like that. He's very work-focused and when he's focused on something that's all he thinks about. On occasion he'll disappear for a few days if things between us get too heavy (clingy or a little drama), or if he's busy. He enjoys being along once in a while which I completely understand. In the past I'll give space and he'll come back and everything is fine. This time, it's been a week. The other night when I went out he texted "be safe" but other than generic "so tired" Snapchats, nothing. I just wonder, do I give space because this may likely be what he needs while he's busy with work and such or should I initiate contact and check how he's going? |

I've known her for a couple of years and she hasn't dated anyone but she has had one very strong crush in the time. Weird thing about her is that she has the numbers of tons of f-able guys on her phone and a bunch of nudes from them but I've only seen her send one nude to one guy after he sent a whole album. Also, she doesn't act like most of the girls in my squad when it comes to dating and romance. She hates romance, sweet guys, etc. She only likes insanely smart and psychopathic guys (Christian Grey is a favorite). She also hates val. day, xmas, celebrating anniversaries/b-days and such stuff and is usually in a flirtationship for potential sex. One last thing. She says she doesn't do emotions (meaning that the guy should under no circumstance fall for her) and she doesn't do relationships. All these sign would make a guy a player but can a girl be a player too? |

I gave him a hug. He hesitated and debated weither or not he wanted to hug me. He finally got up. I hugged him and than he put his hand on the back of my head and it stayed there for 20 seconds. He's a lil older but I'm twenty four- I'm an adult. Do men do that to people they just met. Does he see me as a kid? That has never happened to me before. What does that mean? |
