I can be a huge jerk and say whatever I want and suffer no consequence but when I have friends there's like expectations, like if I get a black friend I can't say niigger when he's on. But sometimes when I'm just trying to troll and be as big of a jerk as possible and be super offensive it back fires cause some people think it's funny or they agree with me, then they tell me to add them, and they invite me to their lobbies. I have over 70 people on my friend's list and I made an account just to troll and be an a*shole. How do I stop making friends? I hate making friends and getting compliments from ppl online. Anyway I can make less friends? |

My class also did a science experiment on this a while back, and the results were that short people can jump really far. Is this true? (My little tiny Asian friend can jump really high and far... Posted: 10 Feb 2017 02:09 PM PST I had 3 main friends who I really loved, lately, Riley hasn't been hanging around me outside of schools, Haley has basically stopped talking to me, and Keira apparently put in on her New Years Resolutions to stop being my friend. When they make plans they'll say "So my you and Bri- I mean Haley will go" and exclude me. Riley mostly stands up for me but I'm mostly sad. I can't make new friends, I'm not very good at it and my everyone knows me as one of the girls in my friend group. My brother is shipping out soon, and he's been mean lately. Keira says "Go away" just in the middle of conversations she just orders me to leave, and so I just walk away and wait for someone to say you can't just say go away. My brother said the same thing to me and I went upstairs ad broke into tears. My health class is doing a unit on depressions and I'm identifying with some of the symptoms. They've done a ton on what to do if you think or know someone's depressed but nothing on if you are. I don't know what to so, or if to tell my parents or how. Should I talk to my guidance counselor? I've never really even considered suicide, or hurt myself, but I just cry all the time. |

Karen emailed him back an extremely rude reply. So, I scolded her in person for being extremely rude to Noah and then I emailed her telling her that her response was extremely rude & stressed in that email that those things really did need to be corrected. Today, she emailed me back apologizing and explained that she overlooked those things because she was taking too much time on a project that was very simple. Immediately after I read it, I responded, "I am not the one you need to apologize to! Time has not been an issue!" Was I invalidating Karen's explanation? |

Bob is a great guy and we all love him dearly. He is a good friend to all of us. In the employee break room, we talk about a lot of different things and sometimes we talk about sex. Like who is sleeping with who, what guy is hot or sexy. We would like Bob to join in our conversation but he told us he will not even acknowledge that people have sex because he is afraid of getting fired for sexual harassment. He very much enjoys hearing us talk however. We sometimes meet after work and them Bob will talk about his girlfriend, dating, and sex. Some of us are afraid we might be sexually harassing Bob. Can women sexually harass a man? It just does not seem fair that Bob can not talk to us about the same things we gals talk about. Do you think he is fearful for no reason? I'm a sophomore in high school (I live in this small new jersey town and if you live in new jersey you know the small towns are majorly closed minded). Anyways....the group of people are in 8th grade and it's mostly these annoying immature guys who make racist, anti Semitic jokes all the time (I'm jewish but they don't know). I have a good amount of friends during the school day and I'm sort of popular but on the bus I just get so anxious and I sit alone and don't talk to anyone. I'm embarrassed to say anything to anyone because these people are in middle school and I'm in 10th grade. The guys are much taller than me (i'm 5'2) and at first it started with one of them sitting with me and making "conversation". But I could tell it was a joke to him because he kept talking all weird and asking questions like "yo can I get those digits?" "Wanna sleepover". I kind of ignored him and barely talked to him. Now he always says hi and I try to ignore him as best I can. But today they started talking among themselves (and some other friends who are girls) and I heard them calling me an ugly ***** and a skank. :( what do I do? I'm so scared to say anything. |

Ok so I cheer and there is this guy who likes me (I don't like him back he's kind of creepy) he always shows up to the games and tries to talk to me and it makes me uncomfortable. Anyways one night invited my guy friend up to my school and he did and we got dinner at the dining hall. We are not a thing I like him but he just thinks of me as a good friend and that's perfectly fine with me. Anyways that kid tried talking to me and my guy friend could tell I was uncomfortable so he said hey maddie you ready to get food? I said yeah of course! We then got food and before we could sit down the kid came up and asked my friend if he could smell the banana cream pie they were serving and he said yes. He leaned to smell the pie and splatted my friend's face right into the pie. He wasn't nice about it either. He really pushed his face and then slammed the pie tin on his hair. My friend just stood there covered in pie all over his face and beard. I said aww I'm so sorry that was so mean are you ok and gave him a hug. He said he's ok just a mess. I grabbed some napkins and wipe the pie off his face. He's still upset though and the guy won't apologize and on top of it called my guy friend fat (he's not) and ugly (not true at all) he asked me why I wouldn't like a pig as supposed to a well groomed guy. I just walked away with my friend. He's still upset though should I tell someone? |

The kids are lazy and never shovle her snow. The neigbor is also very lazy but there are some things like snow shovling that she really can't do. Since 2000 when I moved next door I've alwsys shovled her snow but reccently I found out that my neigbor has been calling peopel saying I am lazy for simply shovling a path and not the entire driveway. The path I shovle is perectly fine but she wants her kids to be able to come here with ease (she doenst ask the them to shovel). I have been told by her best friend to not shovel snow because she is always bat mouthing me. Today it snowed and I'm not shoveling her snow. My brother who lives with me feels bad and wants to do it. I am torn. On one hand she is elderly and can't do it herself. On the other hand she can get a free city service to do it (we've told her but she declines) and plus she is really unappreciative. What would you do? Please know that the daughters are not helpful to their mother but at the same time there are many things she can do but chooses not to. What would you do thanks? |

I'd my driving license since last year but guess what after the driving test class i never had the chance to drive. At first i really thought that i don't have to burden my family to send me to school anymore since i already had my driving license. but months by months, my parents never allow me to drive to anywhere. even when it came to desperate times, they also never allow me to do so. sometimes my family quarreled just because everyone is busy and got no time to fetch me from school. i ever asked for their permissions to give me driving to school properly, but ended up they scolded me. i don't know what they actually want me. sometimes i've to burden my friends to send me home just because there's no one wanted to fetch me from school due to their busyness of works. honestly, i never ask for the new car or the most advanced one. any cars will do. i'm tired of crying over the same things again and again. i dont know who should i tell my problem to. pls help me t.t |

Posted: 10 Feb 2017 07:38 AM PST I have a big leather deskchair which was quite expensive (well over 100 euros) that I love, bought just over a year ago but these last couple months it's not been staying up, when I sit it thrusts itself down little by little and it's extremely annoying. The cylinder must be going I guess, I've seen videos of people sticking a piece of pipe over the cylinder to stop the chair from going down but I don't want to do that. Is it expensive and/or difficult to change the cylinder? Are there any other solutions except for buying an entirely new chair? |

Today when I went to work they totally ignored my existence and they wouldn t even look at me? I have no clue why are they mad at me? are they disgusted? |

| Posted: 09 Feb 2017 09:43 PM PST so i'm an average girl who just turned 17.my days are all the same, i go to school then go to cram school then go home watch movies then sleep. at weekends usually i stay at home but sometimes i go out. i have no real friends (be i like to push people away obviously pffft) and the only 2 girls whom i like their company and am friends with are not the type to just randomly call me and tell me to hang out. so most of time im alone. doing nothing. just sitting on the bed being lazy. my family is an average one, i have kind of strict parents but i've gotten used to it. all i want is some EXCITEMENT in my life. some adventures. i want to travel and see things i have never seen before. i want to experience feelings never knew i had. i wish to study uni outside of my country so bad but my family can't afford it. sadly. i just don't want to spend the years of my youth watching movies. i want to do things that would make me look back when i'm older and miss these days :( |

Posted: 09 Feb 2017 09:22 PM PST So before I get in to it I'm going to explain the people involed Ken: he always is up on girls and always flirting and touching girls even if they tell him to stop Zay: my bestfriend T: a friend that I have a couple classes with and played softball with Okay so I'm in the last class of the day and the bell rang and everyone is getting ready to start class. It's always loud in there in the beginning. The teacher says for ken to go sit by me and t and we say no because we don't like him because he doesn't stop touching us and I'm going to the back of the class with T to get our books and tell her something. So ken walks up behind her and tries to touch her (t has told him not to touch her before) and I say stop and ken tries to continue and I put the one hand on his shoulder and say stop (I didn't push at all). Ken punches me in the face because I stood up to him. So I hit back four times and my bestfriend zay sees the fight and runs to break the fight and get me away from him so then ken turns around and punches zay and I get mad and get him in a choke hold and he runs away from me and my teachers are screaming STOP (they aren't allowed to put hands on us in a fight). Later I found out he told the princlable that "if she is going to stand up like a man, imma fight her like a man." So what would you do if you were ken, t, zay, or me? |
| Question: Why don t I have friends anymore? Posted: 09 Feb 2017 09:01 PM PST From middle school and on (I m a junior now) I never really do anything social. I don t hang out with friends or talk regularly with them because I don t have anyone close. I have to invite people to go out and do something but I never get invited to do anything. One time I was out with a few people and we were at dinner and the other 3 decided to make a group chat and I sat alone on my phone and wanted to just go home. So at the beginning of this week I finally met a new person from a different school and we started talking and everything felt really good, I felt like I actually had a friend but now he Unfriended me and I m back to square one. Am I doing something wrong? Why don t people talk to me? |

Friends slow me down and make it necessary to act all happy, nice, and normal. I hate friends because they ask you to do stuff and take your things. I can hardly maintain any friendship or relationship with anyone else. |
| Posted: 09 Feb 2017 08:37 PM PST I went to my college on a track scholarship and found myself associated with the track group as there was many subgroups for many other sports/clubs throughout the 3000 student college. My father died because of a drunk driver which made me more of an introvert. But freshman year and sophomore year overall was making as many friends as I was losing because of different classes, interests, etc. I ended running track and the team completely stopped talking to me including close friends. But I still had some friends outside the track group. And fast forward to now, the remaining friends ended up being more of acquaintances by becoming closer with other people instead. I have been dating my girlfriend for almost 3 years and really brings the good out of me. Most of the reasons why I lose friends is not liking mainstream music, talk about sports 24/7, or someone bragging how good they are at something or exaggerate.I believe I do have some social anxiety and I am critical of people and their character. I am friendly overall don't talk much anymore, and going to graduate without any close friends just a few acquainces. Anyone else can understand this and also how I now heavily prefer to be by myself even though it doesn't bother me too much |
| Posted: 09 Feb 2017 08:13 PM PST This is my second semester living with 3 other girls on campus at my university. I would like to be friends with them & hang out from time to time. Problem is, they always seem to do things (the 3 of them together) without me. There's no bad blood that I'm aware of between us, and as far as I can tell they do like me. But they always decide to go out/do movie night when I'm not there, or they don't inform me of plans. I have tried casually suggesting "Hey let me know when you're going to do such-and-such, I'd like to do that" but then they don't let me know. They are very nice to me otherwise, but I'm tired of having hurt feelings. I tried to just not care about a relationship with them, but we live together and it does matter to me. Any advice would be appreciated. |
