Ok so it s kinda complicated but right now I m 13. I m currently kinda getting teased because I don t have social media and my parents are making use a really old phone when everyone else has iPhone 6 s and 7 s. I want to tell my mom but whenever I try to talk to my mom or dad they ignore me and say I don t need a phone because of what happened. What I mean is i was and right now I think never allowed to have any form of social media. When I was twelve I was kinda peer pressured into going on Instagram or something and my mom found out and got so mad she sent me to a counselor. Like and now she thinks that solves my problems. But the whole time the counselor was like "Yeah my kid had Snapchat and Facebook at thirteen but of course you can t because that s child pornography" and my mom forced me to go to the cohsnelor that didn t agree with me but agreed with my mom so I had no opinion and she said she d keep it confidential but then ended telling my mom everything and then said I was depressed?! So now I m too scared to approach my mom about social media because she ll just shove stuff from the past of my throat like all my friends have Snapchat but my mom is that one mom thats like "It s used for SEXTING and for RAPISTS and YOUR PUTTING YOURSELF OUTTHERE for the world. Even though I explained to her it s just texting with photos. but my mom won t even let me take a selfie so she disabled my internet and camera. What do I do? Im getting really upset about this.

I had a track phone in 6th grade but it broke. Since then I have not had a phone. Last year, my dad offered me my moms old blackberry and I had said no, the keys are too small and I would get made fun of. Wrong answer. He then said I was ungrateful and would never get one. I am out of the house a lot w/ activities at school and can not contact them to pick me up. I once got lost on an hour walk home when no one showed up and couldn t find my way. Teachers just expect high schoolers to have a phone and it just gets so annoying to tolerant. My parents said for me to get a job and I ve been trying I still need a workers permit... But even then it would be a while before I could even save up for one anyways. How can I convince them to pay for it and I work up the money to pay for it afterwards once I start a job? It's really hot where I live so i used to lie down on my bed naked while doing my homework but my dad keeps on walking in even when i lock the door? he'll knock on the door and then immediately twist the lock from the other side to unlock the door. he disabled my bathroom lock so anyone can just push the door open without even turning the knob. If im late in the morning, my dad will come by the locked door to yell at me that im late. Even if I say I'm changing, he'll still open the door to "check that I am". He doesn't get the meaning of privacy and i feel extremely uncomfortable around him.

Question: Was it bad of me to lie and say no I didn't have any money to a family member?

ok so , my friends cousin came by saying he had no money and and no gas , and he had to drive this amount...I really don't have much money..I do have a prepaid card with some money, but it's suppose to last me 3 days, and he expected me to drop everything I was doing , and take my young child and drive him up to take money out ...I said sorry but my bf is busy at work...If I didn't have my daughter and I had a lot of money , I would have, but in my situation I just lied so I didn't have to go..but he was getting frustrated and upset at me cus I couldn't...was I wrong not do all of that for him he was acting kinda weird too...

I have a friend that I met 10ish yrs ago. She's in her 50s. Nice ish lady. But can only handle her in very small doses. She's very opinionated. I'm really not trying to hear her opinions about anything bc we simply don't see eye to eye in anything. I try to not respond to her (in my opinion) idiotic comments. She's so far blue and I'm so far red. Anyway, she stayed the night once. I was happy to see her ... Until I saw her. Got home from work, she was snoring away in my son's room. I was gonna set out a blowup mattress for her. Nope. She kicked my son out of his room and closed the door. Ok. He slept in my room with my husband and I. Early morning we had to get up get ready to start our day, school work, etc. My son goes to his room as that's where all his things r, turns on his music and she says no. Turns it off and watches TV. I said it was almost over. After she left I said I could not have her spend the night again. I was uncomfortable oh and very much pregnant. She keeps texting me on a regular, "spending the night was so much fun when can I come over again? I need to come over. Don't u love me? Hello, y r u not responding?" Me: "sorry been very busy, I don't have time right now, getting ready for baby" Her: "I know I need to come over" It kinda scares me when she says she "needs" to come over. She has a home 5bd&2 grown *** kids. I have a 2bd condo. I don't want to b rude, but she's pushy. How can I respond to her when she brings it up?

My hatred is as big as the oceans all combined. I just saw the person below's comment about their mother being bad and they are likely like me, full of hatred. I devout my day to how I can show hatred towards my step-mother who took my Dad from me (he left my Mom for her and has little to do with me). I know my Dad is just as guilty but my hatred for my step-mother is so much deeper as I am sad and angry at my disgusting Dad but not full of as much hate. My kids are 17 and 18. I took them out of school in middle school. I was going to homeschool them but I never did. They have never been or done any high school grades. They refuse to walk 15 miles away to the city to get a job and 15 miles back home. I do not want to get them a learners permit or a license or a bike. Why won't these worthless old ADULTS move out already? Their older cousin 24 is in college but not them!

So my whole life ha's been confusing. My barely present father everyone but my mum told me wasn't my real father. Well I'm an adult now and my supposed real father has come out of the wood works. He claims that my father couldn't have kids so he got my mother pregnant so they could have a kid. But he wanted to be a part of my life. I told him I wanted a DNS test, and he agreed to it but never showed. He keeps saying he wants to see me and be updated on me and all that jazz but... I don't want to be hurt or disappointed anymore. I've posted this question a lot I'm just still unsure about what to do. I'm 15 and I've been living with my dad for almost two years now. We have had beg bugs for a little over a year. It's so bad to the point where they don't even hide in the mattresses anymore. My dad never really cared about them until they started getting him (even though he saw how badly they got me on my face and my arms) he has been telling me for months he will get an exterminator to come but he still hasn't. Everyone in my family is telling me to report it to cps and get put it foster care when I was hoping maybe one of them would let me stay for a week so I can get some sleep. I don't know what to do ); I feel like either way I'm f^cked. I wash my sheets and blankets in hot water every other day and I'm still getting the blood sucked out of me. Okay so heres the deal. I used to sneak out a lot and got involved with the cops for taking my moms car and got charged and went to jail but got out on terms of probation. Well unfortunately when I got out I was still a idiot who couldn't learn and tried to get out of the bathroom window and got caught. Than a few days after that I got caught sneaking back in and my P.O. let it slide but she said next time there will be different consequences and I knew she meant back to jail. So I did good for a month or so but my parents hardly recognized me being good and still talked to me like I was a horrible kid who sneaks out all the time and who can't learn the seriousness of the trouble he was in. Basically they acted like I did something wrong two seconds ago and still hadn't learned to do good even though I was doing good for a month. And so to show my parents the difference between me being good and bad basically saying you wanna treat me like a bad kid I'll show you bad I snuck out even though I didn't want to I just did it to show what it's like when I'm bad. But I don't know if that reason will be good enough so I need someone to either rephrase the reason I have or make a better excuse. Because I need an excuse good enough to get me out of jail and to convince my parents and my P.O. that I didn't want to get out.

My sister keeps getting us all late to school and other events.because she spends so much time locked in the bathroom brushing her hair and doing nothing basically. She spends a whole hour in there and she lets nobody in for that hour. Because of that we cant leave earlier without her or my parents punish us..so my parents keep waking me up at 5 am to get ready because apparently im the "issue" worst of all they purposely wake me up at 5 am everytime someones inside the bathroom. My bf and I have been together for 5 years, he has a dog with his ex. I love animals and dont mind it its cute. When he lived in his apartment with his family the problem was they walked the dog, bath it or feed it regularly. Every time I being it up he gets mad and tell him beothers to do something. At the same time since they never walk the dog it always always pees and poos in the kitchen. Last October we got a place together since we also started a family. His family came with to and the dog. My only thing was make sure you feed and walk her. Everything was fine the first 2 weeks. Then the dog started peeing and pooing in the kitchen... ok I ll clean it and complain about our deal. Even if i walk it it still goes in the kitchen. The dog snaps at my daughter and gets mad if it doesnt get human food even though it has food in the bowl. I work 12 hrs and watch the kids. I told him we have no time or money to take care of the dog. But he and his ex refuse to find a better home for her. We stay in the basement where we sleep because i dont want the kids smelling it. She also pees on every rug in the house. I dont want the dog here if no one has the time and care to give that dog what it need. His ex wont take the dog because she said she ll get kicked out and he refuses to give her a better home because thats his responsibility but hes not being responsible. Any suggestions?

We've been together a total of 10 years, living together for 8 of those years and engaged for the last 6 years. I've respected that he wants to have a big wedding which is why we're not married yet because he's putting his daughter through college. He hangs out with his friends Alot, some of the female. He rarely brings me around them and when he does he keeps his distance from me. He'll leave me talking to his female friends while he hangs out with his guys. I'm pretty sure he's sleeping with one of them or maybe he use to. It's a gut instinct I feel whenever I come around. I've caught him cheating years ago because I saw the texts in his phone. Now I figure he probably deletes any messages now. The thing is that for the most part he's a good gentleman. He's attentive, kind and considerate. It s getting to the point that it s driving me insane. She s a neat freak and wants my room clean at all times. Ok, so I'm a 13 year old man child, and I felt a little weird after having some indian curry. I went home and played a bit of ROBLOX, but that's when it got weird. I started getting a funny feeling in my pants, this time, it wasn't the front. IT WAS MY ***! **** WAS POURING OUT EVERYWHERE! I'm a 17 year old girl, and I've kissed my dad since I was a baby. Up until I was about 6 or 7, he'd always give me a very brief kiss on the lips when we were saying goodbye, goodnight, or whatever. Then it turned into forehead/top of the head kisses and I never grew out of it. If he's sitting down when I tell him goodnight or goodbye, I'll kiss the top of his head. He'll do the same thing to me (he does it more frequently than I do). My dad's a single dad and we've always been really close. Is this normal or is it weird?

So about a month or two ago for the first time in my life I woke up with a negative thought to harm my sister, I told my mom and then that negative thought went to my mom. It went away this horrible thought but now I'm kinda getting it back. The thing is I don't want to do anything, I feel that someone is doing black magic or some **** on me because I was told two years ago that my aunt was wishing bad or bad luck to my family and at that time my family was going through a lot and I even got into a episode where I felt disconnected from everyone and everything without any reason. That time my mom call a man from our church, he prayed and then that's when my aunts name pop up on my house phone ( that time she didn't call for about a year or two), also the vibs in the room was dark and felt uncomfortable. My uncle was told years ago that my aunts son was throwing wishing bad on my uncle I never in my whole 16 years got something like this, I would never want to harm I can't even harm a bug. To think about getting a knife to do harm is far from me. Me and my mom do get the same negativity (not to harm) but for other stuff, like sometimes we get it at the same time and it's scary. I do deal with pts but I know for sure it isn't that because dealing with pts all I want is the people I love the most around me not gone. Once when me and my mom were sleeping we got the same image of people dress in black in our house with the same voices. I also had people do voodoo on me years ago

My "older" sister is the most controlling angry person in the family. Everything is an argument. She complains about everything and ***** about everything. She s obsessed with money, electricity, water, and a lot of other things. Shes obsessed with conserving light (even though we are good at that )she turns off ligjts even if im reading a book or doing hw and im a "selfish ***** " whos wasting $ and electricity. We aren t poor so i dont know why shes so obsessed with money. . For my birthday i went to a concert with a close friend (my first one) and she threw a fit. Callled me a greedy ***** ect. She has zero friends plus she acts like she is 9 instead of 16. She graded my English work and says "it's like so bad!" instead of giving me constructive criticism. My work isn't even "so bad," I get decent grades. She also calls me heartless and a terrible person when she's just way too overdramatic. She even told my parents in a sarcastic tone that I have zero points in a club and bragged about how she has more points than I do. When I told her to stop bragging, she starts yelling at me that I am a mean and cruel person. How am I the mean person when she was the one bragging in the first place? This is just one of the annoying things she does daily. She also makes my mom sleep in the same room as her because she's "scared of ghosts." I think she's just weird. My family drives me crazy. Mostly my mother. I don't live with her anymore were in separate states. However she visits, and when she does it's hell. She beat me and insulted me. When I was in middle school I mistook my new shoes for my mother's. I never saw my new shoes before that so I didn't know what they looked them, she described them as pink and black which matched her shoes. I got mud on them. She made me clean the mud off her shoes with my toothbrush. She probably doesn't remember but I'll never forget. My mother constantly mentally, emotionally, and physically abused me. No one ever helped me. She knew they wouldn't. My grandmother raised me but now she's like my mom. Not as bad though.... just constant down bringing. Two days ago she called me retarded. Everyone sides with them because I'm supposed to respect adults. I'm almost 19. I'm an adult now. I voted. I deserve respect too. I hate being treated like a child... It seems obvious I should but there are times that I think my family can be nice and they love me. But what really has me nervous is that in April my big sister (whom I'm starting to get along with better) will give birth to her first child and my first niece. I won't be able to afford to move for a while, I don't want my niece to grow attached to me only to leave. But don't I have to do what's best for me? I have no idea what to do so help a girl out.

I see my dad at most 3 times a year. It is tough but we talk every night and most mornings. I think I have a much better connection with my dad over my brother just because my brother doesn t care much or isn t as emotional. Anyway ever since I started middle school my mom has been saying when we graduate we would think about making the move. I am now graduating 8th grade and my dad is not letting go. Last weekend my parents were talking and somehow my dad took it as when we come out to visit him this summer we will be staying for good. If I had a choice I would not. Move I would have my dad move here. I want to be with him and see him everyday more than anything but moving would be so complicated. I have all my family here as well as my dad, y mom makes good money here be I have all my friends and don t think I could start over. Unfortunately my dad doesn t understand this or take it into consideration at all I keep telling myself that maybe if I just suck it up and move everything will be okay but I m really not okay with idea. It has been a really rough week full of crying and deciding. I really don t want to move but am in so much pain thinking about hurting him. I'm 16, and lost all 4 of my grandparents by the time I was 10 years old. Family has always been really important to me, especially after losing so many close family members at a young age. My dad lost his mom when he was barely 20 years old. I often think about my grandparents, whom I was really only close with one or two of them. My grandfather lived across the country and I didn't see him very often and my grandmother passed before I was born. Something came over me tonight though, I think it was because I watched an old childhood movie, and I began thinking about when I was younger and how important my family is to me. And I talked out loud to myself and it was something I don't think I've ever really done before. I just started crying, and couldn't stop for nearly an hour or two. I get this question whenever I mention to someone that I have 2 siblings. They ask me if I'm the oldest or the youngest, but they NEVER consider asking if I might be the middle child...which is what I am. My sister is the oldest and my brother is the youngest.

My sisters are the most annoying and immature people ever! I can't say or do anything because they start laughing or being mean. I can't stand them! Sometimes I wish I never existed. When they are being mean or when they are laughing at me I don't know what to do or say because nothing works! I can't laugh with them because they call me immature and I can't be mean because they call me an idiot. I really don't know what to do because nothing works. I've tried taking to my parents but it makes things worse because the bullying gets worse. Please help me, I need answers NOW!

My younger brother has this need to control me. A few weeks ago, he got very upset with me because I watched Deepwater Horizon without asking him first. After that, he started making all of these rules for me to follow. I was not allowed to watch anything... movies, tv, youtube... any of it. I followed his rules until one night I snapped, and started yelling that I wasn't going to let him control me anymore. He yelled back even worse. The next day, I decided not to eat dinner because I didn't want to be around him. That made him EXPLODE!!! He got his plate and threw it across the floor, started breaking everything in his path. He punched a hole through the wall, and broke his hand, and said that he was going to cut his wrist, but he couldn't get the knife open because of his injured hand. My mom and other brother completely lost it with me. I was called a "*****" for the first time, and told that if he would have died, it would be my fault. I had to beg for his and the rest of my families forgiveness, and agreed to continue following his rules. I'm so scared that if I say or do the wrong thing, he really will kill himself... but I don't want to be controlled anymore. What should I do? Did I deserve this? PLEASE be honest... even if it's my fault, I need to know.

Ok so yeah i'm totally into diapers. I have been all my life and even as a child I thought of it as really unfair some people had to wear them and I couldn't as I was 'normal'. Heres my issue I'm 22 years old and I live with my mom. Financially we need each other (she more than me as i earn more money) as we can't afford housing other wise. Well she's really nosy and always snooping in my business and this one secret Ive been hiding all my life Ive never really been able to pursue. I suppressed my obsession with diapers but I got depressed really depressed and I was very mean to others at times. Whenever i bought diapers I felt 100 percent relaxed and overjoyed. I currently wear goodnites 24/7 as I'm still small enough to fit them. I also have plenty of wipes and powder that i take with me where ever i go. But the issue is she works from home and she's always around i can't catch a break its unfair. I buy the cases and sneak them in when she's asleep and lock them in a chest in my closet. I want to order the ones online so badly but either she'll open the box or snoop and make me open it infront of her (I've tried the its a gift option nothing works). So I can't keep hiding it anymore she's going to be mad and upset probably think I'm a freak and drag me to therapy but i can't keep living like this. I can't help i like what I like and it literally makes me so happy I can't explain. How would you do it say you were in this situation? I want a heavier duty diaper that I can wear all day and for some reason they are only sold online so that makes it hard to buy as she'll somehow intercept the package. And Im only into diapers nothing else. I guess it has to do with humiliating accidents and my anxiety of having an embarrassing accident. My brain completely relaxes with diapers on as accidents happen but nobody has to know.

I'm a 14 yr old girl, and its my 1st year of high school. I've proven to be trustworthy and I always listen to my parents, so when I got by bike fixed up, I asked my mom if I could ride to school. She said sure, and she would ask my dad too, but he got all mad and said no and was bitchy fro the rest of the day. My high school is only 3 blocks away and I really don't see the problem. I could ride there and back home in 5 minutes, and it would save them gas. What can I say to my dad to convince him to let me ride to school?

When I was 7 i went to Mexico with my step sister because my mom was recently deported. My step sister has a different dad therefore she has other nephews etc. One of her nephews is closer to my age than others and I always knew he was kind of weird, he always wanted to be close to me and would hold my hand any given chance. I vaguely remember him wanting to play " resuscitation" i never wanted to though because i would rather play with my dolls. On his birthday we were all in the living room talking about random things, then the time to cut the cake came and everyone filed into the kitchen. Except for me and him... He had grabbed my hand and led me to the couch asking if I could give him a hug "for his birthday" as he had said. I complied and hugged him, to which he grabbed me and lifted me off of my feet and onto his lap. He held me tightly and didn't let me go, all at the same time he was sort of grinding(?) onto me and telling me things like "you're such a pretty girl" and "do you love me?". I knew something wasn't right and managed to get off of him... So my question is, was that molestation or? I am just really confused and I know i sound stupid - but I just want to know...

My brother is two years older than me and a bit of a pervert in my opinion. I don't know if I'm just overreacting but I overheard him making comments about how flat chested I am to my parents once (my parents didn't find that weird). Whenever I wear something even a little bit tight fitted, he stares at my chest and next year I have to go to high school for two years with him until he goes to college. He's also known at my school for being a really weird kid, a lot of people hate him (they call him swear words) and he doesn't have my friends or hangs out with anyone. I wear loose clothes at home because I don't want him to stare and I don't wear tight clothes at school but just stuff that is more fitting. What do I do?? Am I overreacting?

The family tree is on my mom side but her siblings are not closed door anyway even though they see each other. I left my mom out of my dad side since my parents are divorced I just didn't put her in. I pretended my stepmom was my mother as she is a far better person.

I am almost 16 and ever since I started highschool my mom makes it a routine thing to do "room inspections" where she checks every inch of my room whenever she feels. She also take my phone and goes through all of my messages claiming it's her phone. This would be all understandable if I were a bad kid, but I have a 4.0 in all AP classes and close knitted group of friends. I have never done drugs or alcohol and even if I wanted to I couldn't because I am never aloud to leave the house. I have tried to negotiate with her that I need privacy and she says that I don't get privacy until I move out. And my dad works out of town during the weekdays and she doesn't do this when he is home. I am just so frustrated at this point.
