My parents moved to a much much smaller city I'm not sure if its even a city but my dad had a family business there. My grandfather and my uncle used to run it but my grandfather died last year and after a while my uncle requested my dad to join in the business. They basically sell furniture and other useless things. We moved here in summer and even though it was a lot calm and we had a bigger house I just didn't find it interesting just everything was smaller and boring than where I used to live. My cousins live near my house but they are annoying and not really my type. Although my family loved it a lot. I have been having a lot of fights with my parents and my whole family. I blew up on my cousin after he asked if I can teach him to play video games and I told him go **** himself and many many incidents like that. I had a lot of fights with my cousins and I ended up getting punished for the majority of them. I stole my cousins money just to see him worried where it all went even though I gave it back when I had my fun he told my parents like seriously. I try to stay away from them to not get in trouble but even in my small time that I spent at school I ended up being a bully even though I'm new now that's an achievement. I'm 13 and I just miss my friends I even had a fight at school I HAD to hit a girl because she took away my phone and thought I won't hit her just because I'm a boy.

I have this sister that is 10 years old who shares a room with me and she asks my parents to buy her a whole bunch of stuff like toys,sharpeners,and more and she just keeps them in my room drawers and I want to throw them away but I will feel guilty that other people need that. So what can I do with semi new stuff I can't sell or donate because we don't have any of that in my community.

So I am a freshman baseball player and I'm pretty good, I got a note from school that said freshman tryouts were on Tuesday sometime in summer (I forgot the date) and I was gonna tryout. I told my dad each day before and he said he would take me then on the day of it, I woke up and told him it was today at 2-4 and he said he would take me, then at 2:15, I said "Dad we missed it but we can still go, but he said it's too late and I didn't make the team so I'm really mad😡😡😡😡😡😡

I wrapped towel around my head after I took shower. Moments later I asked her to pull the towel off because my hair was dried already by then. She pulled it and dropped the towel. I was expecting her to hold on to it until I take the towel(my hands were busy) in the next minute. I said "why do you only half-finish the things?" I think my words instigated her, and she hit me(hard). I didn't hit her back. When my parents confronted her, she threw a tantrum. she got so pissed at me and them, and she packed everything to go to dorm saying " I don't have to live in a place where I get yelled at for something I didn't do. I going to my dorm" She left. I cried of guilty. She came home for the weekend but then, this happened. She's a freshman and I'm sophomore. We're both females. She's a type of person who gets furious and throw a tantrum when things don't go her way it don't go as she planned. What do I do now? My parents are worried about her future and her future behavior. It's just a sister fight. She made it a big deal.

I'm 29 years old, and for the past two years I have been playing nice with my sister (32 years old) because we both lived in the same city. But I recently moved away from her (read that as I moved to get away from her). I have another sister, who is okay because she has her own family, and a brother who has two kids and a wife (im okay with my brother, but his wife is not someone I would seek out time with. ) To sum it up, I only see them because I'm "supposed to" according to society. They planned a week long trip to the outter banks for next year (August of 2016) without my input, but are expecting me to go. They want me to pay $1200 for me and my boyfriend (1200 for the room plus I'll have to buy plane tickets to get both of us out there) I don't want to go. I'm the youngest, the only one without kids, and I had a terrible time being trapped with them all in a house for three days in the Poconos over thanksgiving. I can't even imagine how horrific it'll be to be locked into constant family time for an entire week.

He never listens to me. I'm not rude to him and I don't ask him to do ridiculous things like get me water or anything. He is also impossible to have a normal conversation with. I try to talk to him and he won't stand still, won't look at me, always crashes into me, and talks to other people like my parents in my siblings. He is very frustrating. He also never wants to do anything fun with me- he just wants to play with his friends and watch sports. I feel unwanted.

My cousin has been friends with this guy since she was 13 and when she turned 16 they started dating. But my parents and hers says she's way too young because 20 year olds minds are different from a 16 year olds mind. I mean she is very mature for her age. But I'm worried that my aunt, uncle, and parents will split them up. He is the greatest person in the world for her. And I don't want her to be heartbroken at all. My mom is a past alcoholic who used to beat me and send me to school with marks on my face. She nearly died of kidney failure or something similar and it caused her to stop drinking. Now she relies on a daily diet of 5 or more different pills. I bump heads with her almost every other day because she used to beat me and my dad would beat me and yell at me in order to get me to fear him, which is horrible parenting, and I see my mom and her husband do the same to my younger siblings in the house. I am 16 and in my junior year of high school. My mom and her husband can t even help by younger siblings in elementary school with their math homework. I speak up about the way they raise my siblings and my mom says I am a kid who doesn t know anything and will never make it in life. I find this ironic and hypocritical because my mom relies on section 8 for the bills, food stamps for food, and disability for everything else. I despise her because she doesn t work for anything and the house is constantly trashed and she has the nerve to talk down to me. Though she is an adult she has the mentality of a kindergartner which I cannot stress enough. Whenever we get in an argument she will call her mom and repeat everything that I say to her and tell me what she says back. I reply, "Mom can you put down the phone so that we can have an intellectual argument? I am not trying to argue with my grandma." She replies, "Grow up." What?... What?! Well now she won t let me wash my clothes. Help. She also always calls people after arguments and lies about what I said in order to get them to be on her side. In this way everyone in my family thinks that I am the villain. Honestly I stopped considering myself part of this family a long time ago. I would really like to move out asap.

My birthday is tomorrow and the following weekend I would like to go out with two of my friends and quietly celebrate. Every year my parents insist on throwing me a party at some expensive restaurant and they invite some of their older friends and children. I feel all of this is to brag about all the stuff they can afford because they re always stressing about how everything should look new in case guests arrive. Last year I did not show up to my own party and my parents were mad, even though I asked them not to throw me one . I would like a small outing with my friends for once, but my parents are insisting on a rooftop party . I don t enjoy being with people I barely know that are 20 years older than me and I want to convince my parents of that. Any suggestions?

How do you tackle being a single mom and being able to take care of yourself when you feel like giving up? (Me and my son's father was together 4 1/2 years before he was born. I had to quit working soon after i found out I was with child so that cause a bit of a strain but about 3 months after my son was born his father left us with no lights or water and we eventually had to move out of our home. I didn't get my job back as promised and i haven't been able to find nothing more than minimal wage.

I mean, she doesn't have to be tallER than you, but i feel like guys have a thing against tall girls, even if the girl is inches shorter than them. I'm 5'9 ish, and i hate it because guys have literally said to me "you're so pretty and fun, but you're tall. I don't think I wanna talk anymore." I don't understand. I mean, he could be 6ft and still say that to me. Why do guys go for girls who are a whole foot shorter than them simply because it's "cute" but they won't go for a girl who is a few inches shorter and they admit they like. My mom is so annoying! I do all the house work while she watches TV and then at the end of the day she calls me lazy and says how she always does the work even though I have spent the whole afternoon completing all the work. He provides almost everything for me as in a nice house, food, etc but he is not emotionally present nd is very distant. My parents are divorced. When I was younger and used to want to bond with him I would try totext or call him when I went to my mom's and he would never reply back. She groans and says she made all this stuff for the football game on tv. Then says she doesn't have money, and says we'd go tomorrow when she does. I don't expect her to pay? I just want to look. But I fully know her plans always flake so we wouldn't go tomorrow. I got irritated and said never mind I'll go when I get money and use an über driver. She says I'm a pain and groaned again. You'd think she'd be happy I lightened her load (she was going out anyway for the beach and she doesn't work, all was planned was the tv football game). Am I the one being a brat like she said?

My mother has this really fancy expensive table that she's had for ten years at my dads house. We only used it for special occasions in a special room on Christmas or thanksgiving. After my parents divorced, my mom took the table with her and we started using it regularly. Today the back of my chair moved back a little bit and I told my mom that I think that one of the chairs is broken. She was literally crying because that table has so much meaning to her. What can we do to make this table okay for a reckless family to sit on and not break it without making the table look any different?

So we are three sisters. For some reason my oldest sister has always been handed everything, from education, to car, to cellphone, to money. With me I had to buy an old car with my saved money, she's had two cars given to her by my parents. I have to take 2 classes each semester because I pay it out of pocket and my parents pay for her university tuition. They expect me to pay them rent. They give her money and she has a part time job and keeps the money "for school" but she always comes home with bags and bags of clothes .. It's always easy to tell her anything, but, this is not something easy to speak about... my mom's a little judgmental on something's and disorders are one of those things. She thinks that they make you seem crazy, & that there's something wrong with you. I always try to send some hints in our conversations but it usually ends out in a "why are you asking about that?" Or she'd give me this look of confusion that she always does. I'm Afraid that she might shun me, I know it sounds stupid but just like hear me out. today i just got caught my first time in 4 years of smoking weed (only) im 15 years old with decent grades trying to get above a 3.0 . my bro he is 24 now and he stopped smoking but he started when he was 16 and never got caught or suspicion for 8years . i live in a very christian family my parents always go to bible studys and church. all my parents friends attend the church , im not afraid to ralk to my parents about anything i want to be open and understanding with them. but honestly it is impossible to do so... when they caught me they have never caught me red handed with the actual substance they only got me with the bong and swishers . but i want to convince or shine a little light about smoking weed like they dont have to do it or influence it . i just want to be able to be trusted with it or be treated like an adult about it not like an infant. any suggestions please help no stupid answers

I agreed to give my Niece $1000 a month to help with college if she graduated from high school on time without getting pregnant. She accomplished this goal (it is embarrassing but she is only the 3rd person in my family to graduate high school). I agreed to pay for this for her first two years of school. Her father (my brother) is a real loser who has done prison time and her mother has lived off government assistance all her life without ever having a job. I want to give this girl a better chance in life. I am not wealthy by any means but since I never had kids and have few bills I can afford to do this. My question is what should I do about the summer months? - Should I continue with the $1000 during the summer but insist that she take summer classes? - Should I continue with the $1000 payments through the summer and not require her to take classes? - Should I cut her payment to $500 through the summer months just to give her some assistance. - Should I give her nothing during the summer and let her figure out how to make it thought the summer? She works part-time now and is going to an affordable city college. She lives with her Mom even though I know she wants to move out on her own. I worry that her mother is demanding money from her. Despite her somewhat hard/chaotic life she seems a little "dimwitted" without much common sense. I honestly don't believe she has what it takes to make it through school but want to give her a chance at a better life.

I don't know what I was thinking. When I married my wife I was so happy that we would have kids one day. I know I'm young, the thing is that I hate my current life, I just live with my mom in a really small apartment it has only a living room and one extra room, it's a mess! I lived my whole life without a dad to look after me, unprotected, and people are noticing that and tried to use me and my mom a lot even though we are so respectful to ourselves and never did anything wrong, I have never had a boyfriend, no physical or emotional relationships at all, so there is a man who asked to marry me, he's 29 yo, he have one big house in a good neighborhood and a large flat, good job, and he can find a good job for me and provide me with anything I want, and I'll admit it, it's nice to feel that a man owns me, no one will think of using me or bother me in streets, I will finally feel protected and build a family for my kids that I've never had.. However, my father and grandfather (mom's dad) does not approve of my boyfriend who is willing to marry me next year. I have happily been with my partner for 5 years and we plan on taking next step within next year or two. The reason why these two men in my family don't approve was first, because of his race: Hispanic from Guatemala. Then later they said its not because of race because it's not nice to be racist... Which lead to another excuse because of his Spanish accent. Then, his looks.. he is a shade darker than me and overweight. Another thing is his, career (pastry chef) which they think he wont make enough money for me. He is only 23 years old and it will be his last year at the bakery. He wants to move on to a position in installation, electrician, ect. Dad and grandpa do not know yet that he is changing career. But my point is they don't want to accept him into the family because of race, looks, Spanish accent, and career. They hate him for those reasons. However my partners family, loved me and welcomed me with open arms since day 1. What can I do to have him be accepted by them two??? The rest of my family like him, just not my dad or grandpa. So basically when i was fat everyone talked to me i was friends with everyone on facebook. I didnt talk to them much but we talked and hung out irl. I got depressed from being overweight and from parents who were absent and physically and emotionally abusive when they were in my life. So i wanted to find myself start myself over so i deleted my facebook and starved myself and lost 120lbs (now 110). So ealier this year i made a new fb having not been on it in a year. None of my aunts add me or my female cousins. My uncles and boy cousins do, but ive kinda been closer to my guy cousins cause im a bit of a tomboy. So i asked my dad whats up with none of his family talking to me (most are all female) he said because on of my aunts is lesbian the other doesnt talk to her. But yet that aunt still adds all of her sisters neices and my other aunt does the same only their not friends. How does make any sense not to add me? I used to talk to my aunts all the time now its been 2 years. I see my aunt post how much she loves her neices and nephews on her profile and idk i feel like they shunned me or something. And my girls cousins on my moms side she kinda ruined herself, my mom tried being best friends with a 15 year old while my moms 40, ended up getting her to do drugs, sleep with random guys, and shes 18 now and had a baby. But my mom traumatized her and she wants nothing to do with her. And my mom says how shed rather have her as a daughter than me. And now shes doing that with another cousin on her side of the family but her sister isnt allowing that to happen. So now they wont add me on fb or talk to me either. My grandma hasnt even talked to me in 6 months. We used to be so tight too, she doesnt want to go out and do anything with answer my calls rarely. Idk what happened i feel so left out. But its weird with all my friends and my bfs family they treat me like im their daught but yet my own family wants nothing to do with me. Im moving soon to europe with my bf and probably never coming back because no one i feel cares about me here, and everything thats happened with my mom. Honestly the only person id probably miss the most is my grandma but lately idk. Family was always really important to me, but right now what should i do? Should i just move on and abandon my family; start over somewhere else? They dont seem to even care so i should right? They know I do. They deliberatley ignore my request, 2 even added me then took me off. I even asked my dad to send them texts saying to add me, they never replied back. My dad even asked my aunt on the phone she just got quiet and changed the subject on christmas. I sent them messages on facebook shows they've seen it, dont reply back.

My son is 15 years old and he is pretty much a delinquent, what I mean is he smokes pot with his friends and also drinks alcohol and sells the stuff as well. He was not always this way, he used to be always smiling and tell you stories about his friends and his adventures(yes these are the same friends he smokes and drinks with now) but around 8th grade I started noticing changes and I even let him get a tattoo because he wanted it but I didn't know he was smoking until I caught him a few months ago. We have tried sending him to rehab and he was even to jail for a few months but he just won't change. I would force seperate him from his friends but he has a boyfriend that he likes to hang out with and I caught him having sex with him at one point but allowed him to do it. I'm wondering is there any other options for him

My uncle got kicked out of his last home because he wanted to call his mother rude names and start a fight with his brother (he chocked him in his sleep) he did all this I front of his brothers a little children. And ever since then he's in and out of our home (I live with my mom, dad, my brother) and he constantly comes over for food and a place to stay, and that DOSENT bother me at all. What bothers me is that he uses our family, he knows the passwords to my garage door and the home door so he walks in as if it's his own home, he usually comes when my parents leave and sleeps. What makes me so mad is that he uses my restroom and when he does he makes a mess, my bathtub is full of hair he Never cleans up and I have to end up doing it, I strongly believe he stole my toothbrush and put it back bc his son told him (I told his son) he uses my razor. I'm a girl, I need my bathroom to be feminine and clean and I sure don't want about her man to use my razor and tooth brush. What do I do?
