Question: He doesn't want a conventional relationship. How could this work? Posted: 06 Dec 2018 02:44 AM PST I dated my ex for a year, then on and off for 2 years. I was his first serious relationship. He hasn't seen anyone else. He likes me, but is a loner who likes his own space and also doesn't think he can handle a relationship. He is scarred from his parents' relationship and his mum dying. He is in his 30s, so knows what he wants. I broke it off for a few months. When I saw him last weekend we went out for his birthday, just us, and he said that every time he sees me it feels like the first time. He thought he would never see me again. He has texted me every day since, telling me about his day and chatting all evening. I am not a conventional girl either, but I like to have some stability. Not sure what to do. |
Question: My neighbour is up to some sketchy stuff? Posted: 06 Dec 2018 01:15 AM PST Hey, The past 2-3 weeks my neighbour who lives up the road has been attracting a lot of attention from me due to the fact that between the hours of 3am and 5am there's pretty nice cars driving in and out of his drive at least 20-25 times. It's annoying because all the driving and the trailers on the back makes a lot of noise waking me up. I looked out the window one night and there was 7 men wearing hoods and one of them looked at me for like 10 seconds then the rest of the men turned around and looked but just continued talking with eachother. Now, my neighbour drives very slowly passed my house in the morning and just looks through my living room window and then drives off EVERY MORNING. I'm honestly pretty frightened of him because he's been known to be a shady guy who was once involved in a pretty large scandal stealing new cars and breaking them for parts. Do I call someone? I don't want him to do anything to me and I don't have the money to just move house |
Posted: 06 Dec 2018 12:56 AM PST I'm in my early 30s and attracted to older men. Don't have much of a social life and don't see anyone I like on dating sites. What do I do? |
Question: When a guy won’t cut off his ex or other women? Posted: 05 Dec 2018 09:27 PM PST My ex and I were dating again but I can't stand that he won't cut off his ex before me, or the person he briefly dated after me? He claims they don't mean anything yet he knows it bothers me and won't do it. Do I have a reason to be upset? Am I asking for something reasonable? |
Question: How can my Fiancé and I plan a 3 day 2 night trip if we both work? Posted: 05 Dec 2018 06:53 PM PST We both work for the same company but different departments. I work Sunday through Wednesday. He works Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday. We both have personal hours. Here is the thing... we both have part time jobs. He works retail on Wednesday's, i work retail Thursdays and Fridays. We both have saturdays off. Problem is Weekends are more pricy. I want to go away to Atlantic City NJ for 2 full days 3-4 nights. How can we plan this? Unless we suck it up and pay for the pricey weekend? Any ideas? We do have vacation, unpaid time off hours and personal hours but if unpaid time goes to 0 hours we get terminated. Thanks! I know i can go on my days off and request off my part time job.. its my fiancé i worry about taking off. We really need to get away and relax for a few days this new job has been rough for the both of us but we sticking it out as we need to do it. I just want to do something nice for us. |
Question: What does this woman stand to gain? Posted: 05 Dec 2018 06:34 PM PST I work with this woman. I love her to death, but she talks about people behind their backs. I know she talks about me behind my back at times, but I just try to ignore it. She's in her 50's, I believe. I'm 28. She can be as sweet as pie, but I can't get over this. I hear her talk about people all the time and still be nice to them. This one customer was saying how much she likes her and when I told her, she said "yeah, but they don't know what I say about them behind their backs." so she admits she talks crap about people. What does she stand to gain from doing this? loveable, she is my COWORKER. That's literally the first thing I said, ding dong. |
Question: My Boyfriend Says He Was Never My Boyfriend? Help please? Posted: 04 Dec 2018 10:02 PM PST I've been talking to someone for 5 months. I believe he's insecure because he has made fun of his weight constantly and some days he's accused me of having a boyfriend. He thinks I'm more attractive. He told me his ex cheated on him. He used to call and facetime me but that's faded. I was in the same city as him and so I spent 3 days with him. We are 2 hours away and this was the first time meeting. He still seems to doubt I like him. I've told him many times. He told me he just needed time to get to know me more even though we were exclusive prior to meeting him. Why the sudden change? We had fun and he didn't even want sex. He poured his heart to me a couple days ago, saying that I was all his and how much he liked me. So I'm confused. He's brought up the future many times too. I always reassure him that he's fine the way he is and that I like him too. However lately he's been pushing me away and ignoring my texts. When I asked him what was wrong and if he didn't want to talk to me, he seemed shocked and said that he was only really sad lately. I told him I understood and he can talk to me whenever he wants to. I've given him space but now I'm confused because why couldn't he just tell me he needed space or that he was going through something instead of just ignoring me. I feel like if he wants me to be a part of his life, he should communicate this because we're so far apart. Is he not interested in me anymore? I'm giving him the space he needs. |
