I'm used to people making comments about how the guys I date are way too good-looking for me. The thing is, I've been a swimmer since I was in middle-school. I swim 5 days a week. My big back, abs, and muscles seem to make up for my lack in the looks department. I always hear fat women complaining about not getting attention from the guys they want. I always tell them that they if they lost weight, they could get the men they seek. But that makes them mad. I always hear fat heterosexual men complaining about not getting girls. I tell them that they should work out, so may be girls will like them. They don't get angry, but they never do it. I always hear fat gay men complaining about not getting attention from the guys. I tell them that they if they got in shape, they could get the men they seek. But that makes them mad. I'm not good-looking, yet I get a lot of hot guys. I know what I'm talking about. We don't want to break up, so I made the suggest of talking about this face to face and figuring out some things. So we meet up and right away he starts telling me like he feels the relationship is all on his shoulders and I barely contribute anything. I apparently don't compliment him enough, text him quick enough, pay for things and just make in not feel loved in general. I didn't really know he felt this way and it did hurt so I apologize. He told me he wants me to make it up towards him. A week goes by I get more active texting him and when we went out to dinner I paid. I've been trying to change But now he text me again saying I wasn't making him feel better and this isn't a relationship and sent me a list to follow from to get back on track. - I must send a good morning message that is at least 2 paragraph long, that consist of 2 compliments and a heart emoji - If I can't reply within an hour of his text message I have to call as soon as possible to explain why - I am not allowed to see my male friend anymore or even mention him until this gets worked out - We have to talk on the phone 4 days out of the week - I have to tell him I love 3 times a day I'm fuming. My issue is that she didn't want me meeting their son at first (which I fully supported being a single mother) but she was not willing to take their son for a few hours so we could go on a date. My BF pays for ALL daycare/nanny costs. His ex finally agreed I could meet their son only because she got tired of my BF asking her to take their son more often. She then stated she would start taking him every other Saturday as well as sundays. Every time she comes up with excuses like "had an emotional day" or "I made plans". My ex gets so irritated about this but never pushes for change. Things make me uncomfortable like: •CONSTANTLY sends pics when she has their son which she poses in. •calls/texts frequently. •asks personal questions about OUR relationship and tells about hers. •text him about seeing his dating profile and how "good" it was. This was after we had been dating. My boyfriend brought frustrations up and she started bawling saying she isn't a good mom and wants to wait until she's in a better spot to take care of her kids. She said he murdered a father , mother and their two kids. He just walked in their house in broad daylight then robbed them then killed them. We also met in person a couple of times and you could say we are dating but we are not official. He told me that he was really hurt but my decision but he would respect my decision. 2 weeks after he reached out to me to let me know that he was going to another state for training; he is in the military. Since then we have been texting everyday and t be honest I do like him but unsure if I want to be in a relationship with him as I do not see that he has much ambition or goals, however it seems like he does wants to do something after the he completes his time in the military, he just doesn't really know what to do. He is a great guy and he says that he wants to spend more time with me in hopes that i accept him to be my boyfriend. I know he is a great guy and has good intentions what I am still a little insecure after my long term relations of 10 years. I have been single for 2. All my extended family and friends like him a lot and are supportive but not my parents. This is the first guy I've brought home. My parents got divorced when I was 5 and haven't had a successful relationship since. They keep reminding me of the negative things that could happen with us living together. My dad even brought up that he thought if I got pregnant my boyfriend would kick me out because he thinks he's not the commitment type because he didnt finish bachelors degree and works in a trade. And she also told me that they eventually tried to get him off but he wouldnt let go.They were like 5-6 girls, so I didn't quite get why they couldn't get him off. It seemed to me that her friends was finding it funny, and that my girlfriend was really uncomfortable but didn't dare to say no because she didn't wanna "ruin the mood". Anyways, looking at the pictures of a guy pressing his croch onto my girlfriends butt, while she and her friends are all smiling, and seemingly having a good time, eats me from the inside. It might just be jealousy, or the feeling that he got to use my girlfriend without getting any backlash. But I also can't help but feel like my girlfriend could have very easily said "NO" in this situation. How should I deal with this terrible feeling im getting? |

As they were waiting in the car, I went inside to order our food to go. The cashier and I had a conversation, he started it by asking if I went to school around the town. I said yes, and he asked more questions like if I lived close, what I do outside of school, if I usually go to the other restaurant on the other side of town (this is a restaurant chain with a few locations in my town), and how school is going. I held the conversation well and it was just the two of us. He was also doing something else while having the conversation but he looked at me a lot and made eye contact, smiled a few times, and listed to what I would say. I didn't find the questions weird, I just keep wondering why he asked so much about me lol. Anyways, I also asked him some of the same questions back. Found out we are the same age and the school he attends isn't too far from mine. As I finished paying, I said thanks and he said "have a good night" just as most employees do. Anyways, I was just curious if he was flirting with me or if he was just being nice with a customer because I can't tell and I feel like I am just over thinking everything. Any thoughts? (p.s. my friends are telling me to go back next week and see if he is working and go talk to him more |
