Question: Was this a weird joke? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 04:13 PM PST During class discussion, I had mentioned the importance of financial literacy for young kids these days and the prof responded with "you can start at my house". Was this a weird joke in a way? |
Question: Why do people say 2016 was a good year? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 03:37 PM PST I keep seeing posts on Instagram saying that summer of '16 was amazing. Me personally, it was mediocre at best as I stayed home all day playing video games while I watched people's sc strories and they were all hanging out and having a blast. I played Xbox with my only friend at the time, and rarely got out. It wasn't the worst year of my life (that goes to 2017), but certainly nowhere near great |
Question: Why do people walk or run in cornfields naked? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 01:53 PM PST I keep seeing stuff about people wanting to and enjoying running through corn fields naked I don't get it, any ideas? |
Question: Why is he always sitting next to me? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 11:52 AM PST This guy keeps sitting next to me during our meetings, even when there are other spots open. When I do switch spots, he finds a way to still sit next to me. If he can't, he'll look around at the other people in the room and then he'll stare at me when he thinks I'm not looking. This guy is in a relationship. What is he doing? |
Question: Is this the weirdest wedding ever? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 11:52 AM PST I was at a wedding of a couple of my friends recently. They both have an unusual sense of humor. As the bride entered the back of the church, she was escorted down the aisle by her former husband. There was an audible gasp from the audience. When the minister asked who gives this woman ....... her former husband said I do. There was applause from the audience and some laughter. The theme of the wedding was out with the old and in with the new. Do you think that was funny or just plain tacky. |
Question: How can I tell my friend to this? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 09:41 AM PST I just recently got a job as an actress for a fan film a local guys doing . He is paying me not much but it's more of a low-budget films so I understand. He is a great guy he did I did find out though that he stocked my friend in high school . I confronted him about it and he admitted it and he talked about how he deeply regrets it. He just talked about how it's one of his many regrets that he'll always have in life and I could see in his eyes but he doesn't know how to apologize to her . I feel as if so I should tell my friend about this but I got a job as an actress but It's from the man who caused her so much pain in high school |
Posted: 29 Dec 2018 09:38 AM PST My friend and her boyfriend threatened to hurt/beat up the guy I like. The guy I like wasn't doing anything wrong. My friends were making fun of his clothes and hair color. It made me feel awkward and uncomfortable my friend and her boyfriend threatened to hurt him. I really care about him and he knows that. It's not the first time they threatened to hurt other people. Her boyfriend threatened to beat this other person to a pulp and my friend threatened to hurt her ex boyfriend and his car. It was very awkward for me to listen to. I feel my friend and I are too different. I don't want to surround myself with people who threatens to hurt other people. |
Question: How can I convince my introverted friend to hang out with me or talk to me over the phone? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 07:02 AM PST We have been friends for years and we've been living in the same area as each other for several years now, but we still only communicate through Facebook and Messenger. She is naturally introverted, like me, and has really bad issues with social anxiety. I also have issues with social anxiety because of my Asperger's and we've both struggled to make lasting friendships with people since moving to the area. She basically has no friends that she hangs out with or talks to in the area and I'm in the exact same position as her, but unlike her other friends and family, I live in the same city. I would really like to talk with her over the phone or hang out with her, but I'm not sure how to ask and am afraid of saying something that would make her uncomfortable. I'm also really anxious about talking to people on the phone. What can I do to make her more comfortable with the idea of talking on the phone or hanging out, and how can I ask her in the first place? I think that it would be great for the two of us, but I have no idea how to make it happen. Can someone please give me some advice? |
Question: My friend starts acting weird when he’s drunk? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 05:19 AM PST When my friend drinks a lot of alcohol he starts to spit everywhere and last time shat on the couch. He thinks no one sees him do it but I don't know how to tell him to stop |

Question: I need advice involving my roommate. Plz Help Thx? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 01:20 AM PST I currently live with a friend in a student house/apartment. I'm currently 22 years old and my roommate is 20 years old. So basically my roommates wants to throw a party for New Year's Eve with his friends and my friends. I'm supplying the alcohol and decor. I just have a bad feeling that one of his underage will get a DUI or worse. I don't want to get in trouble supplying alcohol with the minors. My roommate is very immature and keeps asking me to buy alcohol to the points it's annoying. Also, he never do the dishes or take out the trash for days or weeks. He keeps on taking my toilet paper but he does leave a tip ($1) for every roll he takes. I know I'm ranting about my roommate. I just don't know what to do about this party and what to do about his dirtiness. |
Question: Should I kill myself? Posted: 29 Dec 2018 01:14 AM PST I don't have any friends or a partner. My family hates me. And I don't have a job. I'm on SSI... |
Posted: 29 Dec 2018 12:21 AM PST I secretly get satisfaction everytime my "friend" tells me about something bad that happened to her. The reason is bc I am still remember negative things she said or did to me years ago. At first, I was going to cut her off but decided to stay in her life bc I knew she had some **** coming to her. The thing that gets me is that when these things happen to her, she has this "Why is this happening to me" attitude. All I'll be thinking is that you did the same thing to me or someone else. So is this wrong? She's had so much happen to her that it's like she's gotten her karma 10 fold. So what do you think? |
Question: I’m so ******* annoyed right now with my cousin.? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 11:51 PM PST Here's a little backstory about him: (9 years old) He is super defendant about himself, and blame everything on other people even when they didn't do the the thing. He is super annoying and straight out disrespectful. He spills lotion rverywhere on my desk and paints on my walls. Then, he is super fake to his other cousin and friends. He always talks trash about them but acts friendly to them the next day. He also moans and thinks he's so funny but it's super annoying. Whenever he does sonething wrong and he knows it, he usually blames other people for his actions. These actions are somethings that usually happen multiple times on a daily basis. He always talks about his cousin, who sometimes can be bratty, about how rude he is, but does the things himself. He is such a hypocrite and copycat. Once I started wearing "adidas" outfits, he asked me where i got these clothes, and i told him. Then, i notices he started wearing adidas more often, after wearing clothes from nike. Then, after i got into vans, he started wearing vans. Then, my other cousin also noticed that we started wearing these clothes, and then she started wearing the things we wore. He went up to me and said "She is such a copycat!" even though HE copied me as well... I honestly don't know what to do, i'm so sick of this toxic behavior of his. What should i say to him? I'm at a sleepover with him right now, and these actions have occurred three times today. P.S. I'm horrible at confrontation |
Question: Is it odd to be 28 but most of my close friends are 23? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 11:40 PM PST My friends that I am closer with are 5 years younger |
Question: Was this a weird thing for my friend to do? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 11:23 PM PST I received an invite to a party and was told I can bring 3 guests so I invited a friend of mine (that does not personally know my friend that is throwing the party). The friend that I invited could not reach me for a day and he was unsure if he was still invited to the party because of it so he did a friend request to my friend that he does not know that is throwing the party and he was going to find out details about the party through him directly. Is that weird that my friend was trying to go passed me and try to discuss this party with the person who threw it? Keep in mind that he does not personally know this person himself? Thanks and will choose a best answer |

Posted: 28 Dec 2018 07:06 PM PST So I'm having a New Years party and my friends all have kids so exactly 11 kids are supposed to show up. Question: How to cut “friends/ppl” off ? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 06:15 PM PST I've become affiliated with some ppl I knew from my childhood for a few months now. We all know each other from church. Their pretty cool ppl to hang out with in general, we have fun. Problem is, whenever we go out they always act broke, or "forget their wallet" or "forget ID". Ex:They'll pretend to leave their house with $10, but trying to get drunk. Whenever we go places, they take FOREVER to get ready,I'm on time and waiting at their house, and want me to do their make ups. If I invite them somewhere, They cancel, or try to use me to get into VIP at the local club. One of their 40yr old mom likes to tag along, half naked with her man, but broke, asking for drinks. How do I get rid of them without it being awkward, we live down the street from each other, have mutual friends, know each other families. Do I tell them, or just block them and disappear. I'm 23 btw, have no time for bs. |
Question: Is he friendly or wants me back? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 06:08 PM PST I broke up with him because he was acting jealous and passive aggressive, anyway fast forward 4 months He always comes to the gym at same time I am and he always comes to yoga when he stopped coming when we were dating and he'd workout instead while i did yoga. Now he always comes to yoga and he'll text me here an there. The other day after yoga he texted me saying "why'd you look so mad today, I was going to say hi but you didn't look very welcoming" and stuff like this, and yesterday we were at the gym and they don't give out free towel but selling them instead. He said he was going to buy a towel and if I wanted one i said no but he came back with 2 and gave me one too. And he'd say things like you'll see what God has blessed me with just like He has blessed you. I said what he said i can't tell you that now. I said you can never tell me anything. He said i tell you everything but somethings you need patience to see. BUT he didn't wish me merry xmas so i was confused the following day i was confused and I text him " hope it's clear why I broke up with you" he said "what" repsonding right away i said "exactly what i said" he said i don't know what you're talking about explain yourself. I've always been good to you and always treated you with respect so i don't know why you would send a statement like that. I said you don't know why i broke up with you? he said nope, explain it to me. I said you really don't know? He said i'm not playing this game if you don't want to explain that's fine. I said "lol if you were genuine you would've asked then not now" he said just "ok. I"m confused If he interested why doesn't he make a move? |
