Question: Is this Joking or flirting to you? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 03:36 PM PST I told a male colleague I had run into someone who was a spitting image of him (quite amazing). Then it just happens I run int9 this person again by coincidence and I tell my colleague who responds 'a match made in heaven' |
Question: Is this ok for boyfriend's aunt and uncle? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 03:24 PM PST I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years. His aunt and uncle are very good to me and I'm especially close with his aunt. They had puppies who chewed up the floor rug in their living room and she wants a new one soon. I was thinking a $100 gift certificate to IKEA? It seems like kind of a lot to spend but it would be a gift for both of them, and their only gift besides some K Cups |
Question: Is this legal in the USA ? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 11:02 AM PST let's pretend I'm adopted and I have a brother that is not related to me in blood, can I get married with him and have babies? I mean is not actually incest. |
Question: Are women attracted to men who look expensive? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 10:39 AM PST I never got attention from women growing up. So I went to the gym, bulked up and started wearing designer clothes. I dress like a bad boy. Sagging True religion jeans, Versace boxers. Maybe women will like this version of me instead of the skinny nerd from high school but this isn't really me. Are women attracted to men who look expensive? |
Question: Do kids ever forgive bad parents? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 10:29 AM PST I looked up my wild baby daddy. I was an exec and proud of myself and couldn't get him out of my head. We started dating and soon after the company went under so I lost my job. He started beating me daily and wouldn't let me go. Then my mother died and he got me on drugs. My kids were 18 and 11. Years later, I was begging his mother to get me out of there I wanted to kill myself. My kids were 18 and 27. She wouldn't unless I signed some papers so she could sell my house and use the money to get me away from him. She was afraid he would kill me and he would end up in prison for life. It was a trick. It was a quit claim deed. She kept the money. So when I got out of the hospital I found her taking my home apart. She sold my place. I called the law and they said she owned it. Having no where to go I was stuck with them. My kids moved away. I've been in and out of domestic violence shelters and hospitals. The physical abuse stopped. He was diagnosed with cancer. I'm taking care of him. His meds make him verbally abusive and he is going to counseling for that and will be on meds soon says the psych. In the meantime I've been begging my kids to talk to me. Of course they won't. I accept my part in all of this. Completely. I just want them back in my life so bad |

Question: Does love die? Here's my short story.? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 09:18 AM PST I met a man I fell in love with. I had his baby despite his protest that he did not want to be a father. He never helped because he was afraid of legal responsibility. He moved away and remarried. When my baby turned two he came back to coparent. At 3 my child was diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder. It's been hard to date with my child's therapies and special needs. I have my son the majority of the time. I look back at when and how my life took a turn for the worse. I can only see it was when he walked away. I thought he tried flirting with me despite having a wife and a new child. I could hear it in his voice and the way he looked at me. He married for financial security in my opinion and sometimes I think he had a child to gain control of a situation he had felt he had no choice in before. On social media the wife overcompensates with pictures depicting happiness. I can't help but wonder if this man was the one I was meant to be with. I never got an explanation for anything. I want to know if I'll get love again; the way I had loved him? It's silly but I wonder if he would come back and then my life and that of my child's would be complete. He was jealous and possessive but I've never felt anyone ever cared enough about me again. Everyone sees my 4 year old disabled son and loses interest. Will the universe or god give me the love of a man and a father to my child? Does anyone have the experience that comes with age and wisdom that can give me some advice? |
Question: Would you do a home care job part time for only $10 an hr...? Posted: 16 Dec 2018 08:29 AM PST I worked an overnight at new homeware job. The lady woke up to pee 10 times and I was so drained. I was supposed to work at 3 different houses this morning from 11-2pm. I did not show up It s not worth the 10 when I can Netflix and chill on a rainy Sunday. |
Posted: 16 Dec 2018 07:28 AM PST Long story short... I grew up in an abusive home. My mother had mental health problems, dad was neglectful, parents fought a lot so it was hard for them to co-parent. I had to grow up fast as a child. During my teen years I abused drugs and alcohol and still tried to get good grades which I did! Surprisingly. Once I turned 18 I started legit working, not babysitting for neighbors or friends throughout my teen years. When I was 22 I finally moved away from my dysfunctional family. Came back a year later got beat up by my sister who is 7 years older than me. Why the F- did I move back!??? Now I'm seeking therapy and decided to deal with my past trauma. I've forgiven everyone in my family whether they're in my life or not. My dad and my other non physical abusive sister is very supportive of me. They have helped me financially and emotionally/mentally the best they could. But not even for free, I don't and will never believe in free handouts. I will help in return any way I can! Is it fair for anyone to call me spoiled or anything... I never had help financially or in education or anything my entire life. Everything I learned or earned I had to do it myself. I lost a big chuck of a normal childhood and teen life from abuse and neglect! Now I'm responsible because of bad parenting. So does that make me a bad person or spoiled to receive help now that I'm in my 20's? |
Question: I feel bad should I? Posted: 15 Dec 2018 07:59 PM PST I am always the one to call people first 9 times out of 10 and the same goes for texting so today I was busy and did not call anyone should I feel bad for doing that? (No one called me first) and no one asked me how I was doing today, either. I just feel so guilty should I? |
Posted: 15 Dec 2018 06:07 PM PST So I have been with my girlfriend for over a year and we are in college. We recently broke up but got right back together. Anyways I found out today that she cheated on me with some random guy she met out after we got back together. When we were apart she also slept with another guy but I was also exploring other girls. Anyways all of my friends knew but no one told me. They claimed it was because they didn't know what to do. Also I have been going through a lot lately and I guess they thought it would only be worse for me if they told me. I feel a little hurt by this but I guess I get where they were coming from. How would you feel if this happened to you ? |
Question: Why would your boss ask this? Posted: 14 Dec 2018 05:09 PM PST Why would hoot boss ask if everything is good with you? What's the motive |
