Question: Should I tell my friend what I found out about his mom? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 06:01 PM PST Last night I was surfing online porn. I looked in the retro/vintage category and one of the videos caught my attention. I played it, and I am almost positive that the woman in the video is my best friend's mother. It is a video from like 20 years ago, but the face is unmistakable. Should I tell him what I saw, or keep my mouth shut? |
Question: I'm Worried That My Friend Is Ignoring Me...What Do I Do? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 05:35 PM PST I'm in my second year of college and I've been friends with my now roommate since the beginning of freshman year. In the beginning, we were really close. However, I got a very serious boyfriend at whose house I spend many nights, and she fell in with a group of friends who aren't really my vibe. Still, I feel that she is one of my closest friends in college, and until recently, I thought she felt the same. Recently, we haven't been spending much time together because I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, and she spends a lot of time with her group of friends, plus we're in the middle of finals. However, I've reached out to her multiple times trying to make plans with her, and she either hasn't responded or has taken an uncharacteristically long amount of time to respond. Because she is one of my close friends at college (and to be honest, I don't have a ton of them), it is really important to me to maintain my relationship with her. Even though I spend tons of time with my boyfriend and many nights at his place, I still try to sleep in our room every few nights and make plans to get meals and do things with my friend to show her that I value her friendship and want to spend time with her. When I see her in person, things seem fine, but I don't know how to react to her non-responsiveness. Just today I suggested that we go out to dinner on the last day we're at school before winter break, but it's five hours later and she still hasn't responded. Any suggestions? |
Question: What's a good gift for my internet friend? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 05:14 PM PST I need gift ideas for my internet friend. She's a sophomore in high school. My budget is probably 30-60 dollars. , and it should be small enough to fit in a small package. Help? |

Question: What is this called? Please answer? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 04:28 PM PST What is it called when you have someone that is silly with you but when they are silly they sound like they have been drinking alcohol but yet they don't drink? And it would just be by the things they say which are weird things when they are being silly and they are able to walk ok. I'm just wondering because I know someone who is like this |
Question: We made out and now things are weird? Help? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 04:03 PM PST 2 years ago, there was this guy I kinda talked to a few times at school because we had some classes together. Then we just drifted apart. Flash forward to now, we have a class together. About 2 weeks ago, he texted me asking about the homework. We then continued texting and he began sorta flirting with me. We jokingly said we were going to kiss and a week ago he actually did kiss me at school. The following day we were at his house, he was cuddling with me and calling me beautiful and all that. Then we started making out, he asked if I wanted to have sex but I said no . He said he was okay with it and that it was up to me. The reason I said no was because I didn't want to seem "too easy"but I didn't tell him that. So yeah we just made out that day a lot. That was a week ago. After that he started taking longer to reply, being more dry in the texts. At school it's so weird I can't even look at him 😣 so I usually just don't say or anything, he doesn't either. He hasn't even replied to my last text message from yesterday, he hasn't even opened it but I know he's been online. I don't get why he kissed me and everything and why he's acting weird now . Someone help. |
Posted: 12 Dec 2018 03:30 PM PST Ok first , let me explain the situation ..the parents are crack heads and we have tried to help them out . They have stolen from us, lied and use us. She constantly begs for food almost every week..I felt bad because there are kids involved and I figured they would stop , NOPE. I stopped giving them food. Their electric is always off , every week, because They spend it all on drugs .. I'm sick of it. So today she came over asking if her and her kids Could stay in the house until her bf got home, But I said sorry no.. what would you say ? I feel Bad for the kids, but I don't care anymore. |
Question: I snapped at my friend? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 03:22 PM PST So I've been really stressed lately due to finals and I haven't gotten enough sleep, so I got mad at a friend. He called me out in front of my friends and told me that I messed up on a test question (we are in a class together). I was annoyed because he was looking at my test and he told everyone that I messed it up. So i told him that I was a lot smarter than him so if anything he was the one who got it wrong. Should I bring this back up to apologize to him or would that just make it worse? I feel really bad and this has been stressing me out a lot. |
Posted: 12 Dec 2018 03:14 PM PST My "friend" and I met our freshman year of college and sometimes she makes comments about Hispanic/black people that are offensive. I got sick of her making those comments, so I told her, "hey, I know where you're from (Huntington, Indiana) there aren't many minorities, but at this university, minorities are the majority, so it would be nice if you'd watch what you say." Her response was, "I should have worded what I said differently, and please don't talk **** about my state. Also, being a minority isn't about race." I feel like she missed my point, and I don't really know where to go from here. |
Question: Who have a better chance getting a girlfriend narcissistic guy or shy guy? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 10:03 AM PST Ok there are two guys my friend is comparing who have a better shot of getting a girlfriend the narcissistic guy who gets mad easily and doesn't have a job and live on disability welfare and he can't control he anger and wants girls attention and he always think his important and lie about he rich, drive a motorcycle, going to Germany when he lie about he broke his leg the next day everyone saw him walking outside. Or the shy guy that lack confidence but is a way too nice guy but he have a job and work hard for everything once you get to know him he will talk a lot and he travel a lot and he always try he best to strike up a conversation with random stranger. Who sound more interesting? Because all my friends were comparing both of them narcissistic friend try to target the shy guy and bullies him. |
Posted: 12 Dec 2018 09:38 AM PST I used to have friends and it was drama and fake friends. I never wanted to be alone and do things on my own. My fake friends were also fake friends to eachother so it wasn't just me. I still get out and do things like go to bars to see live music and a good game, go to the gym, movies, restaurants. I have no problem going alone. I think friends are just people you need when you're bored to be alone. I'm older now in my 30's and its been 2 years since I called someone a friend. When I go out to the bar there is people I know that I can talk to. I know I probably won't make good friends from the bar but its a good place to be social. Same thing with the gym when I play ball. Now I just want to deal with my girl or women I date and family. People say you should have good friends but sometimes there hard to find. I've been ok on my own for a long time. When they rub me off the wrong way there cut. I'm not saying I wouldn't be someone's friend again. I give people chances. I would be friends with my girls friends. There isn't many people out there that don't like me or don't want to be around me. Sometimes I just come across fake people and think I'm just going to deal with my girl and have 1 friend. |
Question: Does this seem weird? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 09:32 AM PST My friend acts like she has had too much to drink when she gets to being silly but yet she doesn't really drink. Have you ever met anyone like this? And does it seem weird? And me and her are both adults by the way and we're both females but she's a lot older than me |
Question: My own best friend since babies loves leaving me on read? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 08:17 AM PST My best friend since when were little, likes to ignore me. Before you comment saying I'm overreacting and I shouldn't be bothered or annoyed at this. She's my best friend, she would read my messages and not reply for a whole day or two. She would be online or Snapchat posting pictures or videos. She does this even when I'm talking to her about something serious. But if I don't reply for an hour she texts me everywhere, making sure I'm not angry at her. |

Question: How to seduce someone who hates me? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 05:50 AM PST Back in middle school, I had a pretty serious on-going feud with this guy. He was a complete ******. He dated my best friend for a little, yet he always tried bullied me and my friends. Were 21 now, and he works at my local liquor store. I know he still hates me because he tries every time to look for some reason why he cant sell liquor to me, and i had to bring up something really embarrassing he did in middle school. So he obviously still hates me, but sometimes I get turned on by imagining having sex with someone I hate? Im pretty sure my best friend still has contact with him, but I'm pretty embarrassed by this weird fetish thing, so I dont want her to know. Would I be better off catfishing him to maybe get some nudes? Or should I risk the public humiliation and degrading that might come with approaching him straight up? |
Question: Should I text my "best friend"? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 05:34 AM PST A few months ago I considered him to be my best friend we did everything together. I bought us tickets to a concert and he told me 3 hours before the concert that he had to work late and that he couldn't make it. That was in October and I haven't talked to him since then. Should I just forget him? |
Question: Should I make things right? Posted: 12 Dec 2018 12:04 AM PST Someone I thought was my friend that I'd talk to everyday talked to a girl who broke my heart even though I told him not to he did it behind my back. It was not his place or any of his business I told him to f himself and blocked his number. I still talk to his cousin. Should I make things right? |

Question: I’m a 24 year old female looking for friends? Posted: 11 Dec 2018 09:16 PM PST There should really be an app to make friends cause I can't seem find any close friends. There's always females that I meet that I'm really nice too but they don't seem to like me for whatever reason and it's very easy to make friends with guys BUT they seem to always flirt and it's super annoying. I'm super nice and kinda shy, why is it so hard to find a friend? |
Question: Friend who was a bridesmaid in my wedding wont invite me to hers? Posted: 11 Dec 2018 09:12 PM PST My friend Cathy whom I grew up with insisted on being the maid of honor in my wedding without being asked. I went along with it, since I have very few lady friends. She took over the bridal room to get ready and I bit my tongue. We have had periods of not speaking that last for a few years then we get back to talking. She is getting married in a few mos. She thinks she is the only person on earth to ever get married and it's all she talks about. She will literally harass me to Facetime or talk on the phone and when I try to initiate a call with her, she texts me saying she is busy and can't talk or gets smart. I have told her that its very hurtful that she won't invite me to her wedding and she said her mom doesn't like my mom (my mom was sort of her boss and her mom was a bad employee)- she is always bragging about her best friend Kim being in her wedding, her best friend Julie, Her best friend Erica, etc, etc. I am hurt that my husband and I are not only being snubbed for an invite, but also at not being asked to be a bridesmaid. When I made a comment that was supposed to show her my hurt she said "is that supposed to be some sort of dig at me for not inviting or asking you to be in my wedding?" What should I do? |
Posted: 11 Dec 2018 08:47 PM PST the only times she speaks is when she defends herself over when we're calling her out on her bullshit. It doesnt help that my other friend who's a guy is her Fake boyfriend, is the only person she talks to. not to mention she claims abuse and all this other stuff is happening to her in real life. but uh. She's not all that trustworthy when we do give her a chance and everything. Any advice? If i made this into a thing another argument might break out amongst the server. please help. |

Question: What should I say to others I know if I see them at our coworker’s funeral? Posted: 11 Dec 2018 08:10 PM PST I have social anxiety and I'm already dreading going to this funeral alone, but I know I will regret not going. I didn't know the person who died very well, but I had worked with her and talked to her a few times. She seemed very kind. But i just don't know what I should say if I see other people from work at the funeral (we're all teenagers btw). I feel like I may just end up being antisocial and ignoring them. Also, I didn't know the person's family at all...should I introduce myself to them? Or just show up and drop off a card/donation? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |
Question: How to deal with dragging my doubles partner down? Posted: 11 Dec 2018 07:46 PM PST My school's tennis team tryouts were today and I am pretty sure I am not going to make JV, but I might have dragged my friend down with me. I'm not the best at tennis but the coach placed me and him in a doubles set against someone usually really good but was sick today and someone worse than me. Both of us made mistakes but I missed some especially stupid shots. We lost 1-5 and I feel so guilty because my friend had a very good chance at making the team. Right after the match I went to apologize and he said it was his fault too, but I could see the disappointment in his eyes. I'm feeling really bad about the whole thing and I don't want to ruin or make our friendship awkward. There is another day of tryouts tomorrow but the chances are slim for us because most people were played in 2 sets, but after our set the coach played neither me or him again. How do I deal with this situation? (Both mine and his) |
Question: How do I tell my friend that I don't want to do it and how do I quit the musical? Posted: 11 Dec 2018 07:14 PM PST So basically, I have this friend who convinced me to join the school musical a while ago. I auditioned and everything. I thought it would be an easy commitment to make and that I would probably have some of my friends with my group. However, I was not placed with any of my friends, I don't understand most of it, and I'm realizing that it's a big commitment. They already decided the cast and gave out scripts and stuff, so it would reflect badly on me if I told the people in charge(who I know well) that I want to quit. Then a week or so later, the same friend tells me that the student council is desperate for students that will volunteer for the Spirit Squad for our school pep rally. (She's in student council) So I said okay. She didn't really make it clear what we were going to be doing. Today, I went to the meeting for everyone in the whole pep rally and I was the only one there who was not on student council, and my friend who told me to join was the only person I knew (kinda sad lol). I mean I know that my friends aren't the type to do this stuff but neither am I. The cheer is also really cringy and I'm not comfortable with doing it in front of the school. I want to tell my friend that I don't want to do it. She's a really nice person and I don't want to spoil our friendship. I'm not very good at telling people "no" if you couldn't tell. How do I tell my friend that I don't want to do it and how do I quit the musical? |
Question: Should I reply to my ex's texts? Posted: 11 Dec 2018 06:19 PM PST Unfortunately, my bf and I ran into my ex at In N Out yesterday. He was there with his friends so we took it to go cuz I got uncomfortable. Later that night, around 1:30 AM, I receive disrespectful texts from him. He broke up with me over a year ago cuz he didn't want to be in a relationship anymore after we were together for 3 years. I'm not sure why is he even texting me? These are the texts below: Him: "I bet he can't satisfy you like I did ;)" "You're always welcome in my place doe babe." "I miss feeling you." I want to reply and put him back to his place but I feel like that's exactly what he wants? Regardless, he is a POS and I can't stand him. |
Posted: 11 Dec 2018 06:16 PM PST She hates me for no ******* reason, and she thinks I'm annoying. I don't even talk to her or, even know her ! It's absolutely absurd. She's always talking behind my back, does she have some better to do ?? Like c'mon, she's annoying all she talks about is sex etc... she literally turned one of my closest friends against me. |
