Question: Why is she upset about this?????? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 05:33 PM PST I'm a girl, and there's this woman named Cynthia who works with me. Cynthia is 35 years old and she has a guy friend who also works with us, and he is 23 years old named Kevin. we all work on the same floor but kevin works across the hall from us, Cynthia is always getting distracted while talking to Kevin cuz she could be talking to him for for a long time at her desk. she's always smiling and laughing when he's around, she has a husband and she has a little daughter. I know this isn't any of my business, but this seems weird to me. plus a lot of people have reported that they are always talking especially during work time. the supervisors got upset about it and they told them that they aren't allowed to talk anymore. But i can tell that Cynthia is very mad and upset about her not being able to talk to kevin. Why does she care if she cant talk to him anymore??????????? Shes married |

Question: Should I Stop Messaging this Guy from Now On? 10pt? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 04:16 PM PST I wanted him to become friends with me. I highly doubt he'll message me again. He thinks I'm a liar and he is upset because I told him I don't got Instagram but somehow he found out I got an account on there. I told him I don't have an account there. He said he hates liars. Do you think I should stop messaging him or what should I say next time I message him? He will only answer in 1 word because that's how is since then. It happened a couple days ago. I told him my account was hacked and someone found out my infos. I apologized but he's still quiet and lost interest in becoming friends. |
Question: Is he being friendly or interested? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 04:10 PM PST I broke up with him because he was acting jealous and passive aggressive, anyway fast forward 4 months He always comes to the gym at same time I am and he always comes to yoga when he stopped coming when we were dating and he'd workout instead while i did yoga. Now he always comes to yoga and he'll text me here an there. The other day after yoga he texted me saying "why'd you look so mad today, I was going to say hi but you didn't look very welcoming" and stuff like this, and yesterday we were at the gym and they don't give out free towel but selling them instead. He said he was going to buy a towel and if I wanted one i said no but he came back with 2 and gave me one too. And he'd say things like you'll see what God has blessed me with just like He has blessed you. I said what he said i can't tell you that now. I said you can never tell me anything. He said i tell you everything but somethings you need patience to see. BUT he didn't wish me merry xmas so i was confused the following day i was confused and I text him " hope it's clear why I broke up with you" he said "what" repsonding right away i said "exactly what i said" he said i don't know what you're talking about explain yourself. I've always been good to you and always treated you with respect so i don't know why you would send a statement like that. I said you don't know why i broke up with you? he said nope, explain it to me. I said you really don't know? He said i'm not playing this game if you don't want to explain that's fine. I said "lol if you were genuine you would've asked then not now" he said just "ok |
Question: Is there any sites I can meet more people on? (please read details)? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 02:53 PM PST So I recently moved into a new area, I have friends back home but I'm just trying to expand my horizon more, given I have about 3 people I can actually call my close friends. I'm not necessarily looking for people to meet in person or anything, but more of a site I can meet people on and share ideas and similarities with. I'm a creative person and I'm into reading, writing, drawing, and video games. Most of my friends don't have those interests. I also have a boyfriend, so I'm not looking for a relationship or something romantic in any sort, just looking for platonic people to chat with and be creative with I guess, if that makes sense. I used to do some roleplaying online, not like sexual or some weird furry stuff, but pretty much just writing a story with other people, and that was very enjoyable and an awesome way to connect with people who had similar thoughts, creative ideas, and inspirations, but the site I used to do that on pretty much just doesn't allow it anymore, and I haven't found anything similar to that. Now I'm not really looking specifically for somewhere to roleplay with others, but that was just more of an example. I know it's confusing, but anywhere I can connect with more people like that. |

Question: Help me with my lie please!! I am going to be caught!!..please help for best answer? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 01:57 PM PST I made up a crazy lie. I know I am wrong so please dont lecture me! I told a friend of mine that another friend (a FB friend) was having a big party at his house. I said that I was told that I can invite anybody I wanted and I invited him. I know it sounds stupid but I just said it to impress him and it worked but unfortunately that friend sent a friend request on FB to the friend that I lied about having the party:( so my FB friend is now asking me if I know the friend that sent the request. ..what can I do? if he accept his request he will surely ask him about the party and find out that I lied. How can I get out of this? I was just going to say that the party of postponed for a later date and then make up something to get out of it at the time but now it looks like I am going to be screwed over anyway and caught. HELP!! how do I get out of this jam? Can I somehow delete one of my friends from FB? I dont want my new friend finding out what a liar I am. will choose best answer for the one that comes up with a great way out of this mess. THANKS in advance |
Question: Do I deserve my friend treating me like this? Please help!? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 01:56 PM PST We are both females in our 20s. We always texted and spoke on the phone every day. I always let her vent about her life problems and the terrible friends she has. And she always let me vent about my problems. We had so much in common and bonded from it. We even planned a trip together. She knows how much I have been going through, how I have a crappy home life. I've been doing through a lot of my family, they aren't good people. She knows I've been trying to recover from depression and anxiety. Something drastic happened a week ago with my family and I told her what happened. I told her that my depression is coming back badly and that I might shut down and isolate myself for awhile to compose myself. I told her that if I don't contact her it isn't personal. When I shut down I shut off my phone and stay away from social media to clear my head so that I don't do anything stupid. I stayed off of my phone and social media for a week and after a week I felt better and stronger. I checked my phone and saw that she texted me 3 times asking me was I ok and don't shut her out. I contacted her to apologize for shutting her out and they I just needed time to myself. She's been ignoring my texts and calls for a week now and she even unfriended me on Facebook. Why is she doing this? I was just trying to handle my depression. I see from Facebook that she's talking to her other friends. I was the only friend who was always there for her and supported her. Why is she ignoring me? |
Question: Should I stay with my family or go to my friend’s house for New Years? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 01:37 PM PST Usually, I stay at home with my dad for New Years and just chill while watching ABC. It sounds pretty boring, but I actually enjoy it since I'm just relaxing (well, until 11:50 PM) and I don't have anything to worry about. This year, a friend of mine asked if I wanted to spend New Years with them. They're a good friend and I usually have fun with them, but they're a bit more extroverted than I am and spending a lot of time with them drains my social battery. I like both my dad and my friend, but I can't choose which one I want to spend New Years with more! Does anyone have any good advice? |
Question: My brother hacked my phone and stole photos from me? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 01:11 PM PST My brother hacked into my phone and computer for years and got private photos of my boyfriend and I. He copied them onto our family computer. He claimed he did this to get me in trouble but it happened for years and my mom found it in a secret folder. My mom refuses to talk about it and thinks he's a saint. I feel helpless and have constant panic attacks. What is the right course of action? There is no proof she demanded I delete all photos immediately. |

Posted: 28 Dec 2018 12:27 PM PST (I'm a girl) So I had this best friend you could say, who lived on the other side of the country and we use to call, text, video chat, you name it every afternoon. I had known him for about two years and we were getting so close until one day he admitted he liked me and I did too. He was with other girls and I was with other guys. I didn't really care too much until later, but eventually he decided to break up with me even though we weren't official?? Then after that the texting and calling kinda slowed down to a halt. It's been awhile now and I reach out to him sometimes because I really do miss him as a friend and we'll talk there was this one time he told me," sorry for not texting back I really don't have an excuse?," then I told myself not to text first and then I never would get a text anymore. The beginning of the problems started in April and now today it's December 27 and I just sent him a text after months of not talking telling him merry Christmas and I haven't gotten an answer since Christmas. I'm really sad and I miss my best friend but I'm tired of feeling like I won't ever get a response and I'm just throwing my texts down an empty pit. Please help me and thanks for reading his. We were really good friends and I don't care about our relationship I just wanna be friends again and for those of you optimistics I'm wondering should I send them a text that says can I call you for like two minutes? and then talk about it. I feel like it wasn't supposed to happen. |
Question: How would you feel if your friend did this to you? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 11:53 AM PST You like someone, your friends don't know this person, your crush shows up to a place they know you will be at.....your friends talk crap about him, made fun of his clothes, called him gay cause he wore really tight pants, called him names (a$$hole) and told you you deserve better. However, your friends NEVER met your crush. Your crush wasn't doing anything wrong that night. Your crush has upset you but you guys always work it out. When you bring it up to your friends attention with their behavior, your friends started to make excuses for their behavior by saying they were looking after you and one of them lied to you by saying he was mistreating you by being with a group of girls but he wasn't with a group of girls. |

Question: Why does my guy friend's girlfriend ignore me when I talk to her (I'm a female)? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 10:01 AM PST I play basketball on a coed team (I'm 22) and my team has played together for a couple years. Everyone on the team gets along well and is friends. One guy and I used to be really shy around each other but not anyone else but for the past year or so, he will initiate convos and joke with me. There is a girl who has been to his games recently and he will come up to acknowledge me and say hello/goodbye and when I do the same to both of them and make sure to include her, she completely ignores me and I'm not sure why. It makes it very awkward and I feel uncomfortable and I'm not sure why. I am not flirty and respect their relationship and he is an awesome dude and not a player so I'm not sure why she acts like this. She talks to all the other girls on the team with no problem. I consider myself friendly to everyone so I am confused. Can someone help explain? |
Question: What does it mean when a guy pulls a girl in close towards himself during a hug? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 09:41 AM PST I asked him for a hug and I had my hands placed along his upper back and he had his hands on my upper back. Both of our bodies were completely touching and he slid his hands higher up along my back and pulled me in closer to him. While he was doing this, he lowered his head down towards my shoulder. We hugged like this for about 5 seconds. Both of us are friends, but he has a girlfriend. What kind of hug is this? |
Question: I think my roommate was being rude, what do you think? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 08:22 AM PST We usually get mail and put whoever's mail it is in front of our bedroom door. But I noticed my roommate, he only placed the other roommate's mail in front of his but ignored mine and left it in the kitchen with the other mails. Which was unusual. My room was next to his. |
Question: Why is she like this with me?????? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 08:14 AM PST There's this girl at work and she is really cool and has an amazing personality. every time we have the same shift we always talk, I do have a crush on her and a lot of my friends have told her that I like her but she still really cool about it and she still jokes around with me. I do notice that she is always staring at me, we make eye contact a lot during the day. whenever I have to go into the printer room she always goes in at the same time she pretends she's looking for papers. but she just stares at me (she tries not to make it obvious) she was having a conversation with my close friend one time, and she said that she really likes me and that I'm a really good kid with a good personality. if she only sees me as a friend why does she always stare at me?????????? I also make her blush all the time, she's 34 married with kids and I'm 24. Shes a really good person with me She always says things like " I know I'm the best part of your day" |
Question: Why do I constantly check my phone to make sure I texted the right person? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 06:43 AM PST Whenever I send a message to someone I have to constantly check over and over and over again to make sure that I sent it to the right person. For example, if Person A and Person B are right next to each other in my messages and I send person A a message, every few minutes I feel the urge to pick up my phone and look to make sure I didn't send it to Person B even though I know I didn't. If I don't check to make sure I sent it to the right person, I feel very uneasy and nervous. |
Question: "We should be friends and not get serious..."? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 05:51 AM PST "...because my feelings didnt grow too much past the thought of you getting back with your ex. I know you said it won't happen. But I think these things take time to fade." I need more answers from you guys on this. Is he keeping me around until HE feels enough time passed to pursue something? He says he respects me and like me a lot as a person... he says he means it when he says a genuine friendship.. why be friends?? |
Question: Why is it that people are so soft and needy now? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 04:04 AM PST I've had to cut a lot of people off this year. I'm witnesssing that a lot of people are so needy and think the world owes them something. There were friends on Facebook who talked about how they struggled and how nobody was there for them and how they're going s**t on everybody when they get on the top. In my opinion it's a thing called life you struggle and it's nobodies job to counsel you or hold your hand all the time. Some of them were broke and complained about how nobody helped them when they were broke. We're all around 19-20 so we just got out of high school. If you're so broke get a job. He finally got a job and now he's complaining that people didn't give him money or help him when he needed it. He thinks the whole world revolves around him, like I'm just suppose to stop my whole life to go hold his hand. I have my own s**t going on, i don't have time to hold someone else's hand. I struggled too and been through bad times too, I was by my self but guess what I didn't seek help or complain nonstop. I just fought through the struggle by myself cuz that's what you're suppose to do. A lot of people just sit around and complain and act like it's evrryone else moral duty to do things for them. All these people with mental health issues complaining on Facebook, go get real help. People sit around and talk about the problem but don't do anything to fix it, so I cut all these people out of my life. I'm not selfish, I shouldn't have to put all of my time into other people. |
Question: Lost bet with roommate - how does she get to spank me? Posted: 28 Dec 2018 02:29 AM PST I lost a bet with my roommate, Clare, over a sports game outcome where the winner would get to spank the loser as punishment. We agreed that the loser would have to make a post here, to decide how the spanking happens, so here goes... (Clare made the questions) How should she spank me? (In what position) Where will she spank me? (bedroom, kitchen, living room..? we share the apartment with other roommates so please be kind here) What do I wear? (is the spanking on my jeans, underwear, bare ***, etc..?) What do I get spanked with? and How hard/long? Do I get more than one spankings? if so, how often and for how long a period? Other details. Do I have to do anyting after my spanking or is there punishments for swearing, not being there on time, etc... (Clare suggests mouthsoaping for swearing) Clare wants to invite her friends to watch but I don't agree since this was a bet between the two of us. Does she get to to this? Clare will pick her favourite answer in a week and I will have to do everything as described in this answer. Please go easy on me :( |
Posted: 27 Dec 2018 10:23 PM PST Friend brings up past events very repeatedly and frequently that can make me feel sad, angry, or embarrassed When friend is around mutual friends they do certain things that make me feel negative even if they know it or not to get a good laugh or a good reaction from friends But when friend is alone with me they don't talk about such topics When friend sees me with other friends, friend jumps in to the conversation to add something about me sooner or later that makes me feel bad whether friend knows or not Friend is racist and talks disrespectful and somtimes nasty sexual things about family of mine Friend gets offended if I do any of these back When friend is mad because of me, friend also tries to make me mad indirectly by bringing up past things from 5+ years ago Friend is rude freely shutting me down when I talk if and whenever friend wants Friend takes advantage of me for his own benefit sometimes when there is a time like that |

Question: I feel like my life is over at 27 going on 30? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 10:09 PM PST I feel like I am running out of time and that I've run out of time to achieve my goals. I am 27 years old and my life has come to be a failure. The defining decade has been a total disaster. At 21 going on 22 I graduated from university - I ended up not finding a job until later that year, had some troubling circumstances, didn't work until next year at 23 for low pay. Jumped ship to another job that was higher paying. Was able to gain experience. The company had trouble, got laid off at 25. Tried to start my own business at 25, wasn't able to get it going. Now I have massive debt from trying. In the past year of 2017, I have had *nothing*. No travel, no expansive adventures, no experimentation with friends, nothing. I now am in the hole and by the time I get my finances revving, I'll be in my 30s with more responsibility and probably a family to take care of. I did not envision myself at 27 as this, being broke, having little social traction, and still in virtually the same place as I was when I graduated. I've read books, I've taken courses, but all of my action has fallen flat. My friends are getting married or engaged and being successful with their life while I have never had a girlfriend and I'm still living with my mom (she's really sick) to help her out. It really burns. I feel stifled. I know all of this is my fault, but what's even worse is the regret of knowing that I can't fix it. My youth is pretty much over now. What do I do? |

Question: My gets mad at me if I don’t want to hang out with my sister and her friends.? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 09:14 PM PST I don't understand but every time my sister asks me if I want to go hang out with her friends sometimes I'm not really in the mood well because they're not my friends. Every time I say some answer other than yes she starts yelling at me. I don't know why or how I can just make her stop. I don't know what her deal is. I don't see her yelling at my sister when I go hang out with my friends and my sister doesn't go. What should I do besides ignore it? Sorry, the question is meant to say *** My Mom gets mad at me*** |

Question: Confused. Why is he acing like this? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 09:03 PM PST He's my ex i broke up with him a few months back because we got into an argument and he was acting passive aggressive. Because there were guys at the gym that liked me he suspected i'm going there to talk to them when one morning I decided to go to the gym to workout. He got suspicious saying you didn't ask me to come so another time i asked but he was working and I brought up the last argument saying exactly so why'd you get upset when I didn't ask last time when you were working. He also is suspicious because one time at the library i met a guy studying medicine like me and we went to grab food because we were hungry and i didn't tell him because i thought he'd get jealous for no reason but when he asked i told him finally and get upset which is why the suspicions from the gym I said i was done with his attitude he said theres no attitude if you're done okay i wish you the best. Anyway fast forward 4 months He always comes to the gym at same time I am and he always comes to yoga when he stopped coming when we were dating and he'd workout instead while i did yoga. Question: Who should I talk to? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 08:29 PM PST I've got a lot going on in my life right now and it's getting really stressful. I really want to talk to somebody about what's going on, but I'm not sure who. We have guidance councilors at my school, but mine just left the school so I can't talk to her anymore. I have a few teachers I trust, but I'm kinda scared they'd go to my parents. I don't really want to talk to my parents just yet. There part of the reason I'm so stressed and I'd just rather not go to them right now. I don't have any aunt or uncle who lives close or who I really trust enough to talk to. The only adults I can talk to are my teachers, but I'm kinda scared that they won't really want to listen to me unload my personal problems on them. I just really need some help figuring this out. I have talked to some of my close friends, but I'd really like some actual advice from an adult. |
Question: How to cut them off? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 08:06 PM PST I've become affiliated with some ppl I knew from my childhood for a few months now. We all know each other from church. Their pretty cool ppl to hang out with in general, we have fun. Problem is, whenever we go out they always act broke, or "forget their wallet" or "forget ID". Ex:They'll pretend to leave their house with $10, but trying to get drunk. Whenever we go places, they take forever to get ready,I'm on time and waiting, and want me to do their make ups. How do I get rid of them without it being awkward, we live down the street from each other, have mutual friends, know each other families. Question: Shes is driving me crazy. Help?? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 06:34 PM PST Hello, im a guy and I'm 24 years old and I'm curious about a little situation. There's a girl I work with, her name is Jenny and shes 35. We are good friends from work and ive known her for the past year. Recently 2 other people have told me Jenny looks like she likes me more than a friend. She's always staring at me, i make her smile and laugh all the time. We work on the same floor but different departments. She even goes to my department to look for papers, but i always catch her just staring at me. I only work with her on weekends, and we get along great. Its silly but I feel like there's a connection between us when we talk. Ive never told her how i feel, but other people have told her in the past that i have a crush on her......she told one of my closest friends that im a really good kid with a good personality. All this is driving me crazy since i really like her, but could she really like me back??????????? Im just very curious since we cant talk about how i feel since shes married. ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY BECAUSE IM NOT PLANNING ON MAKING A MOVE ON HER!! IM JUST CURIOUS |
Posted: 27 Dec 2018 06:23 PM PST I'm moving for a job in a week to a different state and I STILL haven't found a place to live. Every place I either can't afford, don't accept pets, or are to be roommates with men in their 50s. I'm a 21 year-old-woman and in a new environment you have to be extra cautious. There's a great room, affordable, not too far from the office, and he's okay with my large dog. But this would involve my roommate being a man in his 50s+. Which is kind of scary... is it something I should be worried about or what? I haven't found ANYTHING else that could work. My parents aren't helping me past the move there, and my contract is signed. I found another place that's really great but they already have 2 dogs and won't accept another, even though I offered to pay an extra deposit and rent. But I'm not going without my dog, it isn't even an option so please do not comment on that - just on the kind of odd roommate situation. |
Question: Why does she act this way around me?????? Posted: 27 Dec 2018 06:01 PM PST There's this girl at work and she is really cool and has an amazing personality. every time we have the same shift we always talk, I do have a crush on her and a lot of my friends have told her that I like her but she still really cool about it and she still jokes around with me.
