Question: Do you think my family judged my girlfriend? Posted: 25 Dec 2018 03:13 PM PST I don't necessarily hang with my family much. I spend every weekday at the gym. I've got a cousin who watches my Snapchat everyday and will bring up the crazy stuff that happens jokingly. But I'm dating an older woman we're interacial she spent Christmas with us. Before we dated my boy said she looked kinda thotty but she showed off midriff last night I don't think any one cared but it was the first time they met her in person my cousin had only seen her on Snapchat story. My aunt doesn't speak English so there was a language barrier there but I told her about my girl three weeks ago. My family mainly spoke English the whole night though |

Question: Am I wrong for expecting more from my wife after my brother’s death? Posted: 25 Dec 2018 12:15 PM PST My older brother passed away 3 weeks ago. He was 33yrs old. I'm 30 yrs old and my wife is 26. My wife and I Have been having a rocky relationship this year so far. She's originally from Nicaragua. She's currently in the middle of a immigration process to get her permanent green card. After my brother's passing for some reason I feel like i expected more from her. 4 days after my brother's burial she went back to Nicaragua because according to her it is very important for her to be there for her mother's new stores "grand opening". She also wants to spend Christmas and new year w her family. Throughout this whole time she barely calls me to see how I'm doing. She would only text me to see how I am but that's it. Then I see her posting pictures of her having fun and here I am grieving a loss of a brother. I have a hard time sleeping at night and feel like I am falling into a depression. been around my immediate family only depresses me more. Am I wrong for expecting a lot more from her ? Or am I missing something here? I mean after all, despite our issues, she still is my wife and probably the only person who knows me best. |
Question: Why are girls allowed to have preferences and guy aren’t? Posted: 25 Dec 2018 11:32 AM PST Like if a guy likes a shirt girl, or he likes a girl with bigger boobs, or a skinny girl. He gets ridiculed for it, and those girls start talking about how bad of a person he is. Not his fault they are insecure. But it's okay if a girl has all these expectations for a guy. |

Question: How to accept help and love? Posted: 25 Dec 2018 06:07 AM PST Maybe it's because I'm so used to everything going wrong but idk, every time things seem to be going up, I sense that things won't stay peaceful... I have a problem with being genuinely repelled when someone starts caring about me. I can't accept help and enjoy being independent... I want to let people in but I keep shutting people out, which makes things go wrong. Any ideas as to what I can do? |

Question: Why does she tell me about her problems? Does she think we're friends? Posted: 24 Dec 2018 07:17 PM PST It's this girl at my job that I've known less than a month (I was recently hired) and she tells me about all the things that happen in her life. She tells me how bad her family is and how she's having problems with her boyfriend and she wants to leave him and start dating women. At first I thought it was because we're both females and she really needed somebody since she was having a horrible day but this is an every day thing. I don't know if she thinks we're bff's because I told her I'm a lesbian, I have family problems, and some other things about my life that everyone else knows but It seems like I'm the only one she does this to because she stops talking or whispers when other people come in. Also she's very playful with me and she's a little more playful with me than other coworkers. |
