Im a dude and ive been at my job for almoat 2 years. This coworker was making rumors about me, so i decided to go to my managers because i know i was gonna make the situation worse if i confronted the person. Soo this situation turned into big drama for almost a month. But alot of people dont like me anymore because they all think im a drama starter. I feel soo awkward at work now. Some people i used to talk to just walk past me without saying anything. And it makes me feel like crap. I was just trying to protect myself, can i have some advice please????? I really need this job

Im a 24 year old guy, and since i was 17 i was close friends with this girl Alyssa. We were besfriends and she cared soo much for me, she was always there for me in my good moments and in my bad. But early in 2017 we had a really big fight and she told me to never speak to her again. I lied to her because i was trying to protect her but i messed up. I vented my heart out to my friends and told them I'm on a journey to self discovery and the reply was " shut the f up I called you a few days ago and it was a emergency, you didn't pick up find yourself and call me back now" All because I didn't pick up anyone's calls for a few days It was all a joke just like my life is. So in april my long time friend Jen rejected me.We've known each other for 10 years but just in the 2 years I confessed her love for me. Initially she wanted a friensdship with me. Then in april she ended our frienship because she said we had different goals. She just wanted friendship and I wanted something more. I was a crying wreck but I painfully accepted. Later this past summer I got my life back on track,whereas apparently hers got downhill. So last week she called me saying she was sorry about how it ended between us. I just replied initially with a "ok" but I didn't want to be back in that sick relationship we had. Since she was the one calling me and asking to see me I thought she finally loved me back. Turns out she just felt lonely and wanted someone to talk to and knew that I couldn't hate her after all. Now I'm kinda mad. What should I say to her? Because while I'm sorry that she's been having a hard time with her life the reasons why we "broke up" are still there. So I had been friends with this person for over 10 years and we were at our closest for the past 3 or so. One day out of the blue, they randomly blocked me from their life. Phone number, social media, everything. I found a way to reach out and figure out what went wrong but they blocked my advances. It's been 3 months and I'm still terribly hurt. I've been wracking my brain but have no idea what I did to be labeled a toxic friend. Our mutual friends don't want to get in the middle and said this person has stayed silent on the matter, so they aren't of any help. I'm wondering if I should attempt to communicate again by leaving a letter at their door, or if I should just let go and move on? I'm torn because I feel like I need to fight for my friendship; but also how can I ever trust this person again after they could just throw our friendship away like a piece of trash? It's hard to tell if the lack of choice in the matter/loneliness is clouding my judgement or not. Not sure what I should do. I appreciate any advice from people who may have experienced something similar.

He rekindle with a woman in social media which he met 10 years ago, they exchanged numbers and he has been texting the woman daily for almost one month and he did ask the woman out for dinner, for drink but he get rejected 3 times but he did not give up and continue text her daily when he is at work and after work. Only texting, he did not call and talk on the phone. This woman has been texting very openly with the married guy and the guy did not ask her to stop and continued her open minded texting. My question is why he text the woman daily but not call up and chat on the phone. He text good morning , have you eaten, how is your day and good night. What is he doing? Trying to bed her? And does he still love the Wife?

Sometimes I just want my friends and family to listen to how I'm feeling but they always insist on telling me how wrong my feelings are and try to persuade me to feel another way. It honestly annoys me and upsets me even more. What should I do?

Like she asked me to hang out today a few days ago and she wouldn't text me back yesterday so I was assuming it would be an afternoon thing but she completely ignored me and right when the day ended like 11 pm she texted me 'sorry can we hangout another day?'. She'd posted pics of her hanging out with someone else today. Does that mean she doesn't like me? And if she doesn't why did she ask me anyway?? I told other friends I couldn't see them cos I was gonna hang out with her just ruined my day off really.

I'm in a dilemma Ok so this guy friend of mine HATES the guy I'm in love with. He's still hating on this guy for LITERALLY no reason. No he's not in love with me, he's got a thing with another friend of mine. But what should I do? I've ALWAYS chosen friendship over everything but maybe its time to be on the side of the guy I love? Maybe I should FINALLY take his side like for once? Or is it bad? I try to be nice to everyone because it makes me feel like I'm worth something. But when people actually start caring about me, or when a boy says he likes me, I just don't know what to do. I don't know how to handle people liking me. I was bullied for my race and then my shyness caused by that bullying for years in school, and I've just always been an outsider. I want best friends and relationships, and I don't know what I'm scared of but I just am?

My best friend moved interstate a year ago and she's been to visit twice. One time being 6 months ago and the other time being right now. When she has come down she has changed her plans to accommodate other friends and only seems to see me if there's an opening in her schedule. I always feel like I'm the second choice. She just cancelled plans yay I was really looking forward to due to another event. Should I bring it up or would that make matters worse?

Do these people have lots of friends , very few friends, or no friends at all? I can see a person of this type, annoying others and everyone else around them, to the point where no one else wants to deal with them. I can also see this person , rejecting other's friendship or pushing people away from them , only because they think they are "cooler" than the person who is trying to befriend them.

I've been a loner now for 2 years. I've been ok on my own and I still do stuff. I go to the gym and work out and play basketball. I go out to bars and see bands on my own or a game on tv. I'm also social with people. I have online friends too when I'm here bored. I used to have friends when I was younger. It wasn't that hard for me to make friends but after a while you get tired of them. You find out that there not a friend or you can't trust them. Yes i've made a couple decent ones but at my age in my late 30's it can be harder. I'm still a social guy I just don't hang out with people like I used to and that's when I think maybe I don't need them. I come from a good family anyways. I also just like to hang out with women that I want to date.

I have a friend who uses me to get to know other people. I wouldn't mind it if they was meeting people while hanging out with me weather there was or wasn't other people to meet and they just so happened to meet my friends since I have absolutely no problem sharing my friends or my friends being friends with my other friends. well anyhow they only want to hang out when they feel they can meet my friends and get in good with them but if its just me they blow me off and when they meet my friends they try to steal them away by turning them against me and then play dumb when being confronted about it. and latewly I haven't invited them as much but if there not included in everything where they get to meet new people they call some of my other friends up and say I purposely left her out and she feels im a friend thief even though I have never bad mouthed her to anyone or turned anyone against her and also she has never invited me to any event where her friends will may be at and she's never included me in anything where other people will be at. also the only time we make plans is if theres some social event she wants me to invite her to but is never heard from if it's just going to be just me and her hanging out and if we do make plans she bails on me if something better comes her way even though I have never ever done that to her or anyone. don't know how to deal with her since she like to play the victim card

So here is the situation, my friend has a crush on a guy she never met that lives in Asia (we re Americans). And this guy basically randmoly texted her about going into bars and getting drunk and jokes about with her. Then, he basically takes pictures of her social media and use it as his wallpaper and his videos of my friend on his laptop. He also texted her first by finding a pretty girl like my friend on facebook randomly and started texting her. This guy is mutual friends with my friend s best friend. However, even her best friend says to keep your distance from him becuz he lives in the Philipines. Basically, after my friend told me about this, I told her to stop texting him and cut contact. Then, she got really angry and told me i crossed the line. But, I told her im trying to protect you from a guy you never met and your parents dont even know about him. Then, she calmed down and told me she wants a break from our friendship.

So me and this girl talked for a few months and about a month or two ago we stopped talking... Well during the time she talked about getting this job that she really wanted (a big job) and we both celebrated... The other day was her first day and I woke up to a text from her saying that it was her first day and that she was nervous but also excited... Two more messages go by and we stopped talking.... To let you guys know she wanted to stop talking and tried avoiding me... does that message mean more than just a notice or no?

so I was playing golf with a friend from high school (We are in our 30s now). We were not buddies back in high school. We were golfing because another friends put us together. I'm just a small business man with a fitting studio. yes earlier, I said I'm a self employed club fitter. he seemed a bit insecure when I said that... and probably the factory is owned by his parents? so he is working for his parents?

A guy in my class wants a $100 pair of headphones. The teacher told the class to donate money for him to buy them. But the guy is very quiet and no one in the class talks to him a lot. So, if you were his classmates, and didn't know much about him, would you donate money? Just a couple of dollars or cents.

Hey guys, im in a weird situation at work. Im a guy and Im friends with this girl Sabrina at work, and we have known eachother for a year. We are very professional but alot of coworkers are bothered by us being friends and its causing alot of drama. Im 23 and shes 34 and she is married with kid. I only see her as a good friend and we enjoy our company at work. coworkers think thats weird since we always laugh and talk.   There was a report sent to my supervisor by another coworker saying i spend my whole entire shift talking to Sabrina at her desk (when thats not True) I had a few meetings with management and they told me i need to back away from Sabrina because its causing conflict. They dont want me talking to her unless im saying Hi or Bye. Sabrina was helping me to not get into trouble anymore. she told me she has my back but she doesn't want to see me get in trouble anymore because of her. I even told her i wasn't allowed to talk to her anymore at work. So when i saw her Last week on monday she didn't say anything, she just waved at me and we cant passing by eachother without saying anything.    On Facebook she told me that management wanted to talk to her for the first time, Soo after her meeting i noticed she deleted me from her facebook. Someone in management told me that apperantly Sabrina threw me under the bus at the meeting. Some of my friends have seen Sabrina at work and she has been looking miserable. My friends have seen her at work and she has been looking miserable. She told other people that my friendship with her was inoccent. Then why would she betray me. Im scared to see her tomorrow

He "bought" it maybe 6 years ago and I don't believe he ever made a car payment on it. The bank owns his title, and he actively banks with them. He drives it everyday, has been pulled over for speeding and everything. It just seems they forgot about his car? What does he do now? Has it just been building interest the whole time? Can he sell it? Should he have it scraped when he wants to get rid of it? So many weird questions with this one. Also just to put it out there, I don't approve of his actions!
