My boyfriend and I have been together for 6.5 years, and he has talked about proposing to me. I am very excited that I get to spend the rest of my life with him, but I feel upset that he said the limit on my ring would be 7,000 usd, but has changed it to 5,000 usd. I know that is alot of money in general, especially for a ring, but I feel hurt that he changed his mind so abrubt, and even denied saying that he d spend that much. Am i wrong for being upset? How can we compromise?

How would you feel if your coworker assured you she won't be getting married anytime soon and then later books her wedding just two weeks before ours? We'll be inviting the same people.

I'm strongly considering making my sister my Maid of Honor. She will be almost 16 when we get married, but I don't know if that is old enough for the stress and planning of a wedding. I could ask my 24 year old cousin but I am really wanting it to be my sister. (I will be 22 when I get married and my partner 21)
