I was best friends with this girl (not going to use real names so I'm going to use the name rosie). Rosie and I was best friend's since third grade. Were in our senior year now. Basically this girl (not going to use her real name either so I'll call her Ann). We was only friend's with this girl for about 2 or 3 months. Ann was friend's with me too but wanted to be closer with Rosie then me. Well rosie and i got into an argument (she was talking about me) I found out, I had screen shots sent to me. He's my ex i broke up with him a few months back because we got into an argument and he was acting passive aggressive. Because there were guys at the gym that liked me he suspected i'm going there to talk to them when one morning I decided to go to the gym to workout. He got suspicious saying you didn't ask me to come so another time i asked but he was working and I brought up the last argument saying exactly so why'd you get upset when I didn't ask last time when you were working. Anyway fast forward 4 months He always comes to the gym at same time I am and he always comes to yoga when he stopped coming when we were dating and he'd workout instead while i did yoga. Now he always comes to yoga and he'll text me here an there. The other day after yoga he texted me saying "why'd you look so mad today, I was going to say hi but you didn't look very welcoming" and stuff like this, and yesterday we were at the gym and they don't give out free towel but selling them instead. He said he was going to buy a towel and if I wanted one i said no but he came back with 2 and gave me one too And he'd say things like you'll see what God has blessed me with just like He has blessed you. I said what he said i can't tell you that now. I said you can never tell me anything. He said i tell you everything but somethings you need patience to see. Anyway he didn't wish me merry xmas This means that he's no longer interested?

Hello, im a guy and I'm 24 years old and I'm curious about a little situation. There's a girl I work with, her name is Jenny and shes 35. We are good friends from work and ive known her for the past year. Recently 2 other people have told me Jenny looks like she likes me more than a friend. She's always staring at me, i make her smile and laugh all the time. We work on the same floor but different departments. She even goes to my department to look for papers, but i always catch her just staring at me. I only work with her on weekends, and we get along great. I asked my friend what she had got for Christmas.. she said she didn't get anything and I felt bad for her so I took a few household items that my mom didn't want and didn't use and decided to give it to my friend as a gift. I had money but decided not to technically use it to actually buy a gift from the store for her just to save my money.. was I wrong and should I have actually bought her a gift instead of giving her an unused household item?

(Sorry for the long paragraph lol) I went to my brothers girlfriends house yesterday for Christmas. I had my phone on charge in his girlfriend's sisters room (only because his gf put it there). I went in there and was checking my phone, then his girlfriends sister walked in and I said to her I'm only charging my phone and that I wasn't doing anything other than that. I sent her a message this morning apologising because I felt bad. She said to not be silly and that it's all fine. I tend to overthink things. Do you think she would have said something to me if she felt uncomfortable about me being in her room or am I overthinking it?

Many of the artists and musicians I like depict growing up in the west coast A place where kids all get in the same car and smoke weed in the desert, What I find so interesting is that over there people have long hair, practice astrology, dye their hair, etc... In the east coast things are very dry, serious, and professional. The people in the west coast are more free spirited, eccentric, in a way, they are 'young' Why is that? Why is it the west like this but once you go east of Colorado, things started getting kind of square? NY, NJ and all these other cities are cool, but none of them have free spiritedness and charisma of people in the west coast

My friend and I live in a 6 person apartment style dorm. My friend and I share a room and a bathroom. We have entirely different sleep schedules, because I have work at 7am every other day, and her classes don't start till 10am. I go to bed at 10:30pm and she stays in our room watching Netflix on her laptop till 1am. I don't understand why she can't go in the living room and watch her shows? While I'm trying to sleep, she'll leave our dorm door open and the hallway light will shine in, she'll eat crunchy foods (carrots or chips), and she's noisy when she enters the room. She doesn't clean our bathroom, and she leaves her bloody pads unwrapped in the trash can. She kept putting her dirty clothes on my towel rack, even though she has her own. She doesn't buy her own hand soap(I've gone through 5 bottles, and she's only gone through one), and instead of buying household necessities, like dish soap, paper towels/toilet paper, etc, she buys 3-4 packs of bottled water. We don't need bottled water, we have a Brita pitcher in our fridge. I've talked to her about these issues, and I've never met a person who lacks this much self awareness. I like her as a friend, and I don't mind sharing an apartment with her, I don't want to share a room and bathroom with her. But I don't know what to do (other than work 2 jobs over the summer) because a single room (in our apartment) costs $2,000 more than the double room, and I don't know if I can afford that.

We agreed to exchange Xmas gifts weeks before.. I came into town and she seemed to not want to meet ever. She claimed she was sick the times I asked to meet. But would literally send pictures of herself smiling and In christmas attire. It was odd. She did not look or sound sick. Then days went by and then Christmas went by and nothing. Finally a day after Xmas I received a text saying she was without a car and alone (I am friends with her bf too who she gets jealous when I talk to him) and now was a good time to exchange gifts because she was alone. I just told her I left town already and I think this is the end of the friendship for me. I'm pretty pissed.

I've spent my whole year alone with only one friend. I was incredibly lonely, but I feel like the friends I recently made online make me feel worse. There's drama and I'm overwhelmed. The drawings themselves are fairly average and they are nothing special. They're not colored in either. The only issue is that he won't let me look at them. I don't understand why since I tell him everything and all of my secrets. I've even told him my most dark secrets. But he won't let me look at a book full of stupid drawings? I don't care what is in them, but he won't let me look at them which bothers me. He said that his friend drew them for him and that they have been friends for years, but he's known me longer. He even asks me some of my secrets and I tell him voluntarily, but I can't see a stupid book of mediocre drawings? Heck, I even let him look at drawings that people drew for me and some commissions that I draw. I honestly don't understand but I'm highly irritated at him. I think I'm just going to stop hanging out with him since he doesn't trust me. I don't understand. I'm always honest with him, always open, and always deep and personal with him. I know everything about him but I can't see a few stupid drawings? I know they're porn drawings of some TV shows, but my god, who hasn't seen porn cartoons? I even draw them.
