My husband and I are legally separated and has been an abusive bastard to me and my family the over 2 1/2 yrs since I was 8 months pregnant with my son and still is abusive to us. He's never hit our son, but will flip out in rage on him as well as me. I'm not even into the Christmas spirit or xmas day this yr b/c my innocent baby will be with his monster father. I was talked into dropping domestic violence charges 4 months ago in order to recieve child support. I didn't care for the child support but my attorney said the judge would consider it good faith to drop them. i have a friend who has been im this same situation and said it only getds worse and the court has a way of setting up women. Have any other women experienced this not being with their child on Christmas and day after? How do you cope?

Okay, so some kids at my school told me our sole purpose in life is to reproduce and be "storage" for babies. It's not in my character's nature to blackmail or threaten her lover; it wouldn't fit with my plot. Without giving away too much, my protagonist is a young woman who lacked all confidence and had no voice, real beliefs, or self-respect. She fell in love with a married man who she is now three years into a relationship with-- still as the secret side woman. The climax of the story will be her realizing her worth through a series of events and learning how to stand up for herself and take control of her life-- starting with her relationship. It's a process and I want it to be a bit messy/ up and down to keep it interesting for the readers (if anyone ever ends up reading my story-LOL). But I'm coming to you all for your advice on how she can gain - or take back - power and control in her relationship? How can I reverse roles so that it's her married lover who's bending over backwards for her? Whether it's a result of fear or lust -- I just don't want my character to threaten her lover since it wouldn't fit. What do you suggest? It can be as wacky or creative or realistic as you like. It's fiction after all. I'm looking forward to your answers! We are co-workers, both married. He flirts with me a lot and I will catch him checking me out too. He will poke fun at me and most of our conversations are great. However almost every single time we chat, he will ask about my husband. What he does, his interests, etc. They've never met and I don't usually talk about my husband at work. I know he doesn't ask others about their SO's so I was just curious if that is something he is asking because he's interested and getting a feel for where I am in my marriage or what? Just kinda weird cuz I get "attracted-vibes" from him and then he asks random questions about my husband now and then when we discuss personal stuff. Let me start off with my husband and I have been together for 9 years and married for 1 year. We are on our late 20s. My husband works an hour away. His work Christmas party is at a bar a coworker owns. Husband says if I want to go he will call into work tomorrow (he works afternoons gets out at 10pm) so he doesn't have to drive back after work an hour out of the way to pick me up. I'm undecided. I want to go because all he does is work, and we never go to any social events. Then again I don't want to seem like I'm a whiney wife who made her husband call in so she could go to HIS work party. Also, I have been a little insecure about a female coworker that's he is close with. We've talked about it before and I understand that in the dangerous environment they work in they have to look after each other (in turn causes the closeness). I don't want to seem like I'm going to spy, but at the same time I feel like I secretly am. Not sure what I should do. Should I go to the party? He's the one who did bring it up about calling in that day. Should I go with him? Or should I just stay home and let him hang out with his coworkers without me?

Why do husbands get bored of their wives

My husband got up to go to the gym this morning and he put on some cologne. He's never done that before.

We have been dating 7 yrs and do not live together. We barely see each other during the week due to work and sometimes barely on weekends. On Sat I assumed we'd hang out. But my bf told me he will be going to Walmart to help his friend's gf find a gift for the guy friend. Apparently she texted my bf that her bf is hard to shop for and needs help. My bf is meeting her while shes at work (at Walmart) ..and the. My bf is going to help the couple find a nice Christmas gift for me.... Is this situation weird? I dont get why my bf is getting his friends gf a gift. My bf just net her this yr .....btw she is currently pregnant. I dont want her texting my bf and pretending she needs help for her bf.

My Husband has been cheating on me with multiple men. I caught him in 2016 and he swore to me then that it would never happen again and all he wanted was me and the kids, his family. Then Sep 11 2018 he admitted that he had cheated on me again multiple times with men. He has admitted to being bi and I accepted him for it asking only that we be open and honest with each other and he continues to run around behind my back. I forgave him because I think I still have feelings for him but I also feel I got back with him because I am not financially stable without him.
