Hi people, I came here because I need advice. It seems a little strange so there's no one I'm comfortable talking about it with in person. Okay, so I'm a person that gets jealous easily and, being an only child, I've always liked to get all the attention. The conflict I'm having is at work. Everyone says I'm a good worker and seems to like me, though I am quiet, and a little awkward at times I feel like. A few months ago, I kinda connected with a guy I work with (not in a romantic way or anything, just like a friendship; he's quite a bit older than I am). He was really nice to me, and I heard a little over a month ago that I was his favorite. I hadn't suspected that at all, but of course it made my day to hear it. But not long after that, it seems like he started acting a little different towards me, and all I've been worried about is that I'm not his favorite anymore, because it would hurt my feelings if I wasn't. I've wondered if another girl we work with is his new favorite because they talk a lot, and it also makes me jealous. But I can't stand these feelings!! Now, like I said, this isn't any sort of romantic relationship, and I don't have a crush on him or anything. It's just like...I want to be his favorite and I want his attention. But I don't really understand why. Can I have some advice on what to do? It's kinda killing me haha. I've tried to tell myself, " I shouldn't care about it. I'm just here to do a job." But it doesn't work!

I work in a hospital. 60s who won't leave me alone. He walked up to me one day at my desk when I was alone and said "I didn't do it hee hee hee". He then walked up to me an sucked on his finger in a inappropriate manner. I reported it to his boss and my boss. They both said he's not allowed to talk to me. But since then he keeps walking close near me, he stands near my chair, he follows me when I go to the cafeteria, when I go talk to patients. My old boss has since been fired. I feel like I have no other allies. My new boss is very strict and has been firing me left and right lately. I feel trapped. I've tried to transfer departments but they won't let me. I tried going to other hospitals but no one has offered me a job. On top of it he seems like he has a mental issue. He's bothered other coworkers. He has no teeth. His eyes are bloodshot. He smells like alcohol and weed. He walks like he's about to trip. I'm so disgusted.

I was hanging out and drinking with this girl and a couple of friends one night. We had hung out other times without any problems. However, she apparently is a light weight and got drunk pretty quickly that night. Later she told me that she had a giant crush on me. I didn't want to date her since I wasn't really attracted to her and because she had broken up with her boyfriend like two week before. We spend like three hours talking about it before we reached a middle ground and we understood each others positions.Were still friends and have hung out since then. Now, I'm planning on drinking with some other friends and was wondering if I should invite her to join us. I really don't want this to end up like last time and she seems like kind of a mess family wise so I don't know if I want to be giving her alcohol and making things worse. Thanks

I have one as it is really stressing me out my speech has gotten better over the years though I've had help but I still have my days and worried about when I go out ordering stuff like what if no one understands me? My heart starts racing fast in lines very rare when someone doesn't understand me but still happens like last time I was at the mall the lady asked for my number didn't understand me instead of repeating myself more I kinda said I don't have one and walked away. Do you have one if so how do you cope?

My brother told me that I should dress as a vampire for halloween because I have the black hair, brown eyes, and pale skin. My mom said one time that I need to get that pasty white skin some tanning. I burn moderately so I avoid sun during the summer months because I hate humidity, and the fact that the suns rays absorb into my black hair and makes my head feel as though i am on fire. I can get tan but its mostly a very poor tan, and the tan comes off in less than a month.

I don't understand. He told me he liked me and now he's been pushing me away. Of course he knows I like him as well. He says he's going through a lot but why didn't tell me this before he stopped talking to me for days. Poor communication.

He ignored my text a day after he poured his heart to me and told me I was his. Of course I told him that I liked him back. I asked him everything was okay and he said he was going through a lot but how would I know if he ignores me for days and I mean days while he's snapping his food...I want proper communication. Now I can't tell if he actually likes me...I know he's insecure but

I knew him for a while, in the last week we had some business together, so we met. after that he's been txting a lot, I kind of liked him so we got flirty. He keeps finding reasons to come to my place or inviting me over. So far I've been saying no, finding excuses (its been a week that we started hanging out, we go out for lunch dinner but casual, txt from good morning to goodnight). He doesn't ask me out for dinner or something, its like friends and he keeps wanting to come over. Is he interested, being friends or trying to get in my pants?

The guy I'm seeing ignored me because he says he was going through some things. We're both 25. I feel like he should've let me know he needed some space instead of brushing me off. It upsets me because I need someone who can communicate better. I'm I wrong? What do I say to him..

To me it doesn't make sense. When you're broken up why would you spend any kind of time talking or seeing each other just for Christmas? It'll be like a month since we broke up on Christmas.... when broken up I don't really imagine spending holidays with that person

The guy I've been talking to keeps pushing me away. He has told me he thinks he's fat, hates his body and his hands etc. Not to sound full of myself but I think I'm beautiful inside and out. I'm afraid he's intimidated. He seems think that I'm talking to other guys etc...now I honestly think he's ignoring me just to see if I'll run back to him. does he think I'm out of his league. What do I do? He has a wonderful personality aside from his insecurities
