I was coming home from work when my car started acting up. I was very close to my friend's house, and it made it most of the way there and I was able to push it into his driveway, out of the way of his things. I tried to call him, couldn't reach him. He wasn't home either, so I left him a voicemail and walked home. A few hours later he called me, irate, said I needed to get my car now or he was having it towed. I explained what was going on, told him tomorrow was payday and I could tow it home, asked if it was in his way. He said it's not in the way, but he's "making a point." Wouldn't tell me what his point was, and I ultimately had to have someone push my car with his truck that night to get it home. Now my friend won't talk about it and is trying to be all buddy buddy. What's the deal??

There is this women whom I have seen around school. As I was walking to school, I was walking towards a vending machine and noticed this women was walking behind me at somewhat of a distance. When I walked up to the vending machine, there was a bench right behind me. I look at the vending machine, then I looked behind me at the bench, and there she was sitting on the bench to the right of me all by herself? No one around just me and her, she sat there for like 30 seconds, until I started moving around a little and then I heard her get up and leave? Think about the situation, I was walking towards a vending machine, she was walking behind me, then when I got to the vending machine, she sat on the bench behind me to the right of where I was, there was no one around just me and her,( she does not even know me) yet she still sat their for a while all by herself in the same area as me. Girls usually if not attracted to a man try to get away from him as much as possible, but even more so when there is no one around. My question is, do you women do this when you are attracted to a man and do you think she's attracted to me?

I'm 20 years old, but I still can't drive because I have Autism. One of my friends is having a Christmas party and invited me. The problem is, she lives an hour away from me! My parents can't drive me because they are going to a different party(I'm not invited to the party my parents are going to) that's also an hour away, but in the opposite direction. None of my siblings drive either, so they can't drive me, and I have no other relatives near where I live. They all live out of state. There are no buses that go from my house to my friends house, and it would take up to 2 1/2 hours to get there by train, so I can't take a bus or train. I get paid a lot at my job and can take an Uber there and back for about $100, but my parents won't let me take an Uber by myself. They also won't let me take an Uber that far. Please help me! I REALLY want to go to my friend's party! All of my friends are going and it's going to be a really fun party! Should I take the Uber for $100? I don't want to just be stuck at home all night while all of my friends are having a good time at the party! Please help! I can't drive because driving requires concentration, which i'm not good at. Also, none of my friends live near me either, so I can't ask them to give me a ride.

please only serious answers, my friend group of about 7 or so people has split up due to one controversial thing and I don't know what to do. I don't agree with the person who said this but they don't deserve to just be left behind. I love all of these people and it hurts to see them fight like this. I can't tell if this is all my fault for not being able to help. I'm 15 years old and he's 12. Yet he is so much better than me. Why? Because he is cute, skinny, has a lot of friends, goes to school, and is funny. If he moved into the city from the suburbs for a job, and all his friends are in the suburbs he grew up with, he decides to join some church young adult groups to make new friends near where he lives. Isn't that kind of like they have to be your friend? Like he doesn't have the social skills to form a social circle without something like this?

Update: I have two friends. One guy and a girl. I've been quite close to the girl for 2 years now. Recently she's began getting closer to my friend. She sometimes only hangs around him, twerks on him in the club and kind of flirts with him. Whenever she decides to sleep over at our house she stays in his room. My friend knows I like her but she does not Update 2: I tell him to stop sleeping in the same room with her, but he refuses. He feels if I like her I should have made a move. But the girl has a boyfriend. okay so my work fellows all went out to breakfast our boss had taken us out . Everytime someone speaks it's always relevant to what someone or everyone else may know about , but I'll be sitting there not knowing what the heck that they are talking about . So I just sit there , but then I feel stupid because I can't even give my input and then not even talking to me . I hate that feeling so I just go on my phone and I was on my phone the whole time because my phone texting . I understand very well that it's rude to be on your phone , and I know they found it that I was ignoring them , mad at them or something maybe I was dealing with an issue . They seemed very upset at me for being on my phone exspeically my boss !. I honestly when I'm not on my phone I'll sit there feeling like an idiot not knowing what to say ever!. So I go on my phone because clearly there not talking to me there talking to each other .

My former best friend and I had a fall out almost 3 years ago. It was mainly my fault. I have reached out in the past but to no avail. I have somewhat gotten over it. I went to college, made new friends and even forgot about her. But sometimes guilt creeps in from the way I treated and start to feel bad, or a song or show will come up at the most random time and I will start missing her. I've even tried deleting music and shows we watched but I can't run away from it. I've even spoken about it with my therapist in the past in one of our sessions but i just feel guilt. I am happy for her and don't harbor ill will for her but I don't know what to do about these feelings because the come and go on the most random day. It's like mourning the death of someone.

A friend of mine recently lost her dad. She s never had a real-real job. He s always supported her. After he passed, she got about 20k in life insurance. Her excuse for not working was that she wanted to stay home and homeschool her son, who had behavior issues at school. She s tried selling things, learning coding without actually taking real classes, making things, signing up for waitr to deliver food... but none of it is really a decent amount to live off of and she s anti government. She refuses to get a job because she doesn t want to stop homeschooling, but won t get on welfare or foodstamps at all, and keeps saying if she can t afford her son she should just give him up which I think contributes to his behavior issues given I know if it was me... my mom saying that would make me feel unstable in my home. I m just really worried about what will happen when that money runs out but she s the type of person you can t really tell anything too because she s rather cut people out of her life for disagreeing with her choices than hear anyones concerns. A couple months ago, an ex-mutual friend of Kasidy and I told Kasidy that our housemate Chris has a crush on her. Now everything that they do, she's overanalyzing it. Their relationship dynamic is different from regular friendships but we never really thought anything of it. She sleeps in his room every night, they do almost everything together, constantly text, he admitted that he's unable to sleep unless she's thee and she "keeps him sane", all these things kind of add up and we question whether he likes her more as a friend. Although, she thinks it's more of an attention thing, as they both thrive on attention. Yet now that I'm aware of it, I think it's really weird and that she should address it but she doesn't want to, as she fear their friendship will chance (which it evidently might). Overall, I just want to know whether other people think this is a weird dynamic and that she should address it

So the whole thing is, I live in a house with 3 other people. And one of the people I live with is a close friends with *Devin. But I recently found out that they had an issue with our other housemate, *Andrew. Devin texted me one day telling me that he wanted to tell me why he had this issue, but never actually did it. About a week later, I find out that our other housemate knows about the issue, *Kathy. And Kathy keeps vaguely alluding to it and just keeps saying "I want to tell you, but it isn t my place" which I completely understand, yet it s annoying to constantly hear about something that you would ve thought your close friends would ve told you first. A couple days later, Devin addressed his issue with Andrew. So now I m the only one who doesn t know what s going on with my friend, or what s happening and I feel completely annoyed and frustrated. I just wish my friend would ve told me as I feel less valued and not as close in comparison to our other friends. And now Devin is avoiding everyone in the house, and I know it s related to the issue but I don t know the reason as to why. Am i justified in feeling the way that I do, or should I be looking at it from another perspective?
