Okay so a little back story, I have been best friends with my older sister (18m between) since birth. I am now 24 and the only time we have not got along is when my depression was at a high in our teens. We always follow a pattern ever since I started school, I make friends, I spend equal time between but she hates them. She makes friends I find them okay but not my cup of tea, she pushes me to hang out with them with her. FF to present. We get compared a lot, she's skinnier, prettier, she's in a stable relationship, owns her house and has three beautiful children, she is an extrovert, I am the opposite. I do truely love her, but I've worked in bars and went out and done things and gone places and I'm ready to sit at home now. She has made new friends, she made three Facebook group with me her and her new friends this week trying to get us to chat, she has invited me shopping and not told me they were coming, she's invited them to my house without telling me for bbq's, and she's asked our mum if I'm being weird she has friends because she's worried about me. I am loving it, I now have time to hang out with my other half once or twice a week, I'm reading, painting having fun. I just wish she would stop forcing me to hang out with them. Why does she do this? I have been asking myself for years

My friend and I have been friends for almost 8 years. As far I can remember, she has always been obsessed with her ex. she is still stalking, finding information, reaching out to her ex. It is getting out of hand. Ex: 1 time she wanted me to go with her to a meat market at 11 pm but the real reason why she wanted to go is because the place is next to a bar where her ex hangs out. Another time she told me that she met her ex's girlfriend. I asked how she knew it was her? She said went to visit someone for the 1st time who happened to live next to my ex and saw a woman walking in his house. she stopped talking with a friend of her because she says she was involved with him. She was very overwhelemed today because she thinks that the friend she stopped talking to was spending a romantic time with her ex. I was like where do you get this from? She said that the friend posted a picture of a wine on her instagram story and since she knows her ex likes wine, she thinks the woman bought it for him. ( let me clarify that this friend is married). Also every time her ex post a comment or a quote she takes it personal. She thinks everything he post is because of her. Is her behavior even normal? I really think she needs professional help. What do you think? I had adviced her many times. Her current boyfriend broke up with her once and she was feeling guilty and promised she would stop. They went back together and marrying soon but she just won't stop. I think she just can't control it.

ever since she started dating this guy a few years ago she's been obsessed with anime and looking Asian and all Japanese culture and only eats Japanese food. I don't understand it. and I barely get what she's talking about half of the time. she only talks about anime or only wants to talk about anime. she will disregard anything else. so it's just awkward and I can't talk to her because idk what the significance of one piece or yuri on ice is. She's 27, still lives at home, has never had a boyfriend, never went to college, only works 2 days a week, and has to watch her disabled sister when her parents aren't home (which is why she can barely work). Why doesn't she just move out, leave her parents to deal with caring for their own child instead of having the oldest do all of the work? She needs to do something with her life, I know she has more potential than this but she's stuck...

Ok so I have a pretty good friend group but I feel like no one wants to hang out with me. Like I'm always asking them what are you guys doing this weekend and they always say something like "sorry I'm busy" and then they post on their Snapchat story of them hanging out with their other friends. I don't know why people don't want to hang out with me. I actually don't understand. Whenever I actually do make plans, it's always me asking them first. I'm outgoing and fun with my friends, but they all seem to just get closer to each other without me and it makes me feel so left out, they never tell me they appreciate me. They're always telling their other friends that they love them, never me and I don't understand. I just wish people could like me and want to be friends with me. I'm sick of feeling unwanted and like I have no friends. It annoys me everyday to the point where I break down thinking about how I barely have any friends.

Back in 2017 my boyfriend at the time, my best friend, and her husband all went to Florida on vacation. We're all in our late 30's with kids. Anyway, for the last few days I suspected something was up between my best friend and her husband and yesterday she came to me and said that she slept with my boyfriend during our vacation. She said when her husband and I went for a morning run (we're both athletic) that's when it happened. Why she never told me until now is beyond me. She said she felt guilty and was afraid to come clean bc of her marriage too. What do I Do? This guy and I are no longer together but friends ourselves. However, I'm not mad at her as I know it takes two, but I'm more upset then anything. Any advice on how to proceed. I'm talking a 25 yr friendship on the line.

My friend and her fiance broke up (and according to her, there's no chance of getting back together). She asked if her and her 6 month baby can stay with me for a while (she offered to go half on the bills). The issue isn't the space (I have a two bedroom, 2 bath and live alone), it's just the thought of living with a child, especially one so young. I believe in karma so I wouldn't want the door shut on me, but I feel like I would be okay up to a certain time. Then after that I would need my own space. Not to mention, I'm extremely clean (like OCD level) which is why roommates have been hit and miss for me in the past.

I do classes online where I m unable to meet any friends, and moved to an area where I don t have any friends and don t know it well. Im not religious and don t have a church or anything like that, and the concerts I go to are normally older metal bands and are mostly filled with people who aren t my age. I m curious to know if there s any places where I can meet friends around my age when I don t really have any opportunities to join social groups or know of any active community events. Maybe apps or something like that? Any and all suggestions would be appreciated! Doing classes online means that I do NOT have a chance to interact with others my age. I DO NOT go to a normal school and am unable to meet people there.

Long story short, there has been this girl, let's call her Carol, who has been constantly lowkey condescending me ever since we met. We met in Seventh Grade, and be being the twelve year old i was, failed to notice how she had been treating me. Previously, I had never been treated with any friendship-like respect up until Sixth Grade, so I still wasn't quite sure how to identify when I was being treated badly by my peers. She was very stuck up, and it had never occurred to be how much of a toxic person she was up until Eighth Grade, where when I confronted her about how she had been lying to me about a recent problem, she had sent an essay about how she felt, "attacked." Many others have come to agree with me, but even though we are no longer, "friends," she still will treat me and my little sister like this. I have stayed quiet for way to long, and I do know that two wrongs don't make a right, but Jesus CHRIST am I sick of not doing a thing. Now, any advice...? I am a Freshman, for any future questions.

My friend who had her butt, breast, nose, and chin done only told me and her family. She told me to not tell anybody, but the difference is noticeable! What is the point of lying about it? As well as the Kardashians lying about their surgeries and saying it's due getting "fatter" or "childbirth". By saying they achieved their body a way that is not possible without plastic surgery. In the end, everybody will have their own opinion and talk about it.

Months ago I had a falling out with a 'friend'. Since that time I've come to realize she is really emotionally sick and dangerous so I have complete blocked her and unfriended her. But lately, her two different groups of friends have been checking out my My Story and Instagram and it's irking me. I'm a musician so I don't want to make my page private. Should I block these people who I don't even know, or just ignore?

So recently I stopped talking to my brother for alot of reasons. I can say a few of them which are: Lying all the time, bringing lame excuses so i could do his work which he could easily do himself like driving to his friends house because the friend forgot something when he was at our place, always making fun of me and calling me a pig sometimes for no reason, breaking my promises, embarrassing me infront of my friends and so on. I honestly dont like to call him a brother anymore because of all the negativity he has. Keep in mind in most of these situations i was mostly calm and observing because i dont get mad easily. But one day i snapped and just never talked to him again. He is literally the opposite personality of myself, i never liked doing any of the things he does. And so i blocked him on all social media but now he is a stalker on the social media i use. He graduated from studying IT from college which makes the stalking even worse because he could hack. Sometimes when i stream playing games or talking to my friends he is always there as a view count which is scary even though i blocked him. Literally as im typing this he is one of my views on my channel even when im not even live at the moment which makes me frustrated. I wish i can get this person off my life because i dont need toxicity. Who do i deal with a situation like this?

Recently there had been a misunderstanding between me and her. Not that we argue but I was drawing away from her and she reached out to talk over lunch. After that I asked her to coffee on campus, which she said yes and we've met up. I just want to know if some of the things during our coffee hangout is an indicative of anything. She offered me to try her ice cream with the spoon she was going to eat the ice cream with and, she asked me what my plans for the day since today is Halloween. She was contemplating what to do and I don't know if I was reading too much into it out of context of her wanting me to ask her to hangout. The negative signs is that we have a mutual friend that i met through her and she talks about him time to time but I know she's single. After the hangout, I walked her to her the library and maybe the weather was chilly and she was cold, but she had her arms crossed. She had been working on something before I had met up with her, I wasn't sure if she wanted me to stay in the section of the library, but I did not want to bother and it was a quite section so I left after a few minutes. She initiated for a hug when we departed but it just wasn't the same. I'm probably just being hopeful. Is she uncomfortable with me? maybe she did wanted me to stay at the library with her, I thought she just wanted me to walk her to the library. Why am I so slow.

I have no friends, no girlfriend, not even family since most don't even bother to contact me. I feel lost because I have no career yet that I feel interested in. Still work in fast food and make little money. I feel like I'm a failure with no solid goals in life and no one close to I can talk to about it.

My friend is married to a country singer they been married for 4 months they been trying to have a baby. The singer already has a kid from her previous marriage I can't say her name because she's one of those celebrities who like to keep a private life. My friend wants her partner to have the kid instead because she has a sever heart and lung condition to where she can't have children even though she's only 26 the singer is 76 I don't think it would be possible for her to have anymore kids though it seems like if you're famous anything can be possible. Would it be possible for her to get pregnant again ?
