I'm hoping some parents with sole physical and legal custody can give me some input. My attorney and the court have told me that it means I can make all decisions regarding my child's education, religion, medical situations etc. I have also been advised that I can make all decisions regarding their welfare. My question is, how far does "welfare" go? Any examples people have experienced themselves?

Would you marry somebody if their dad was worth $1.6 million dollars? Not just because of their rich family, but because the person has a genuinely amazing personality and is attractive physically as well. I know a guy whose dad is a politician and worth that much. He is physically attractive, has an amazing personality and is so passionate about religion, but I just wondered if people would assume if you marry him, you're marrying him for his money. He's not an asshole. He's very humble, sweet as pie. I know him somewhat well. We go to the same church. He is 2 years older than me.

My son is 18 months old and was always so close to his dad. He's always been a mommas boy, but still got so happy whenever daddy got home and enjoyed being held by him. I wanna say the last 2 months he has been a constant battle for my husband to even carry him. The last month however has been really bad. The second daddy gets home he makes brat noises and won't even let him get near him and if he does he smacks him or throws a fit. My husband feels really bad and says he's not even gonna try anymore. My husbands friend stole money from me, I'm absolutely certain of it, there's no other explanation as money doesn't just vanish. My husband believes his friends lies, so is basically disbelieving me. It really hurts me. What should I do?

We don't have any kids and are both in our late 20's He left the house at about 10pm. I figure he would be home by 12am at the latest, not! he came strolling in at a little after 3am. I think that is inappropriate behavior for a married man. At least tell me that you will be out late. I plan on doing the same thing to him in a couple of months. My sister and I used to be married into the same in law's (2 sisters married to 2 brothers.). Now my sister is divorced and her ex-husband AND my mother in law are trying to use manipulation tactics on me! I didn't even notice it at first because they're such master manipulators. But my sister pointed it out. It was really disturbing but I'm happy I'm aware of it now. How do I protect myself from their manipulation?

Because most people have sex with other people's wives and I think I made a mistake having sex with my own.

if you've been watching advertisements, films and television lately, you should notice the media featuring far more interracial couples. but they almost always depict a black woman with a white man. in reality, most interracial couples are nearly always a black man with a white woman. black woman/white man marriages are almost unheard of. why is the media so racist that they won't depict a black man with a white woman in their shows and ads? why are they so frightened to reflect the real world? @mama kimama: that is what i said. the media only shows black women with white men. the media is racist. they refuse to show black men with white women, despite that in the real world, nearly all interracial couples are black men with white women.

Do you think it's considered wrong/inappropriate for a happily married man and a younger woman (who has a boyfriend), to sit alone in a car at night in her driveway, just talking and listening to soft music for 15-20 minutes? Say the wife knows he's giving the young lady a ride home. A mild amount of flirting going on, but nothing too crazy or concerning. Why are they scum if the wife knows, relatively, what's going on? SayItRight, we go to the same church and he's happily married (and I have a boyfriend) and has morals. This isn't the first time we were alone in the car, even at night, and nothing has ever happened. We both have flirty personalities, but I don't see him ever coming onto me like that. It's never any major flirting, purely innocent...he likes to tease and pick on me and we laugh together a lot, but that's it.

Then the husband confronts his wife to which she confessed it to be true and she did enjoyed it with others that times ,and that she had hidden those fact yes and does'st even have sex with the husband properly and when he confronted her, she said that "he is lucky that he is atleast getting to touch her". Thus this too hurt the husband and compelled him to think that he is not as attractive and important compared to her exes with whom she surrendered herself freely whereas to husband she says that he is lucky that he atleast gets to touch her. So, thus that mean That the wife settled with this man and is just Ising him as provider with no entitlements and rights? Can the husband too stop pleasuring her completely by saying he no more likes it?

Both are hurtful people in many other ways.

Sometimes i hear women saying their husband is another child to them. And then the audience laughs. I find that 1. A lie, 2. Disrespectful, 3. I would imagne the husband feels hurt by that statement and 4. Even if he is not doing his husbandly duties, dont publically call him out.

I work full time, 50 to 60 hours a week, my fiance also works full time same amount of hours. Hes third shift, im first. During the week i am working 14 to 15 hour days and when i come home i clean up here and there to keep the clutter away. Make dinner and do the dishes and put the dishes away. I go to bed around 12 every night and wake up at 4 every morning. I feed the dogs. Bathe them once a months brush their teeth on a daily basis and clip their nails, not to mention i give them their treats and fresh water every morning. We have 4 dogs. On the weekends i deep clean the house. I am so exhausted all the time and barely have energy to run the errands and do the laundry. My fiance says he would help but working third shift makes it hard because he sleeps all day. I also keep up with the bills and pay more than half of them every month.... i feel like im drowning here and its a huge argument every time i ask him for help. My 11 year old does what she is supposed to do as far as cleaning and i dont want her doing anymore to help. So how do o get him to help without it being an argument. Please help!!!!
