Question: How do you make a second instagram account that won't be recommended to friends? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 05:24 PM PST I want to make an account where I can be more anonymous and post things that are not as professional as what I post to my main account, yet I already tried and had to delete it since it was showing up as 'someone you know' on my friends' feeds. (I asked a roommate to help out and they don't know how.) I don't want my account to be seen by people I work with/college peers. |
Question: Do I have a right to be mad at my friend? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 05:18 PM PST I sent an email to a friend of mine to let her know that I would be unable to hang out with her this week because my beloved dog of 16 years died and I am in mourning. She did not send any message back to offer any sympathy of condolences and she knows how close I was with my dog. She seems to have completely ignored my message and it is difficult to believe that she did not see/read the email since she knows that is my main way of communicating with her since I dont have a cell phone for texting. so with all that being said, Am I over-analyzing? or was that rude of her? Will choose a best answer |
Question: Question about a type of friend (details)? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 05:09 PM PST Ok so there was this girl I met last semester who was pretty chill, but I thought she was going back home and never coming back, so we never really became good friends past our class. Now she ended up coming back and is in one of my classes. She's 21, doesn't drive, and by things she has said she doesn't sound like she ever drove (I don't think she ever got a permit). She lives pretty far from me, and anytime we hang out I'm the one doing all the driving (obviously). It costs gas money, which she doesn't seem to comprehend even though I've mentioned it many times. I also fronted the money to buy her a ticket to a haunted house for Halloween that we went to this past Saturday, she said she was going to pay me tomorrow but I'm getting the feeling she is going to have an excuse for that just by the "problems" she mentioned to me. She's cool except for the fact she doesn't drive and doesn't seem to understand that I have debt too, and I don't want to pay the interest on a ticket she would have paid for like 2 weeks ago had she paid herself. If she doesn't pay me tomorrow, what should I say? |
Question: Why didn't she get mad?????????? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 04:18 PM PST Im a dude, and Theres this girl at work who I talk to all the time. Her name is Ashlyn and We both work in different departments but I always go talk to her at her desk. I dooo like her but I cant have her because she is married. She knows I like her but we still talk like friends...... One of my coworkers told Ashlyn that I wanna take her to bed, and that I wanna doo dirty things to her. (By the way I never said these things) but I'm surprised Ashlyn never reported me to a supervisor. Ashlyn told me not to worry about it because its not a big deal. How come she didnt get mad??????????? I'm surprised |

Posted: 14 Nov 2018 03:32 PM PST i moved into a 5 bedroom house with a previous roommate i had at a different house previously (my best friend) and four girls i don't know very well. Anyways, my best friend went behind my back and told a guy i'm talking too that i'm also talking to my ex and started this whole fight and now me and her haven't talked in three weeks and she's become best friends with the three of the other roommates and every time i go home its awkward and i feel weird being in the house that im also paying for. What do i do? Should i continue using the kitchen and everything and just maybe throw headphones on? my lease won't allow me to sublease. |
Question: Does she like talking to me????!?!?!? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 02:56 PM PST Im a dude, and Theres this girl at work who I talk to all the time. Her name is Ashlyn and We both work in different departments but I always go talk to her at her desk. I dooo like her but I cant have her because she is married. She knows I like her but we still talk like friends...... One of my coworkers told Ashlyn that I wanna Fu*ck her really bad, and that I wanna doo dirty things to her (i never said this to anyone) but Ashlyn told me it's not a big deal and to just forget about it. Another girl would always come talk to Ashlyn at her desks and Ashlyn reported that girl because she was distracting her. But I always go to Ashlyns desk and we talk for a long time...... I'm surprised she has never reported me for any of these things, does she enjoy talking to me then???????? |

Question: Should I trust my best friend? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 02:22 PM PST My best friend and I have been friends for about 9-10 years ,We've been through a lot together.. I've received noticed that she talks to this girl that she was best friends with before me ,So when I met my best friend all 3 of us grew up together through middle school and high school. During the time in high school my best friend was trying to hook me up with one of her guy friends and the girl that we were friends with ended up talking about me behind my back , She told my friend that the guy is too cute for me and how I'm so ugly nobody wants me.. so I fell back and told my best friend that she's not someone I wunna be friends with anymore.. Years have passed and we still don't speak my best friend stopped talking to her years later as well because she found out the girl was talking about her behind her back as well. Recently my best friend told me she ended up talking to this girl because she wants to try to find out "Information" about some girl her brother is dating blah blah.. My biggest concern is that my best friend is still speaking to this girl as many times we spoke about her and gossiped about her i didn't think she'd wunna speak to her because she was always saying how she's so fake and how she's nasty..etc. I'm not the type to tell my best friend who she can and can't talk to because we're all grown. I just don't know if I can fully trust her because how do I know she's not being friends with this girl and talking about me? |

Question: How should I introduce my friend to her crush? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 02:14 PM PST My friend, let s call her Annie, has a crush on my other friend. Let s call him Simon. Annie is shy and withdrawn, but very talented in art. She enjoys watching anime movies and all things cute. Simon is also shy and withdrawn, is also very talented in art, and also enjoys watching anime. He s kind of lonely though; he sits alone a lot, and doesn t talk to much people. I want to spend more time with him so he doesn t feel alone or anything, but I already have 200 other friends; so as much as I d like to, I can t always be there. This is why I think him interacting with her would be good for both of them. I don t want to force him into liking anyone, but if I can introduce him to someone who d genuinely be interested in being in his company, and would have the time to be there for him when I can t, then I think that d be good. So, here s the scenario. I m a president of the anime club at our school. There s a meeting tomorrow, and we re doing a Guess The Anime Character thing. I plan on putting them on the same team and introducing them to each other, but the problem is, I don t know how to do it without doing all the talking for them. They re both shy, and I m not sure if they would even know what to say. So, uh, any advice? |

Question: Got what he deserved ? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 12:23 PM PST I work at a middle school and the other day a male student was severely beaten. They found him on the restroom floor unconscious, broken nose, missing teeth etc. This student is a trouble maker, likes to cuss at everyone, teachers, adults and especially other students. I'm not surprised that this happened to him. Rumor has it that he started bullying a student who just lost his mom to cancer. This bully was laughing at this other student and now this happened. I was in the gym when I heard two boys planning to assault this bully. To be honest, I really feel that this bully got what he deserved. He was assaulted where there are no cameras (in the restroom). I have no plans on saying anything, although a couple of my friends think I should. Any advice would be cool. |

Question: Why would a friend leave when you tell her there’s a chance your crush likes you? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 07:31 AM PST You are both girls and are straight. For example I told my friend there's a chance my crush likes me then she wanted to leave. (She never met my crush and I hardly talk about him to her) |
Question: I have more female friends then male friends? Is that weird? ? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 07:18 AM PST I've noticed that over the years I tend to get along better with girls & have more female friends. Even my best friend is a girl. But whenever I'm seen with these girls my family, classmates, & random strangers ask one of these two questions: if I'm gay or dating one of them. I'm straight by the way. Idk why I get along with girls so easily maybe it's because I grew up with 4 sisters. Anyways I just want to hear your opinions & wanna know if I'm the only dude experiencing this. |
Question: Were we doing something wrong with our boss? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 07:17 AM PST I work in an office with 12 other women. We are all single or divorced. Our boss Bill is a 28 year old great looking single guy. Besides being our boss Bill is a good friend to all of us and just a fun person to be around. Instead of not wanting to come to work, we all enjoy our job mostly because of Bill. One day at a staff meeting one of us asked Bill, "how do I find someone rich to marry?" Bill said I don't know but if you find out, please let me know. Another one of us said, "Does that mean you would marry me if I was rich"? Bill said "if your are rich, please answer 2 questions for me. "What is your ring size and where will we go on our honeymoon". To which she replied "That is the first marriage proposal I have ever had". We all had a GOOD LAUGH at that conversation. Later talking to other employees about this, they told us we should not be talking to our boss like this. It shows disrespect to our boss. We thought we were just having fun. What do you think? Were we doing something wrong with our boss? |
Question: Is this the most unusual wedding you have ever heard of? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 07:15 AM PST I was at a wedding of a couple of my friends recently. They both have an unusual sense of humor. As the bride entered the back of the church, she was escorted down the aisle by her former husband. There was an audible gasp from the audience. When the minister asked who gives this woman ....... her former husband said I do. There was applause from the audience and some laughter. The theme of the wedding was out with the old and in with the new. Do you think that was funny or just plain tacky. |

Question: I cried during sex...has this happened to you before? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 05:12 AM PST I've stayed away from this guy for 1 year until the date. He'd been texting me strange emojis at strange hours of the night that I didn't like. Ran into him at a mutual friends bday party and I tried to avoid him. Then I caught him staring at me. It was a deep stare and even when I tried to look away I looked up again and the way he stared at me was so mesmerizing. I gave him. After we were both pretty intoxicated we went back to his house and started having sex. For the 1st ever I started to cry during sex he asked me if I was ok. I said yeah. I guess I'm conflicted. I hate the way this guy treats me but I can't seem to resist him and I don't understand why I was crying. Has anyone ever cried during sex before? Can you help me figure out why? |
Question: Does my female friend like me? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 02:07 AM PST Alright so I meet this girl in highschool my freshman year (she was a sophomore) and we would hang out with our other friends in our group. I should mention that I wasn't to close to her like I definitely had stronger bonds with my other friends. When my older friends graduated they kinda all stopped talking to me that is until I graduated myself a year later. Then that chick I mentioned earlier started texting me every other month so not to often. But lately she's been texting me every day almost all day. My friend Carlos thinks she wants me because she refers to me as baby, sweetie, or hon but she's been saying that ever since I meet her. Apparently some of our friends ship us together but honestly I don't. If it were to end badly I may end up losing a friend. Sorry this **** is so long. But I think she sees me as a close friend but others (who I won't mention) have different thoughts. |
Question: Friend spilled my secrets? Now what? Posted: 14 Nov 2018 01:36 AM PST I told a few friends a secret of mine and somehow another person knows. I speculate that it s this friend because she and I weren t close at that time and she said **** about me. What should I do? I really want to know who told the other person. What do I do next? Just live in speculations with my "fake" friends? Who I don't even know are fake? I asked her, but she said she didn't tell anyone. |
Question: Do women like men in a relationship? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 10:53 PM PST Do women like men in a relationship? If she is willing to go and hang out me and my girlfriend to movies dinner and wants to keep the movie ticket does that mean anything? She's really quite and doesn't show it how can I tell? Is she seeing and observing or is this a way that shes wants to see you. How can it test it without freaking her out. Please don't take this as I want to cheat I'm a really nice guy and my girlfriend is always talking to guys having them hang out for texting them saying this is a friend. Once we we're playing around like I asked the girl you can have our dogs and my girlfriend said don't you give my dogs away I'll give you to her she replied no thanks but year later she wants to hangout with us now that shes single. I really don't want to be with my girlfriend any longer the way that she treats me. So how do I know if she needs friends or is interested. I really like her but I don't let her that I do I alittle afraid but I want to sorta let her know. Any advise? |
Question: Do I have her respect at least? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 08:22 PM PST Told my friend how I feel about her, I told her, regardless of how she feels, I'll respect. She took her time to think over and I did not want to be disrespectful so I told her take her time. She appreciated what I said in regards to what I think about her. She apologized for taking her time and confirmed that she does not share the feelings I have for between us and she wants us to remain as friends and it won't be affected. I told her thank you for letting me know and I respect her feelings. I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable nor be upset and bitter at her. She again told me how she appreciates what I said to her and apologized for the delay. Would she have respect for me and think I'm a decent friend? I didn't give any excuses and didn't want her to feel uncomfortable. I'm not going to blame her and tell her she lead me on, I just liked her and I just wanted to let her know. I doubt it but if she changes her mind then maybe I'll think over but I won't bother her regarding this. Please feel free to add additional insightful information. But please, also answer the actual question too! [Hint: The question in the title section] |
Question: I know friends come and go? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 08:12 PM PST My bad if this dont make sense or long message ill try my best make it short but probably not anyways this recently happened to me so anyways after I moved out the state from New Jersey to Arizona I had this one old friend i knew since 4 grade that always have been pick up fights for so long and I dont remember what case it or i dont know if jealous but the last fight we had she called me a childish and annoying along with other rude names that like she in middle school anyways back then we had myspace before Facebook and she got mad at me adding her friend so we made up then few more fights came along for no reason i believe she like a Bi poplar with learning disabilities then year later we picked a fight again and i see she broke up with her that i was friend as well back in middle school and i hard from her ex boyfriend saying she have slap her in face and i dont know how bad it was because she went off on me and pick up fight, How can i stop this? and befriends again? all I do is being a race team meeting new people and once on a episode on Jay Leno Garge for helping my dad flipping the car at Vegas race and and our race we go Vegas Baja California and part of Arizona then I go places here there with family & friends place called the Sand Dunes in California, Anyways i want this friendship to work with no fighting how can i message her without her fighting and being clingy |
Question: What's wrong with me? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 08:06 PM PST Okay I know that title may seem ... a little sad. But, overall.. I have NO friends. Like no one to talk to no one to hang out with outside of school it's just myself. Of course I have class friends but when lunch comes around I'll be by myself. But, I started talking to this one person who I became really close with real quick. We actually hung out and I paid for her food and stuff the usual. But a while back I ranted to her about how I had to leave my old friends because of the toxicity, but she went to them and told them what I said. And it just broke my heart. Like absolutely broke it. I know this sounds over dramatic but being lonely takes a huge toll on my mental health and I really thought I was going to get better now that I had someone to talk to, but after I found that out I'm back at square one. I'm not going to continue being her friend I have no idea what she says about me, but it just seems that no matter how hard I try no matter how much I give I just seem to be taken advantage of and thrown under the bus? I know a lot of people and the whole school knows who I am and sometimes I just think they become my friend just so people know who they are and then leave me once they get what they want? I don't know... but it sucks :) itand I don't know what's wrong with me? |
Question: How does lightning work? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 08:05 PM PST I was wondering if my friend and I secide to live together to save on rent, im a 25 year old guy and shes a 26 year old woman will cause one or both of us to get struck by lightning or suffer some sort of punishment for sin for "unmarried cohabitation" if we decide to live together in order to save money. We won several ballroom competitions and I won a scratch off. What is the chance that lady luck might take our good fortune away. Will platonic cohabitation cause us to potentially end up really unlucky? can that attract lightning? Who and what controls lightning and how does it know where to strike? How do meteorites know where to strike? What decides luck? What is the worst that would likely happen if we decide to live together. What is the likely outcome. Will we get struck by lightning? How will our chances change? Does luck refuse to favor those who live in sin as catholics say. What determines who wins scratch offs? What determines who wins ballroom dance comptitions, what determines who gets struck by lightning? |
Question: Am I a terrible friend for thinking this? What should I do? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 07:50 PM PST I feel guilty every time I think of my friend. We've known each other for 5 years now and recently, I've come to like him as more than a friend. It felt nice at first but what I feared came true. Whenever I like someone, I usually end up hating them and wanting to avoid them for no reason. You see, I consider my friend to be one of those friends whom you don't want to ever lose. He's really special to me. So when I began to like him, I thought that it would be different but it wasn't. I've started to dislike him even though I like him. I feel extremely guilty and sad every time I see him. I know I am the problem and not him. But I haven't found the source yet. What should I do? Should I tell him how I feel or not? |
Question: Should I go to the party, and if so, what should I do regarding the things below? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 07:02 PM PST I am a freshman in high school. I am debating on going to a party this coming Friday with a good friend of mine. The party is hosted by a person that I am kind of friends with, though not really. My friend was verbally invited and the host said that I could come to, though did not tell me to my face. Now, there will be lots of people there, most of them I am not really good friends with or friends with at all. I am pretty good with talking in a group if given the chance, but I don't really know how to start a conversation with someone and I figure that I will be very awkward at the party and won't really fit in (which makes me feel REALLY bad about myself), considering I assume that this is what people do at parties, along with smoking and drinking. I will never consider smoking, but drinking at a party I would think about, considering it would make me loosen up a little bit and make me a little less self-conscious. But, my parents don't have any toleration for drinking underaged so it would be hard to get away with it considering they would probably be taking me home. Also, I fear I might do something very dumb that I will regret, or that will be recorded and my parents will see. Also, my very morally good sophomore brother will be there, and I feel he will either loathe me or tell my parents if I drink. My friend seems really intent on going, as He really wants to hook up, and frankly, so do I, but I don't really know how to approach someone about that. PLEASE HELP! |
Question: Is this ok to say or is it too much? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 06:57 PM PST Is it too much of a component for me to to tell my friend that she's so cool? I really think she is and I know this might sound like a weird question to ask. She is always here for me though and she is the best friend I have ever had and me and her are both adults and we're both females |

Question: She doesn't acknowledge what she's doing? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 06:05 PM PST This friend of many people I know doesn't see how wrong it is for her to constantly talk bad about her boyfriend, for years. All it has done is push her friends away. She vents to all of us about how he is a sucky boyfriend and dad to her kids. We all know he is. But the problem is, she stays with him and pretends he's a good dad on social media by posting any picture she can get with him. And then only ever talking about HIM when she's with us. Has anyone ever had a friend like this? Is it better to just stop being her friend because she doesn't seem to be our friend. It's always about her and her problems |
Question: Should I tell my best friend I am bi? Posted: 13 Nov 2018 04:21 PM PST We've known each other for about six years now, she knows everything about me but not that I'm bi, just a few people do and I feel like she should be one of those. The thing is, our relationship is pretty weird, we act like we're a couple (even share quick childlike kisses not so rarely) but we currently both have a boyfriend (that's not the matter tho). I'm afraid she might think/feel or act differently about me if I told her. What should I do? Forgot to mention. There is definitely something more between us, it's just that we don't address those feelings even if (at least from my side) they are real. |
