Tonight, one of my best friends didn't invite me to a friendsgiving of a bunch of people. I'm extremely mad about it and I want to text her. She has been one of my best friends for 4 years and I still talk to her all the time and I just feel so betrayed. I wanted to text and say something passive-aggressive like "thanks for the invite" but I'm scared because I'm not usually very confrontational but also I'm sick of this bullshit. What do you think?

This is going to sound strange, but what do you call friends and family who only what to hangout with you when your having problems? It seem that people only hang out with me when I'm down but as soon as I'm back on my feet they seem to not want anything to do with me. Its weird I know. Doesn't make sense to me.

So I've been texting this woman who was a year behind me in high school. She's told me that while I'm nice looking, she's not interested in dating. Her and I have talked about how I could find work based on my interests, she knows I'm unemployed. She's told me that i should consider online dating services so I could find the right person. That being said, she's invited me to her place so we could talk. She's invited me to the movies as well. She seems like a cool person. I want to hang out with her but I haven't socialized in years, I'm nervous. I'm physically attracted to her too which is making the matter more difficult. She had given me her number because she doesn't like Facebook instant messenger. Now that we have been texting for a while, she said the only way to learn about someone is by hanging out with them. When we celebrated thanksgiving, she wanted me to bring her a piece of pie.

She asked to be left alone yesterday from everyone cause she was in a depressive phase from her illness mentally. I gave her time and said I'm here and love her and she said it back. We were suppose to go to movies this weekend but she cancelled saying she has work training for teaching and I'm like on a weekend??? But then she says she depressed and doesn't want to talk to anyone. I texted her today saying I was thinking of her but she didn't respond. We were talking so well the last couple months since we chilled again. She never been angry at me even said yesterday o was never a bother to her. But what if she is? She asked if we could go to movies another day when she cancelled but when I asked what works for her she didn't answer. What if I lost my friend???

Use a little intellect. It's easy to be hateful. Well, let's hear it..!! Such an inviting question to be rude and angry and no one takes the liberty. You only do it behind closed doors. Not when your'e called out..

A few years ago I met this girl and she's now my best friend no more like actual sisters and with her I feel like I can be and act myself 100 percent and when I'm with other friends it just doesn't feel the same and last month I was told that she's moving to another state and this week or so she's planning on moving and it's really hard for me ,bc I don't think I'll ever find a true real best friend like her any time soon. Yes i do have other friends to be around with but being around my best friend feels like I'm home and it's really hard to explain in words. We do text and call each other every day but it's just different then seeing each other in real life :(

I forgot what brought on this response but the guy sitting behind me said "...this is why you get bullied." to his "friend" who was sitting on the same side of thw classroom i was, only just a few seats away. No one did or said anything about it. Most of the class didnt seem 2 hear it cause they were too busy having fun. And the rest of the quiet lot just sat there in their place...and i feel bad cuz i felt like i should have said something to fire back but i didn t. And i still had a chance, just before the dismissal bell rang, to tell the "friend" (victim) that he had someone on his side but i thought that would ve been too weird since the "moment" was over. Was this an irrational fear? And is there still a chance to do something for the guy when everyone comes back to school the upcoming week? Will it be too weird and possibly creepy for me to go up to the dude and say that i happened to hear he exchange with his "friend" when he said he s getting bullied, and say that if he needs anything to let me know? Is there a more casual way to say it, or less weird? Or should i offer to help him report the problem? Am i being irrational? The dude is pretty chill, I dont want him to feel creeped out that i was eavesdropping and a week later go "hey i heard ur conversation from 2 weeks ago, need some help?", i mean is this budding in? Any advice/tips/suggestions/etc. would be greatly appreciated.

I have no friends, I didn't keep in contact with people from school or college, I fell out with my friends at university and now I have no one. I don't have any hobbies, at the moment I only have a part time job. I would like to make new friends and have a relationship, but I'm really scared to go and start new things as I don't know how to talk to people. At work, I really struggle to talk to the customers, I just don't know what to say and I hate it. Should I just kill myself? Can this get better? I have taken a year out of uni, returned home and will be going back in a year as I was too nervous to go to a whole new place where I knew no one. How can I fix this?

A guy was running and chasing a bus. He had many bags from black Friday shopping in his hands. I was crossing the street and looking at cars on my right side, so I didn't pay attention to any other pedestrians. Then this guy came out of nowhere, hit me very hard on my left side, didn't stop to apologize, and just keep running to catch a bus. I'm a girl, I almost fell backwards when this happened, didn't know what to do, and was in pain. People around me were shocked at what happened. But at that time, I just let it go, thinking it's bad luck. But now, I'm super upset, because the pain doesn't go away and I feel like I should have chased the guy down, yelled at him, or even punched him in the face for being so rude. (I probably couldn't catch him though). I'm going to see a doctor this afternoon. Would you have done something different in this situation? Or will you just call it a misfortune event too?

I honestly don't think you're playing games with me. I understand you have to work and are busy. I'm really sorry about my behavior. And for being so smothering and pushy towards you. I met this guy at his job he and I would talk while I checked out in line. Eventually he took my number. He told me he hasn't had a cellphone in a year. When he called it was from a house phone. He asked me if I wanted to hangout. But I was really busy with school. I asked him if he wanted to be friends with benefits. He said he was interested and that he's always been into me. I'm not trying to play games but I'm sure that's how it looks. My schedule is still pretty busy but I swear I'm going to find time very soon" Do you think he's lying about being interested?

I'm completely ignorant to the mind of an arrogant person so I don't understand what the point of comparing us is. Does he need reassuration that he looks better than me or what?

Okay so i just moved to a new house in LA in Beverly Hills with my parents. Now my parents have gone to San Francisco for their holidays so i have the house to myself. I am mostly alone since i just moved in an havent made any friends yet. I have been having so strange experiences in night. Firstly when i got home from school i saw my entire wall covered in piss. I thought this was my dads prank but then i remembered that i am home alone. Few days back i was a naked man running in our halls but when i chased him he soon disappeared. I have no idea who Bob is and i tell her its the wrong number yet still i get the same call time and time again. But what creeped me out the most is a letter i found in the bathroom which said " Ut canis et iam non femina " I have no idea what this means but it was written in blood. I know there is something fishy ! What should i do ? and also what does the letter say ? I m here looking for the truth, pretty much all my life I ve never had any good friends. Iv always been lonely on the weekends and I get slightly mad when I see people on social media and them having fun. I just never understood why I m like this so I came here. I ve basically came down to a few reasons none of witch are concrete, but my biggest one is that my interests are completely different from everyone else around me. You see I enjoy math,science and all that. I code websites and I scuba dive even though I live in Missouri iv did a little rock climbing to. Iv also found allot of "normal" things people like I completely hate for example sports and TV. With this iv never felt completely understood Hy anyone. I have straight A s in highschool at the moment because I have nothing better to do all day except study. Another reason on why I m lonely and all that is that I m just boring. I ve just hit that point where im just done. My brother. whos 22 hes just eh. He s toxic and I can t be brothers with someone whos had sex with 200 guys and i don t want to be associated with him. I had to find an apartment for next year and didn't want to live with my current shared room roommate again. I told her I am moving out 7 months in advance and now she hasn't talked to me in a week. My other roommates who don't share a room are gonna live with me again because we all get along, and my roommate who I share a room with hates everyone and creates drama so no one wants to live with her. I guess she assumed I was living with her next year because now she's turned her family and her boyfriend against me and they aren't talking to me. I don't care about that so much, just the point that we share a room and she won't even make eye contact with me. What do I do?

I used to be friends with a kid(lets call him A)but now stopped(been 3 yrs i think). The reason why was we got into a conflict blah blah blah. Another reason was because he messaged me with three fake accounts. And behind it, he would make fun of me and laugh about it. My dads friend son(lets call him B) who was also friends with this kid, told me one day while building for science olympiad. I stopped talking to A before hand. Its been 3 yrs since this all happened, and B wants me to be friends with A again, which I don't really want to because i trusted A but after wht he did, I don't really trust him anymore.
