Question: What should we do next? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 05:38 PM PST I'm a grade 12 student in Ontario Canada, my high school is quite small but we do daily video announcements and my best friend and I are the ones who are featured on them. However we were both quite worried about our faces being posted on our schools YouTube channel because we were quite afraid of being made fun of. After weeks of success today we found a video posted on Snapchat. A student took a video of another student drawing faces with a dry erase marker on our real faces. Obviously this is not an intense bullying issue but we are both quite self-conscious and this pushed us over the edge. I took a screenrecording of the kids story but I'm not sure what we should do next. We were asked to do the announcements by our student council teacher but this student is continually harassing my friend in ways similar to this because they dating for about 2 months. I want to make my friend feel better and I'm also quite angry that I am also being made fun of in this way. What should we do? |
Question: How do I make new friends? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 05:30 PM PST Ugh, I hate being too personal on the internet but I don't see my therapist until like two months and by then the semester has already started so let me give some details. I'm currently in my sophomore year. I am taking online classes right now, but I'm basically failing them (D's, borderline F's) and my mom doesn't like that, so basically she's making me go back to the public school that I went to for my first semester of Freshman year. The only reason why I left that school was because I really didn't have "friends" I mean I had acquaintances that I would pair up with for like group projects, but I didn't really count on them as like friends. I just want a friend that I can get along with, maybe hang out with outside of school, talk about literally anything but homework & classwork, stuff like that. I think I'm a pretty easygoing person, I'm never really rude to anybody I just mind my own business and quite frankly I never really go out of my way to talk to people so I feel like this is sort of my fault why I don't have any real friends. Anyways, my question is: how do I make myself seem presentable to people? Like I have a lot of interest I'm bound to find someone I can be friends with right? I think the problem about me is that I'm boring. My fashion sense is boring. I'm not pretty, no real unique features about me. I can't keep a conversation worth ****, and I'm just a useless shy *****. So, what should I do to change that? Sorry this is so long I'm genuinely clueless. |

Question: What's the birthday greeting or non-greeting when a friend has pissed you off? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 03:11 PM PST I've been distancing myself from a friend for the past couple of months bc he is very ignorant and doesn't stimulate me mentally. We sort of got into it via text several weeks ago and I've been ignoring him. However, he texted me for my birthday recently and his is tomorrow. Am I obligated to text him on his birthday, even though I don't see the point? |

Question: Should I hang out with this woman or not? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 01:56 PM PST So I've been texting this woman who was a year behind me in high school. She's told me that while I'm nice looking, she's not interested in dating. Her and I have talked about how I could find work based on my interests, she knows I'm unemployed. She's told me that i should consider online dating services so I could find the right person. That being said, she's invited me to her place so we could talk. She's invited me to the movies as well. She seems like a cool person. I want to hang out with her but I haven't socialized in years, I'm nervous. I'm physically attracted to her too which is making the matter more difficult. She had given me her number because she doesn't like Facebook instant messenger. Now that we have been texting for a while, she said the only way to learn about someone is by hanging out with them |

Question: Why do people want friends? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 01:41 PM PST I understand those who need them for their career, but why unnecessary friends, and how is communication enjoyable? I fail to understand what is so important about socializing if it's not about your career or personal projects/research. |
Question: Is giving lame advice the bsst way to help a person getting bullied? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 12:50 PM PST When I got bullied my so called friend told me I should make fun of the bully back. She said she is giving me advice because I am her friend. Coudn't she stand up for me instead of giving me lame advice? Or is she right? |

Question: How do I delete private discord messages? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 11:23 AM PST Me and a kid who used to be my friend had a lot of private conversations. He eventually became a jerk, picking fights with people for no reason and even with me sometimes. So I stopped being his friend. We have private messages on Discord and I'm afraid that one day he'll try to leak them. How do I delete both of our messages permanently on our dms? If I can't do it, what else can I do? |

Question: Should I cut off ties with my friends? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 10:54 AM PST I've been going through a lot lately. Couldn't get into my preferred university inspite of working hard and being a good student.I've been off of all forms of social media because I'm ashamed of my failure. Question: What does it mean when someone texts you with 2 y’s Or 2 i’s.? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 10:45 AM PST I've been talking to a guy friend for a while now but he always starts texting me like "heyy" or "hii" it's confusing me because he says he's unsure about his sexuality, meaning he's not sure if he's bi or straight, and I think I'm starting to catch feelings for him. I'm not sure if this is a sign that he likes me or not but I just want to know. |
Question: Why does he treat me with more respect?????? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 09:48 AM PST My name is Bianca, and I've dated 2 guys from work in the past year. Early this year I dated this guy Alex, but we broke up. He ignores me at work and treats me like garbage. Then 2 months ago I dated another guy named Jamie, again things didnt workout between us soo we broke up. But He acts normal around me, we still talk and laugh. He even told me he doesn't mind being friends. Why does he treat me different?????? Why does he treat me with more respect then the other guy??????? |
Question: WHY IS HE DOING THIS? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 08:30 AM PST I texted my ex bf that i miss him, I asked if he missed me he said he'll think of m me time to time or when he sees me at church but he remembers the arguments and clears his mind and he played hardball saying he was hurt etc, how would it be different this time around he didn't want to be hurt again etc(he wouldn't ask how it'd be different if he wasn't interested still?) he said he didn't want to be hurt again and I was fed up with it because despite everything he was playing hurt card I said things happened that shouldn't have and this time it would be different, after that convo a couple days past and before my trip i texted him saying despite everything i tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but it was useless. He said "ok i'm not going to argue with you, enjoy your trip". This was before I went on vacation.I didn't say anything else, I'm wondering if he was playing hurt expecting me to constantly try harder and get back with him which I didn't and now he's being nice to me. When I got back, I avoided looking at him at atll, he passed by me leaving and winked at me then next couple times waited to leave church after me and caught up and said hi how are you. If he was so hurt and eveyrthing he said now why is he doing this? |

Posted: 23 Nov 2018 07:34 AM PST and I won't listen to people when they try to talk to me! They knock on my door and I refuse to answer the door; they call me and I refuse to answer my phone! Why is it so hard for people to accept the fact that some of us don't like them and don't need them??? You are useless! You do not matter! Go the hell away, losers! |
Posted: 23 Nov 2018 06:50 AM PST Yes, I'm a guy with a crush on her. Friend of girlfriend she's the best person in my life. We have both said I love oh to each other many times. We've hugged. Talked personally. She seems to bottle more up is that normal for girls? I told her she can always talk to me and she has sometimes. It's just she had to cancel our movie plans this weekend cause she had training for work and I thought maybe it was because I freaked her out asking if she wanted to do dinner too. Since we started chilling again a month ago (we've talked for years) I asked if she wanted to go Xmas shopping too and see the lights she loves and she said "I'd love to!" YESTERDAY I asked her if I was asking too much at one time and if so I was sorry. She didn't text me back all day. She finally did after I texted saying I'm sorry and she said she was just really depressed yesterday and didn't want to talk to anyone. I hope asking if I was bejnf too much didn't offend her. She said she didn't but idk |
Question: If the people that you are around are like this what should you do? Posted: 23 Nov 2018 06:11 AM PST Just about everybody around here carries these attitudes, what should I do? They twist your words, misinterpret what you say, they engage in manipulating. People are all the time getting critical with you over anything to try to start stuff. You cannot get by without getting told off, chewed out, yelled at. You get bullied out of the clear blue sky. People are constantly hanging around you over an ulterior motive, other times they might be an aquantance with you but then get passive aggressive when you attempt to get in with them. People out here are constantly ready for fights and things like that. What should I do? |

I didn't get a chance to party, to do stupid things, just being young I guess. Now that I got out of my childhood home I really want to make up for all the lost time. But all my friends seen to be over that stage already. They only do things on a schedule and don't want to waste nights. I can't fault them, but I never got a chance to! Question: Are we best friends or are we more? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 10:02 PM PST I'm in a state of ambiguity with my friend, I'll call her Lucy. We've been close for years. We walk to school together, we're always over at each other's houses, we have a one-on-one sleepover at least once a week. Which neither of our families mind, if you were wondering. Her parents adore me, and invite me to come along on family vacations. When we've been at the beach together, we always put sunscreen on each other and it's not the only time we've ever given each other massages. We face-time every night, and sometimes Lucy even face-times me from her bath, so once or twice I've glimpsed her boobs, and I don't know if that was an accident or if she just doesn't care. We're very affectionate and cuddle all the time, sharing a bed when she have sleepovers. Sometimes we cuddle in public too, and a lot of people think we're dating. Our parents have joked about us getting married before. As for us, we've talked about it a couple of different times. Neither of us is pushing for more or less than what we have, and Lucy is the kind of person who isn't into labels. Once, we ended up having a long, tender conversation about how we can't imagine our lives without each other, and ended up making out for several hours - but that's the only time we've ever kissed. What are we, exactly? It's never been awkward, we've always felt relaxed with each other, but are we more than friends? We've talked about it, but I still felt confused after. Where is this going? |

Steve all of a sudden went out and bought a handycam and now he wants to meet this photographer named jim who is basically andrews minion. Andrew is trying to set jim up with steve to screw up my friendship with steve. Im trying to talk steve out of meeting jim, i even told him that im coming back in the spring and told him to wait for me for us to explore Houston but he insists on still meeting jim. Im so upset and frustrated and people heard about this and called me a jerk. Everyone says im trying to control steve. Im just so worried thats all, im doing everything that i can to protect my friendship with steve, thats all im doing. Am i really being controlling? Why wont steve listen to me ? Question: How do I tell my guy friend that we are not friends anymore? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 08:19 PM PST I have a boyfriend and I suspect my guy friend has feelings for me. My boyfriend thinks so too. My guy friend lately has been too touchy with me and spending more time with me. I want to quietly remove myself instead of causing drama. Question: Pros and cons of being friends with benefits/**** buddy? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 08:01 PM PST if you don't like the idea of having a **** buddy and think very negative about it just don't leave your annoying info bellow going off on me telling me I'm insecure or some **** LMFAO like just click off because I know one of you old ***** will do that |
Question: Can my friend really dunk as good as he says? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 07:21 PM PST Hello, I have a close friend who claims he never misses any he shot he takes. But here's my problem, I think he is lying, and let me tell you why. My friend is extremely white, and has the alarming body weight of a petite anemic woman. I'd also like to mention that this boy has the ADHD of fruit fly on high-grade Mexican speed. With all of this information brought to light, do you really think this boy is dunking every time, or is he full of ****? |
Question: I don't know why I have no friends? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 06:57 PM PST I'm nice, I'm loyal, and I'm pretty. I'm not saying I'm pretty to be vain, but I get tons of guys but I never get any girl friends. I always get complimented by strangers, guys. I always get too much sexual attention. Guys only talk to me until I say no to their sexual advances, and then they don't want to be friends. No one has ever talked to me because they want to be friends, they always tell I'm hot and a "model" but they treat me like I'm not good for anything other than sex. I'm not a b-tch, and I have so much to offer but I've never had any friends. I'm 16 in high school, and I sit alone at lunch, only have a few classes in which I have people to talk to, and I spend all of my weekend in my room. And when I'm lonely I end up hooking up with a hot guy just to have some human f-cking interaction lol. What do I do? Why is this happening to me??? |

Question: Why can't men just be honest and admit when they aren't interested? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 06:29 PM PST I asked him if he wanted to be friends with benefits. He said yes and that he's always been into me. A while ago he asked me to hangout. But I didn't go since then he keeps saying he's interested in hanging out. But that he's busy why won't he just say he's not interested? This is a message that he sent me recently. "nothing you did was wrong. I am going to get to hang out with you very soon. I'm not trying to play games but I'm sure that's how it looks. My schedule is still pretty busy but I swear I'm going to find time very soon" |
