I'm so so frustartated and stressed out. I haven't seen my boyfriend for 2 weeks because he's at his ranch for thanksgiving, he cane back today, and his mom does all the driving. Whenever we hangout she picks me up and drops me off every time and I feel bad. I'm not even asking for my dad to do an equal amount as his mom, but he should at least give me a ride just a little. The first thing he told me was no I already drove you. Um what?? He drove us once! To a music festival and his mom did most of the driving, and it was more than a month ago. What's his problem, it makes me so angry when he's acting like he's done so much for me. So because you drove me once that means you've done so much for me? I can't continue having his mom drop me off and pick me up all the time, and my dads just like this so idk what to do

I was hanging out with my cousin at my aunt and uncle's house and we were looking through their photo albums. They had several pictures of my mom when she was in high school. One was of mom in her cheer leaders uniform. She sure looked cute in that picture. Another was her when she was homecoming queen. She was gorgeous. I think she was the prettiest female I have ever seen. Was she ever beautiful? My aunt said "Did you know your mom was homecoming queen all 4 years she was in high school"? I had never seen these pictures and mom had never mentioned she was a cheerleader and homecoming queen. I asked my aunt to make copies of these pictures for me and she did. Can anyone think of a reason mom would not tell her daughter about her being a home coming queen and a cheer leader? Mom has a birthday coming up next week and is having a party and many of her friends will be here. I want to make a large birthday card that say "Happy Birthday to my beautiful mother". "I am proud of you". "Your daughter". I would like her friends to see how beautiful she was as homecoming queen. I plan to attach these pictures to the birthday card. Mom has NOT gained a lot of weight and still looks the same as her high school pictures. She is still beautiful. Please give me some feedback what you think of my plan.

My friend came and kind of criticized a coworkers decision to quit if his spouse's appointment goes for the worst and she finds out she has a terminal illness. He has 3 young children and if he was left looking after his spouse and 3 children alone, his paycheck's from work wouldn't even cover the daily expenses of full daycare and before/after school care. So he'd be putting his kids in extra programs just to go to work and pay for child care. I agreed with the guy quitting work to care for his family, but my friend didn't seem to understand his coworker''s (or my own) view. Am I missing something?

My mom is 60 years old and she pretty much doesn't have anything. She has always depended on my father or boyfriends to support her and take care of her. She recently left her boyfriend so now she has nowhere to go. I am 31 and I am living with my aunt and I am looking into buying a condo. My mom is bouncing around to different family members houses but no one wants to take her full-time. She is extremely difficult and asks everyone for money and wants everyone to pay her bills for her and refuses to get a job. I know once I get a condo everyone is going to try to pin her and me full-time. I have never lived on my own And I want to experience living alone and being independent. I work and I want to create my own life and have my own space. My mom gets really nasty when people don't give her money and has even threatened to come to my job and embarrass me and cause a scene. She continually curses at me and threatens me, demanding money from me. I can't live my life like this. When her mother was around, my grandmother, she drained every penny she had from her. My brother who is 18 is always playing video games on his computer from morning to night. I usually have to tell him to do his work and he keeps saying tomorrow and tomorrow. My mom she does everything for him, and he doesn't do anything to help around the house except play on his computer. Whenever I'm having a bad day and I'm crying she will shout at me because she doesn't want to hear it. She doesn't take into account anyone's feelings at all, apart from her own. I always listen to how she feels, yet she can't do the same for anyone else. I tried explaining to her all of this and she says that no one knows how she feels and that we should just leave her alone. Yet, she doesn't know how we feel when we cry and continues to shout at us. Even her mother thinks she's selfish. I love my mum so much and just want to talk to her and have her be there for me. I have been to therapy once and there's a huge long waiting list and I haven't even got a second appointment. I have no one to talk to. I can't go anywhere by myself because I'm so anxious and can't talk to anyone like a GP about my eating disorder. I just can't do this anymore.

Okay so I came and stayed two nights with my Mother-in-law and my Niece is living there (My Husbands Niece me by marriage) anyways I had my 3 kids sleep in a room together and I slept on her bed. I asked her if I could. She didn't care as we're both close. Later on when I was sleeping I woke up to her cuddling with me which I didn't care we're both adults, but then 30 minutes or so she tried kissing me and more.
