Question: My fiancee is mis-managing her bank account and acts like it's no big deal? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 08:19 PM PST Just got engaged to my gf and we have always given each other privacy with our own personal checking accounts Since getting engaged I have been trying to figure out where we stand financially and I found out what I suspected all along. Even though she has a lot of bills, she is not being financially smart... She won't be completely transparent about how low her bank account balance is, and when I found out how extremely low it is she lied about how she has enough to Last until she gets paid I think she may be getting payday advances from our banks She acts nonchalant like this is no big deal but I know behavior like this causes marriages to end in divorce..... Anyone have some real genuine advice? |

Question: Should I end it or am I being to jealous? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 05:21 PM PST My girlfriend is a big flirt. A few weeks ago we went out for her birthday. It was her 5 friends & my 1 friend. They were at 1 table & we were at another. This guy came over to their table & started buying drinks & taking pictures with them. One up real close with my girlfriend. I asked her if she knew the guy & she said no. I asked her why she accepted his drinks & took pictures with him. She denied doing so. Which of course started an argument. This has happened before & she knew how I felt about it. Even her mother told her she shouldn't do this sort of thing while in a relationship. Am I being to jealous or is her behavior unacceptable? Should I just brush this off or end the relationship? |

Question: Im going to make him wait until we get married to have sex do u think he will marry me? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 12:20 PM PST He used to talk about marriage indirectly like saying I was going to be his child's step mother and her sign was a Libra or something which means she's not gonna care what anybody thinks about her and just saying different sweet things like that and since then the relationship has gone no where . I told him I wanted to get married and his response was that he doesn't have his ID and he needs to get his life together because he was homeless. He says we are not together anymore but he still wants to be friends on Facebook see me and hang out all the time and have sex. I don't understand that! We have been seeing eachother for almost 3 years. He still tells me he loves me and everything. The other day I told him I was going to quit having sex with him because I want to wait until I get married and he goes okay good. I wonder what this means and if it will cause him to marry me cuz I don't think he can go without having sex with me what do you think?? |
Question: Ex making my son to say false things to court..? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 12:20 PM PST i have shared custody of my son who is 12..my ex is trying all sort of ways to decrease my time with my son due to jealousy issues against me... my son is very happy here and adjusted to the 50/50 schedule very happily for almost 1 year. recently she filed a motion for family services to interview my son saying that he is not happy here and wants to decrease my times with him...she has a very serious personality to her and my son is kind of nervous at times if he does not say what she tells him to say... he was interviewed yesterday by family services officer and our court day is in few days in which they will tell me what the child said to the officer...my question is will the officer notice that the child was FORCED to say false things just to make my EX happy and as a result she will not get mad at him for not saying what she told him to say?? she made him to be interviewed for her own benefit and my son was not happy at all step foot inside the court and was nervous...I am hoping the things he might have said the officer noticed was a set up by my ex ...any inputs appreciated.. |

Question: Can you file stalking charges on your spouse? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 10:31 AM PST I told my husband that I wanted a divorce about 6 months ago. He agreed that a lot of the marital problems were due to his pride and offered to help me get back on my feet before filing for divorce. I didn t realize how abusive he was. He had started tracking me 3 years ago. I asked him to stop. We were going to be divorced and he had no right to go through my things anymore (I m not sure he ever did). Anyways, yesterday he figured out the passcode to my laptop used it to track my phone (which was off), hunted me down, and scared me into getting into the car with him (he said our kids were in danger). When I told him he was stalking me, and I ve asked him not to track me before, he said he was worried and was just looking out for me. I m ligitamately frightened and I plan to go to the police. I need to know if I can legally file stalking charges on someone who lives in the same house (I m in Texas). Do I need some kind of proof? He s told everyone I m mentally ill and paranoid, and that I only THINK we re getting divorced because I m not right in the head, but he would never leave me and wants to take care of me. He is also telling people we ve never spoken of divorce and that he only follows me to make sure I m not lying about where I go. I alway look over my shoulder now. |
Posted: 22 Nov 2018 10:18 AM PST I'm 18 years old turning 19, living in Las Vegas. I live with my parents who have no idea of my 4 year relationship with my boyfriend and neither does his family due to family drama. We have many friends that know of our relationship. My boyfriend is planing on leaving for the Navy this upcoming year and our friends told us it would be a good idea to get married before he leaves so that as his wife I too would get benefits. Its easy to acquire a marriage license in Las Vegas, but the aftermath of marriage. Will I need to change my name and status on official documents that my parents still hold such as insurance, drivers license, passport, etc? If so, how do I do this without my parents knowledge? If my boyfriend and I do get married, we will be planing on having a second wedding for our families when I am finished with college and we are financially stable, but for now since we've been together for so long and our families are unaware we want to get secretly married for the sake of our relationship and financial issues in the long run. For our marriage to stay secret I will not be changing my last name just yet, but is it absolutely required to update certain documents of my marriage status? I am going to school and will not be graduating until 3-4 years from now. During that time my boyfriend will be away in the navy and if we plan to get married before he leaves we will be hiding our marriage for 4-5 years. Thoughts? Opinions? Answers? Would appreciate it very much! |
Question: Step Daughter hates me? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 09:01 AM PST My step daughter is 13, she absolutely hates me. My husband is 30, I am 24. We've been married for six months, together for four years. I think she blames me for her parents failed marriage even though they were divorced 9 years ago. My husband and his ex got pregnant in high school, their parents made him do the right thing. It turned out they weren't right for each other. I've tried everything to get this girl to like me, I've even gone to therapy with her and the psychologist said she couldn't do anything because my step daughter wouldn't open up and she saw no point in wasting our money. I've tried taking her shopping, to the spa, other girly activities because I'm young enough to understand what she's going through. She's told me on numerous occasions she hates me and I ruined her life but that's about all I ever get out of her. My husband says stuff to her but it does no good. My husband wants to start a family but I don't think I'm ready for it until my step daughter and I are on good terms. Any ideas? |

Question: Please, don't bash me on this... I feel low enough without criticism? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 07:57 AM PST I've been married over 14 years and the marriage was great for 13.5 of those years. Last Oct I caught my wife having an affair with a friend of ours. She told me it was over with him but I've been unable to recover from the hurt and the distrust I have for her now. Things got really bad between us so I moved out, leaving her in the marital home with our two daughters. We still talk several times a day but things are not the same and I suspect the marriage is over. I love her more than life and miss her twice as much as that. She is everything I ever wanted and I just can't see moving on in life without her... yet that is what is going to happen. I think about her 50 times a day. Everything reminds me of her and our time together. They say the best way to get over an old love is to find a new love. I've been with 2 girls recently but I just can't feel anything for them... because they are not my wife. I don't understand my feelings because, honestly, my wife threw our relationship, our love, our family and me under the bus... I feel like I should hate her for what she's done. But I just can't. How can I finally put this behind me and move on? |
Posted: 22 Nov 2018 06:58 AM PST He yells at me now calling me names where the kids can hear it.im the one who does everything.he also has narcolepsy and is on a legal daye rape drug called xrem. He depends on me doing everything in home and waking him up. So i have no money. How do i go about everything without getting screwed over.Ive had suspicions of him cheating. being a stay at home mother i have no job i depend on him. |
Question: Can a broken relationship be fix? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 03:52 AM PST The trust issue is gone, we both cheated and took each other for granted. We barely talk anymore, every time we talk, he'll always bring up the past..he can't let go of what happened. What we did to each other was 3 yrs ago. I'm able to let go, look past his flaws and move forward. He tells me he loves me too much but I don't feel it because he's always fighting with me and he stop doing things for me. He used to give me money and take care of me although I've never ask for it. I kind of took advantage of it like I'll always depend on him for money and to bring me home food but ever since what happened 3 yrs ago, he turned his love/effection away. He still treat me good here and there but some days he'll flip out on me for no reason. I'm so tired arguing all the time. If I say anything back, I know we'll be arguing all night long. |
Question: Free marriage counseling? Posted: 22 Nov 2018 03:30 AM PST I've been having a lot of issues with my husband. We e been living together for 2 years and were super happy. However, all of the sudden (like, this week), he changed. I'm at the point where I don't even want to wake up anymore and I want my husband back. I don't know how to tell him that I don't know if I can pay our rent or our other expenses...Meanwhile he's sitting on piles of money. I'm so afraid of what he'll say / do...I really things having a mediator on the room to listen would help...but I've been off of work due to and accident where I was badly injured. I mean...I'll be back getting a healthy paycheck soon but I don't know if I can hold on until then. Is there any online free therapy options or even in person free therapy??? Or therapy where I can pay later on in the month? I'm so down I don't know where to turn |
Posted: 22 Nov 2018 02:14 AM PST I found out my husband raped my daughter and although law enforcement was involved she refuses to talk about it in court. Now, I need to divorce him and get a good lawyer who will help me gain sole custody of the children. However, he makes the money and if I cannot pull the stocks I will be forced to stay married to him, since a divorce with assets and children costs money due to legal fees. Can I pull this money with my unlimited poa? |
Posted: 22 Nov 2018 01:49 AM PST Let me give you a few hypotheticals, that, according to liberals/feminists, would count as "rape". Example 1) A woman has sex with a man. She doesn't want to be rude and tell him she's not attracted, or that she's tired, because she doesnt want to seem rude. So she has sex with him anyway- but "she didnt want to". The man doesnt know she doesnt want to, of course- her actual body was showing interest and all of that- but according to liberals/feminists, (continued) according to liberals/feminists, he would be considered a rapist, because he did not *read her mind* and realize that she *did not want to do it*- therefore he is a rapist. according to them. To liberals, a man is a rapist if he has sex with a woman who doesnt want to do it- even if she doesnt communicate that to him. Think about that. That is a very scary notion indeed! Imagine if that same standard was applied to women? Pretty much every fat woman who goes to bars regularly, would be in jail. Example 2) A woman has sex with a guy who said he would date her. They fall asleep cuddled up. She wakes up in the morning to the guy being gone! She is furious! She calls him and texts him, but to no avail- prince charming has blocked her number. Now, she feels deep regret and "feels" that she did not consent to the sex that happened last night- according to feminists, this would be rape. According to feminists, the lines are blurred about when consent can be given and withdrawn- even if she withdraws consent literally after the event takes place, due to later events or feelings. To feminists, consent can be given or withdrawn at any time, by the woman, based on how she feels. This strips the man of even his legal right to protect hiimself, as a woman can "consent" in the moment but later withdraw his consent, and according to feminists, he should be jailed or castrated. And perhaps the scariest part- to feminists, they feel that where the law does not recognize this new definition of rape, feminists (and women in general) are given "the prerogative" aka the right, to LIE to police or to judges or to the DA or to her lawyers or even to her parents, if it helps her arrest the man who she wants to be accused/convicted of rape, even if he did not actually legally rape her. |
