To pick someone I'm not as close to but at least so it ensures we have even bridesmaids and groomsmen?

So my MOH sent me an email that she doesn't want to be a part of my wedding anymore because she doesn't like the dress I picked but she would love to come to the wedding. (Which at the time of the email I was upset and told her I don't want her there) Wedding is less then 3months away. Just about a week before that email she send out invitations to my bridal shower which she now says she won't be doing since she is not in the wedding. What do I do now? Do I just host my own bridal party or do I call evevryone that she invited and cancel? I am having small wedding of 50 because I just want the family members there so my bridal party consists of my FH younger sister which she can't host the party and my SIL but she just had a baby and she is unable to do anything. What do I do? .....

I either want the scrapbook stuff invitations or Walmart and my theme is burlap and rustic sunflower
