Question: Starting to resent my colleague for their punctuality...? Posted: 15 Jul 2018 06:22 AM PDT So myself and my colleague started this job we're at about 6 months ago and love it. We were on the same wave length and have similar ideas. Our manager loves us working together because we just work. Problem is; we work in a separate building to the rest of our colleagues and managers so we kind of are in control. I am 22 and this colleague is 28 so I expected them to have a more mature approach. I have been a manager of some sort before so maybe I have higher standards. We have to attend different organizations on a daily basis and even though we don't NEED each other... we have these times in both our calendars to attend. They completely forgot about their own meeting they booked for us to attend and on the first instance I agreed to cover them. Now it happens a lot. They said recently 'do you mind if I leave early as I planned to meet a friend'. I said that it was ridiculous as they are booked in to work. They have been late for our own personal meetings we've set up & again I was very firm and they cried. Now they said the other day they may not be able to attend an evening meeting. Haven't said anything yet but will check to see if they have something else on but doubt it. I have said to this colleague before I am not their manager so if they can't attend, I don't want to deal with it anymore. It's unfair on me. We are really good friends & they'll be hurt if I tell my manager...but I think it's the only way. How should I approach this? So disrespectful |

Question: Why did she stroke my chin? Posted: 14 Jul 2018 04:23 PM PDT I'm a 17 year old girl. My brother's girlfriend is a very affectionate person. She's always touchy-feely especially with him. She hugs him, kisses him every time she sees him, tickles him all over, and she caresses his chin. When she was sitting next to me while we were watching a film together, without warning, she stroked my chin and smiled, eager to see my reaction to it. I shied away from it, blushing in slight embarrassment. Why did she do it? It wasn't anything sexual. I would've known. So why did she do it? |
Posted: 13 Jul 2018 09:42 PM PDT I feel they use it as a way to fee. superior and smarter than everyone... Maybe i jusy wont take anything they say seriously. Why bother if everything is a joke to them? |
