Me and a couple friends are having a sleepover tomorrow. We are planning to sneak out of my window late at night, but there one problem, I usually have sleepovers in the living room. My bedroom is quite small but is the only way to get out of the house without a door or window squeaking very loudly. I need an excuse for me and my friends to sleep in my room rather than the spacious living room without raising any suspicion. I've been at my job for over 2 years and I am a social worker. I have been considering quitting for quite some time, matter of fact I think about it every single day. It's honestly not even the vulnerable people I serve that gets to me, its literally the very tedious and heavy workload that is driving me crazy. I have never been this depressed or anxious until I started working this job. I also am the office outcast, I have no friends at work and I get ignored by my co-workers every single day. I honestly don't even know why I get so much negative energy with them because I did absolutely nothing wrong to anyone, I am not rude I try to be friendly but i don't kiss *** or force friendships. I don't even have to have friends at work but it would be nice if I didn't feel excluded from everything. I went out to eat with my team yesterday for a meeting and even then I felt uncomfortable around my co-workers, every time I try to include myself I get ignored. I have never been around a group of people in my life, I always make friends with co-workers. It's one thing to have a stressful job but then you have no allies to make the job tolerable makes it even worse. I have been considering leaving the field altogether, I have come to realize that social work was never my passion. It's helping people and I feel like I am not fulfilling that in this field. So should I leave or hang in there?

I'm 15 and I know it sounds really dumb but I have really bad depression and anxiety and I've been through a lot more than most people so I have pretty bad mental health. Ok, so I have 1 old friend and her two friends are new to me. I am new to the two friend my old friend has. We all have a lot of fun together, and seem a natural fit. I said wouldn't it be fun to rent a house and party for the weekend. So, it was suggested that I look for a house, and we would rent it. So, I found a house, and now they want me to book it, even though I would be the responsible person f any damage occurred. One of the new friend is wild, does hand stands in bars, and rolls and does flip inside of a bar, etc. The other two are fine, I then said that I don't feel comfortable renting a house and being the responsible one, for any damage! Now, the 1 old friend, and new friend are making me feel guilty about not putting up my credit card, and myself on the hook. The new friends 1 is Ok financially, the other 2 said it will take about 3 weeks to pay me, and the wild and crazy friend doesn't have any money, only $60.00 to her name. The house rental is less than $200.00 per person. What do you think, how do I handle this, am I wrong to want to pull out? They want me to use my credit card and book the house and be held responsible should something be damaged in the rental

I recently ended a friendship with this guy who was becoming too needy/clingy and was just draining me out. It's been 4 months in university and I made a friend who seemed too socially awkward and very poor in studies. I decided to help her in improving her social skills and studies but now I realise she has become too dependent on me . She would call me to make notes for her , get her forums, get her everything she wants or advice her on every problem she faces . She wasn't even capable of speaking to the grocer or teachers and would request me to speak behalf of her , too much socially awkward . And I was very much disturbed during examination when she would request me to make notes when I was preparing for another subject and when I refused , she would start sending me emotional messages about our friendship. I blocked her and then she sent several texts and calls apologising . She would also cheat my answers and would cry if I wont allow . What should I be doing ;? Should I end this friendship and leaver her own as it's harming my self interest and this girl is disturbing me .

My friend and I planned a trip to DR later this year. We were able to make payments on the trip and my payments are finished. My friend hasn't made a single payment and the trip is in two months. She claims to have paid for a flight ticket but I don't believe her. We are sharing a room after she begged for me not to get a single room. I usally don't cheat I'm in online high school and I was late to volunteer thing which my dad did I'm in 9th just sayin he kept coming big over and hovering 6 * in a 30 minuets saying I haft go I know this just an excuse but like u woulndt defend yourself either from everyone hating you. It seems like the only people that pretend to like him are the ones getting paid the high dollars.

My problem started when I invited some of my high school friends for a sleep over at my house. These girls bonded with my mom who is a doctor mostly because they could ask her questions about their body and mostly about their reproductive system. Mom gave them correct information and corrected MANY errors in their thinking about their bodies. This info really opened their eyes and hopefully made for less teenage pregnancies. These girls told their friends about the sleep over and several other girls ask if I would have another sleep over and invite them. I did this and had the same result. They all wanted to talk to my mom about their bodies. I did this 4 times. I am not sure how I should feel about this. I feel a little bit unusual about sharing my mom with these girls. Mom is always available to answer their questions as she has seen the tragic consequences of bad information on teen girls lives. Should I be proud that my mom is available to give these girls the facts of life. Why is it they feel so free to talk to my mom with their questions and will not talk to their parents.

I'm a guy, 20 years old still living at home.with my parents, I have a part time job, I help around by taking care of my little brother and little sister. I go to college and basically never home, but when I am, I help my parents out because I am still living at their place even if they don't ask anything from me. So I was sitting in a bus with one of my friends and my other friend and his girlfriend were sitting in the seat in front of us. My best friend he was opening up to me and told me that nobody cares about him. And take advantage of him. I told him that "that's not true I care about you so much" But he said only me. He knows that I care about him a lot. Does that mean he doesn't really care that I care about him and he wants someone else that he cares about would care about him. It was an old floor fan apparently because the thing that is supposed to tighten onto the screw just wasn t doing it anymore. Plus I couldn t place the cover on without it creating problems. So I got creative and I even got industrious about making a queen mattress pad into a full using the handy dandy kitchen knife. I will make things work whether it s a temporary thing til payday or saving money. But believe it or not my dad replaced the floor fan so now it is going to be laid to rest in the electronic graveyard. It served me well.

Whenever my best friend, "S" comes over, she always complains that I'm boring. She only listens BTS music or watches BTS related things, and sometimes plays games on her phone. If I turn on an electronic device, she will immediately ask if we can watch something about BTS. If I watch something else, She will then say something like, "OMG, your so boring, (my name)", and then will suggest we watch BTS. While we were eating, I read while she played games on her phone. She stopped playing a couple of times, only to tell me how boring I was. Last time she stayed over, I played some music that was popular at the time. She told me over and over that I was so boring, and continuouslyse asked if we could watch BTS. When I am at her house all she does is watch BTS, and I have to watch with her .The last time she was here she told me she wanted to go home because I was so boring. She gets really offended when I tell her to stop, although she will hurt my feelings without a second thought. I'm really tired of being treated like trash. How do I fix her? I made lunch for this girl I like. I made her a ham and cheese croissant sandwich with lettuce and tomato added into it. I bought her a sharing size bag of her favorite Twix bites and made her some iced coffee at home and used her favorite syrup and milk to prepare it for her. She doesn't eat at work and so she faints a lot or gets dizzy. I've taken care of her when she's feeling ill. Like she had the flu and I stayed by her side, and took her temperature, drove to different stores to prepare food and orange juice for her, and etc. Today, she was stressed and really out of it. I gave her the stuff along with a toy robot that she sees me play with when we hang out. I also wrote her a letter and a story. She smiled and I left. She ran out of the building and hugged me before I got inside my car. She thanked me for saving her and so I said I didn't and she smiled and told me I did. Couldn't she just text me instead?

I know it's horrible and I seriously regret doing it. But I've had a really really hard year with family tragedy's one after another and I usually go to him for help, and recently we've been fighting a little bit and he's been hanging with a new friend we mutually have. We didn't talk for 4 months and then saw each other again and he said we were getting too friendly while he has a girlfriend. That was 2 years ago, the last time we saw or spoke to each other. I'm mostly over him, but I guess I'll always hold a candle for him. I've tried to block him numerous times on social media to prevent myself from reaching out to him in some way. I always end up unblocking him. I would like for him to block ME, but so far, he hasn't yet. I've "poked" him on FB, I've sent him numerous messages in 2 years (none of which were read). I did the only thing I could think of doing that might convince him to finally block me--I "liked" one of his public posts (we're not FB friends anymore, but we have a mutual friend). Will an attention whore like him ever get rid of me for good, by blocking me? I try to resist him completely, but it's hard. I know he's a player and cheater and I'd never date him, but I'll always wonder what making love to him is like. At this point, I think my desire for him is pure lust because I don't feel the same way I once felt for him, but I'm not sure he's aware of that. I agree that I probably amuse him, though.
