Question: He unfriended me on fb I unfriended his snap he readded me to snap not fb? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 04:52 PM PDT We've been best friends for 18 years he told his friend I'm a stalker I'm so mad!!! What do I do |
Question: Movie with Mom: friend or no friend?? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 03:05 PM PDT So I'm going to see Mamma Mia with my mom, we have an okay relationship but do get mother-daughter time. I know I would enjoy it more if I had a friend to go with me and my mom has said that's ok but I don't want to be rude and make my mom feel like a third wheel. Thoughts? |
Question: Is this flirting between a boy and a girl? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 03:00 PM PDT This older girl started waiting at the end of the hall to scare me by saying boo to tease me after we have a conversation. Well we do it back and forth so it's a game. Her friend asked me to chase the girl down the hall so I chased her down the hall. |
Question: Why does everything hurt peoples feelings? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 02:59 PM PDT Why is everyone so sensative to topics? I feel like I cant have a conversation about anything anymore. Its not that im offensive or rude when I talk. People jucat cant speak on the facts anymore, everyone speaks with their emotion and gets so defensive. |
Question: Dose anyone want to share their Snapchats with me? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 02:49 PM PDT I'm lonely so I'm just asking. If you don't want to then don't say crap. (Especially you level 7 hœs) Mine is @kbarber0329. Not sure if I needed to put the @ but whatever |
Question: One of my coworker is asking me if she can stay at my place for awhile, what should I do? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 02:20 PM PDT This coworker is good with me, we hangout outside of work as well, we even went to a different city together, we told each other our bad childhood stories and stuff like that, but we are not like best friends yet or anything. I got no feelings for her, and she feels nothing for me, we both see each other as friends with no potential of being anything more than friends. Yesterday she told me that her stepfather might kick her out because the stepfather doesn't like her, and she said if that happens she might need a place to stay for awhile, I didn't say yes or no. Because first, I am a very private person, i am so private that I eat ramen everyday so i can have enough money to rent my own apartment instead of sharing an apartment with someone else, and second, there are certain qualities on her that sometimes bugs me, and third, i am the kinda person that doesn't know how to say no, meaning if she stays with me, i'll have huge hard time asking her to move out or ask her" are you apartment hunting yet?" What should I do? I mean she's my ok friend, and I don't want her to be in a hard place where she's gonna have no place to stay. I really want to help her. Key points: We are only ok friends, not good friends or best friends. And she still owes me $50 from a yr ago. I mention it to her twice, and once I even told her to add on my Venmo so she can transfer the money to me, and she still didn't give it to me yet. |
Question: Do you ever have a friend who means well but comes across as a very annoying person? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 01:49 PM PDT I do and one of the reasons why I'm really nice to him is because I tend to feel sorry for him and can relate well to him because a lot of people treat him like he's a lesser person, I feel what he really needs is a lot of love and respect. |
Question: How to solve this awkward situation with my roomate? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 01:37 PM PDT So this is super awkward and i feel horrible about it. I live with 1 housemate in an apartment. I accidentally stole his package and forgot i had it in my closet for a month. Not even opened. So i remember and go to open it and I'm like wtf is this. Its not mine. IT HAS MY ROOMATES NAME ON IT **** ME. So now i stole his package and I'm freaking out about what i should do. I decided to throw it away because he probably got a refund already. I forget to do that like a moron and he finds it. This means he was looking through my room too so that's great. It was just hair product btw nothing expensive it's just super awkward. What should i do?? I haven't even talked to him yet. I'm so forgetful and just an idiot |
Question: Friend shared a secret with me? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 01:34 PM PDT A friend whom I'm not close to by any means, shared to me that his wife is pregnant. He has yet to share with his family or other friends. I don't know, is there a reason, maybe he trust me more than I thought? I don't see him often, so don't know why he told me... |
Posted: 19 Jul 2018 01:05 PM PDT Ok long story short. Lately ever since me and him got into some silly argument. I had cut off contact with him. And has been a month and few weeks. Until we spoken to each other again recently. Anyway what does it mean if you wake up, fall asleep, almost all day you think about this person? And wake up having anxiety attack thinking about this person. Does it mean I'm in love or have strong feelings for him? Is it positive or negative energy? Like I would freak out and always wondering if he is ok. I would cry about him. He is on my 24/7. Like I always liked him and realized I do have quite bit strong feelings for him. Like I didn't even worry too much about him after of not talking to him. Then one night few weeks later. I felt it hit me home that I woke up randomly thinking about him. Like it's this sorta strong vibe or energy that I feel around me. I'm questioning if he is my soul mate and if he needs me and need to help him out. Yes me and him like each other a lot. But I recently told him I love him which I really do. But yeah I feel like something is trying to contact me in my sleep I'm not sure if its him or not. And yeah I did felt guilty and bad for the petty argument we had. I misunderstood him and snap off on him. And he tried to apologize but I had blocked him on this message app. But rn we are talking again. I feel much relief but I honestly feel like I'm need to be physically close to him and I would be better if I was with him. |
Question: Caught my friend going through my purse? acted like i didn't see it? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 12:22 PM PDT So my friend and I were in my room and I went to use the bathroom and when I walked back I saw my friend rummaging through my purse and put some money in her pocket. I'm not confrontational so I didn't say anything. But I was wondering how do I address this? I'm really upset and betrayed by her. |
Question: Should I tell my ex-friend family that his girlfriend is snicky and cheats him a lot? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 12:09 PM PDT Ok, so I had an friend - he was like a brother to me. I liked all of his ex girls, but now... He has a girl, and she's really terrible - she started with separating him from his friends (including me), later he finds out that she cheated on him with a couple of guys. He broke up with her but a week later they have been in relationship again. And then he break contact with me and other friends because "we dont like her".. well yes. I know his stupid as hell, but I know that girl will ruin his life. So...i should tell fis family about her? Maybe they will have influence on him and he will definitely split up with her. |
Question: Would this get a girl this mad? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 12:01 PM PDT o I knew her for 7 months. We kind of been through a lot. Anyways she told me she likes me multiple times. She always showed affection towards me. So she went away to study abroad for 2 months. We kept in touch. When she got back we grabbed lunch and the connection was still there. So this was last Wednesday. She told me we should grab dinner and go to a bar on Monday. I agreed. When I dropped her off she said it again and we just parted ways. I went to visit my old friend this past weekend and I had to drive 8 hours. I got back 6 AM Monday. I didn't her till yesterday. I said this, "Hey whats up, my bad about Monday i got home at like 6 AM Monday morning slept all day and woke up feeling like ****.., Im feeling better now, do u wanna go out next monday? Or lmk what other days u have off" I still didn't hear from her and I texted her this at 5 yesterday... Would she really be that mad? I get I shouldve texted her earlier but I was really feeling sick. Were not even official I dont get why shes acting petty. |

Question: I hate being used I feel like crying? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 11:41 AM PDT My friend graduated after spending 3 years with him studying with him. He used to thank me he used to say I am best person in the world , we used to eat together. But he Disappointed me so many times. I still forgave him And helped him study difficult exams. Its terrible I still remember the good times although we had very bad time. I feel I am being used, in each holiday he leaves me in the apartment and travel to his home state and now he is gone for ever after graduating and after I blamed him he blocked me. He also says its my fault and I am a weirdo because lately he used to go out without me knowing. |

Question: 16 years old, been sheltered my whole life, is this normal for parents to do? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 10:53 AM PDT So my parents are really strict, to a point where I'm just stuck in the house. I have friends at school but the only time I talk to them is over the phone or through text, but sense I don't really know them outside of school or really "hang out" with them, I feel like I only know the school side of them. So yea, I really don't consider anyone to truly be my best friend or even my friend in general. I've missed so many events that would have benefited me towards things like college (college visits my parents will not let me attend) and events where I can have fun, to a point where I don't even care about going to things like prom. I'm just tired of being fake and pretend happy to people, because I truly feel lonely and depressed all the time in the inside, and nobody knows that. So there really wouldn't be any reason for me to even go to prom. Like I've never even had a girlfriend or even a first kiss for that matter, and I'm only 16. Like everyone is doing so much, and it may seem little or not as important, but too me, because of my parents sheltering me off so ******* much, I feel like the most loneliest person in the world. IN the house, I'm either asleep, on the internet most of the time, or just shooting hoops in my backyard. That's practically it. It honestly just sucks, that I have no emotions to things that are "important" IS THIS NORMAL FOR PARENTS TO DO? HAVE YOUR PARENTS DONE THE SAME THING? Update: Even in my childhood, I never went trick or treating, or had sleep overs, or truly hung out with kids my age. Like I've hung out with kids but that was when I was younger, at like age 7-9, but that wasn't even all the time. Now in my teenage years, the only time I leave the house is when I go to school, go to volunteer somewhere, or going to the store with my parents, or whenever they feel like going out of the house, or if they need me. That's it. Like I truly do not know what fun is, AT ALL. Update 2: I even have a license, car, insurance, and I can't even go to the near grocery store by myself, my dad always want to drive me there, and sometimes when I ask to go to places outside of the house, like volunteering or something that involves school, he gets angry to a point where he makes me cancel it and I don't even go at all, and the people that need me at school and ****, I'm never there for them. But that's sometimes. |
Question: Why was this person being nosy? My friend and I weren’t doing anything wrong? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 10:33 AM PDT My friend and I got off the ferry at 8 pm. We went to a nearby store, then decided to head back to our cars. I had to give my friend her necklace back, so we got in my car & gave it back to her. We talked for a good 10 minutes, and during that time a car pulls up at the stop sign right by our cars. They just sit there and after a while it becomes clear they're staring at us. Nobody else is really around, there are probably 10 cars parked at the terminal, and the last ferry left for the night. My friend went back to her car because she needed to leave, and I needed to do a u turn to get to my house. That person hits a u turn as well, and stayed behind me for 5 miles. We're not sketchy looking at all, we're blonde females in our late 20's. In hindsight their behavior was way more sketchy than ours. They were the ones out at almost 9 pm staring at other people, we didn't do anything to draw attention to ourselves. Who does that? |
Question: Is my friend a lot older than me? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 10:03 AM PDT Her birthday is October 28, 1999 and my birthday is February 11, 2000. She always tries to make me sound like a little baby just because I was born in the 2000s and she was born in the 90s, I mean she's only months older so it's starting to bother me how she's always all like "hey little baby" and she says things like "haha you didn't experience the 90s" and it really bothers me. It got me thinking, is she really a lot older than me and would that make her a century older than me like she says? |
Posted: 19 Jul 2018 06:33 AM PDT Do you think that some guys who don't Hug their male friends is a way of Showing that they don't give two spits about them |
Question: My friends forgot my birthday? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 06:02 AM PDT So tomorrow is my birthday. we have a group a friends consisting of me and 4 others. it's true that we weren't all close to each other last year, but now we are pretty close. on the 24th, in five days, is another one of our friends' birthday. we wanted to make her a surprise, so we have been planning on buying her something for almost a month. This whole time, everyone agreed to meet up on the 20th(my birthday, i said it was ok, i didn't mention anything) and give her the present because she was leaving for holiday later. now we're supposed to meet on the 21st and give her the present. i can't just say "hi bitches it's my birthday, too, you know?". it sucks that when one of my friends came up with the idea to gather and make her a surprise, which was more than a month ago, i also said that my birthday was coming up, too. she seemed pretty careless about that. am i being too childish or am i right to feel hurt? |
Question: Revenge is fair for them?(important help please)? Posted: 19 Jul 2018 05:27 AM PDT It's bout two of my friends who ruin my life 1. She is an Aries and I've know her for six years. We were back after seven years together. She had a friend and always show off that. Once I had a fight with her friend Gemini and Aries was like I am totally on her side you are nothing to me. Then I decided to leave but she was totally angry when she saw I had friends two. She didn't let me make friend anymore and replace herself all the time and left me alone every time I needed a company. I couldn't leave because we can't change our seats. OK she fought me and left me alone and I was depressed and sad all for 5 month she was mean to me and just bullied me emotionally anyway she could. She decided to came back when other didnt want her I didn't accepted and she hurt me anyway she could. 2. Gemini. I was really her friend. I was there for her when she needed me. I called her everyday. She never called once. I was kinda into her or love her honestly. But she changed at the end of the year and didn't let anyone to like me or talk to me. All of my friends left me because of these two. They were ruining my reputation. I left that school but I was suffering so hard I end up crying everyday. I can't forget the pain and I'm wounded still. So its logical to set a revenge plan and ruining their pathetic lives? I want to make them feel like they want to die. Do I have the right to do that? |

Posted: 19 Jul 2018 02:01 AM PDT The sportsmanship demonstrated whilst playing competitively is poor, I find at times. 80 percent of the time whenever my best friend loses, he says the following: a) losing focus b) im anxious or c) foggy mind. Sometimes I have my doubts that he's simply making up excuses to cope with the fact that his skill level is below mine. Also, one thing to note is that he usually insists on having several matches when losing a match and after winning he tries to switch characters. I then insist on having a few more matches, and usually i win most of those rematches. I too have problems since i usually get frustrated on the rare cases where he emerges victorious. If on the off chance that he wins again he says "no more". That seems sort of unfair since i always grant him several rematches. I feel like he has this feeling where he wants to be left with a feeling of pride and enjoyment in gaining a victory. Today I genuinely had issues with my arms as they were severely numb and he ended up winning 2 out of 8 matches. I said that and as i expected, he also said his mind was foggy. What could i do to help myself from getting frustrated, and help him also to improve our overall sportsmanship? if this information is necessary, we're both at the age of 14. |

It's mostly because whenever I was nice people would take advantage of me so I just learned to not be kind? I am nice to close friends but I'm really defensive around new people. How can I be kind? |

Question: How do I completely cut a toxic friend? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 11:16 PM PDT I have had a friend since I have known since high school. She is incredibly manipulative, self-centered and just an overall unkind person. I'm 24 now, and as much as I try to avoid this friend of mine, she still contacts me. I made the mistake of giving her a second chance for the 100th time. And I have had enough. She did nothing but cut me down and I now feel incredibly hurt by her words and I am angry at myself for putting myself around that. I have stood up for myself many times and this friend either doesn't get it or she doesn't care. I know that anyone who cares about me would never deliberately try to hurt me. I know that this is what this girl is trying to do to me and I have had enough because I know I don't deserve this, and after ten years of "friendship," I am ready to cut the cord for good. But I don't know what the right way is to do this. I have thought about writing her a letter explaining how I feel and blocking her from contacting me. But I am still unsure. Thoughts? |
Question: I think I have social anxiety what should I do? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 10:22 PM PDT I cant make new friends easily I stick with the same friends I have and it takes me months to make new friends in a comfortable environment. Im always afraid people will hate me and never talk to anyone unless im surrounded by friends and even then its a brief conversation. Im afraid people will ate me and even the people I have known for a while im afraid they find me annoying. I pick fights with my best friends so they prove what they mean to me. If i do get in a fight I just apologize immediately afraid to make enemies which isn't great it why my boyfriend dumped me. Im so insecure. Whats wrong with me. |

Question: How do I accept my coworker doesn t like me? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 09:54 PM PDT So in my office I m pretty popular in that s I get along with everyone. Then I got a transfer five months ago and I get along with most people in this new office except Blondie. She never asks how I am or my plans. She asks other people. And she didn t invite me to the lunch for her birthday |
Question: How to deal with my sister inviting her friend who bullied me to our house? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 09:52 PM PDT My sister is having a birthday party tomorrow, and i just found out that she is inviting a friend of hers who a few months ago, attacked me online for a week straight, calling me fatass, ugly, etc. It caused me to have a huge breakdown (I have had close calls with anorexia and have major self esteem issues as well as depression and anxiety, so this really affected me) The friend thought it would be funny (spoiler alert, it wasn't) and had gotten the impression that i was self absorbed and annoying, despite never meeting me. It was a big thing in our family, and my mother was incredibly disappointed in my sister for never speaking up about it, and basically going along with her. Which broke my heart, because we are very close and she has never been this mean. But that was a few months ago and my sister and I have made our amends. (her friend never apologized though) And now that same friend is going to be staying the night in our home for a party. I want to enjoy the party and talk to her other friends, as i'm pretty close with her other friends, but I don't know how to go about interacting with that one friend. Should I stay away from her and the party and hide in my room to avoid the awkwardness? Should I just ignore the one friend? Or should I talk to everyone like nothing happened? |
Question: Am I bad person? :(? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 08:48 PM PDT Ok I'm just asking this because I feel really bad and I'm wondering if I'm overthinking it or if I actually should. Um but anyway I was driving home from work a couple minutes ago and it was raining pretty hard. As I turned onto my street, I saw a person walking home and I was gonna stop to see if they wanted a ride, but then I noticed that it was my old best friend. I haven't talked to this guy in a while, but we used to be best friends, but then we got in a huge fight a while back and we haven't been talking ever since. But anyway I slowed down and we made eye contact, but then I quickly sped up again. I don't know why I didn't ask him if he needed a ride and I feel really immature and guilty. He lives just a few houses down from mine so it would've only been like...a minute out of my way. I can't stop thinking about it and I've thought about texting him but I don't know what to say and I'm almost positive he saw me and knows that the only reason I didn't ask was because it was him. :( Am I a bad person? |
Question: Why would someone text you and then leave you “on read”? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 08:37 PM PDT My friend reached out to me today and when I responded to ask how he was doing and he never responded back. Why would one do this if they initiated the conversation? I do know sometimes people's texts come late to me. What do you think is the case? Thanks |
Question: I know this may be stupid but how do I fix this ? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 08:30 PM PDT I am trying to do better with lying and I am ten times better than I was a year ago. my coworker told me to thank my mom about dinner. I did tell my mom but she kind of brushed me off. She was happy I thanked her but still brushed me off. I lied and told my coworker that my mom said :what do I want ? I just hated that lied to her but I want to see her laugh. Fyi that's what my mom usually says to me anyway and time I'm good. I just feel horrible especially cause I like her alot. I'm thinking just say I thought she said it but she [my mom] said she didn't or she must have been just joking with me !! |
Posted: 18 Jul 2018 08:17 PM PDT We're both girls. Both 20. College classmates. My ex-friend always "tries" to sit/stand near me or even joins us (me and my other classmates) when we're chillin' once she saw that she has a friend chillin' with us. (Basically, she uses that friend of hers to join us.) So what should I do when joins us? Should I leave? 'Cause I really feel awkward when she joins us. Or should I just keep quiet? And she always wants me to hear everything she says or kind of trying to get my attention.. She always stares at me, watching everything that I do then roll her eyes once caught her.. And she also likes to compete with me.. (I'm not bragging) Our classmates will always compliment me about my looks and I noticed her beautifying herself too now and kinda copy how I look.. Our friendship ended when I decided to distance myself from her. And she still hates me for doing that. She's a bossy and moody person and a lot of our classmates have said that she really has an attitude.. But I think what I did is better than faking it... Question: How to act at the theater with a friend? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 07:12 PM PDT My parents never let me hang out with friends until recently. And a friend of mine asked me to go to the movie theater with her tomorrow to watch Incredibles 2. Do I talk to her at all during the movie? What do I do? |
Posted: 18 Jul 2018 07:06 PM PDT My best friend and I grew up together from the time we were 2-3 years old. We've done everything together from bus rides to high school graduation to driver's training. Now we're embarking on a new journey separately...he's moving to Florida at the end of September. We've talked about it a couple of times but the reality hasn't hit us yet that we're going to be separated for the first time ever. He tells me not to worry about it but deep down I'm worried about something else. I'm falling in love with him and I don't want to tell him because he has an amazing opportunity waiting for him in Florida. I want him to take this opportunity to explore his dreams and not be tied down to me because I had told him that I was in love with him and didn't take the job. Should I tell him or not? |
Question: I suffer with separation anxiety? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 06:46 PM PDT So I'm a 19 year old female and I have severe separation anxiety, specifically with my mom. She's honestly my best friend, and if there was one person I would give up my life for it's her. I don't have any friends irl so it's really only her. But honestly I feel so safe with my mom, like she's the one person who would never judge me and there's no one I feel more comfortable with. I cry when she's not around, and I need her to be by my side. I know it's pathetic because of my age, but I love my mom sooo much I would never want to be apart from her. She's helped me through so much hardship, through a time when I was suicidal because of my peers, she's my hero. But I'm in college now and I still find it really hard to make it through this adjustment from teenager to adult, and I can tell she's sometimes disappointed in me for still acting like a child. I feel so weak sometimes without her, if I think of a world where I'm by myself I'm terrified. How can I deal with this anxiety? |
Question: Girl at apartment office rude - what should i do? Posted: 18 Jul 2018 10:21 AM PDT so i live in a apartment complex and if you get an package - you would have to pick it up at the office and there is this girl in the office who was very rude about picking up the packages. There was nasty looks and eyes rolling over giving me a package that showed up. It seems now she is the only one that picks up the phone there or gets the messages. So if i leave a message about maintenance issues or an noise issue -which is rarely - i dont get a call back or she wont let me know if it was done. I have noticed she is really nice to other people though but not me. Do you recommend i let it go or try to get a hold of a manager? Thanks. |
