Well when we stopped dating we were cool and it was mutual (and it seemed like we could be good friends and it was something she would want), but I said some douchey and some unexpected things in that convo that probably changed her opinion of me. Even tho we talked later and "cleared the air" (THAT convo went really really well actually) I feel because of the way that convo went she s only nominally friends with me, in part because we re in the same friend group...She has a different opinion of me than before. It goes like this: Things are going well in the beginning stages of relationship, at some point the girl becomes clingy and the man gets overwhelmed and feels like he needs space. He pulls back. He may verbally tell you that he needs space, or he might just ghost. Fortunately for this most recent experience, the guy DID tell me he wanted some space and to be left alone, which I agreed to and have not spoken to him in a month. However, since we separated he payed more attention to my social media accounts. He would "like a post", view my instagram and snapchat stories...alot of times he'd be one of the first people to view my story posts, showing that he was paying close attention (even though he had just told me to leave him alone?) Him watching me on social media was really affecting my emotional wellbeing. In the heat of the moment I blocked him on instagram. I have since unblocked him. meanwhile he is still my friend on snapchat, where he was viewing my snaps up until recently when he stopped abruptly. The same day he made his instagram page private. A few days later, I noticed a fake page with no followers or photos watching my stories. I'm not sure if its him or someone else. Either way, his behavior has been confusing. Fast forward two months I saw him staring at me in church so I texted him but he said he would never forgive me and wouldn't allow himself to have feelings for me again because of what i said about his mom. I didn't respond. Every Sunday in church he'd keep staring at me but I gave him cold looks and avoided his looks. He started smiling and talked to me as I went down the stairs saying hi how are you. Recently I've been warm to him looking at him and smiling. I texted him the other day and this how the conversation went. "Hi, how are you? how's your brother? -Good thanks. How are you? "I'm glad. I'm good as well" - Any news from schools ( he asked because I was applying to medical school) "Because I took my test later I applied this year so fingers crossed" -When do you hear back? "Varies from school to school but interviews come out in late september" -Ah ok. Good luck! "Thank you." I didn't say anything else then 2 hours later he just sent "-NP I sent him a smiley face. Could he be intrested still? |

Now emotions flipped from sadness to anger as I heard more things and we had one fight. As time went on it got better and we stopped talking. A little while after I met a girl that i began to like and a little more then a month later we started dating. That girl and I have been together since. My ex was furious about it and caused months worth of drama. Now 8 months later out of no where I hear my ex is saying that I had cheated on her with the girl I am with now. I dont understand, I have been nice to my ex for past months and even helped her with a relationship problem. So why does she keep attacking me and say bad things? |

She was always jealous of this friend, and made me promise her that I didn't like her. Well, It's not my fault this other girl kept trying to get with me. I'm not even joking, she's obsessive! Even after I broke up with that other girl, she said I could even slap her and beat her up if it means I could still be with her. I felt sad for her because doesn't she respect herself? So I thought it's better if I don't talk to her again. But overall, I broke up with that other girl in order to go back to my ex, and my ex was so upset and mad at me because I was being an idiot, and listened to that other girl to go spend time with all three of us meanwhile my ex was still clueless about us secretly dating behind her back. That other girl still thinks we're good friends with my ex. Like she thinks that we can still be friends even though we backstabbed my ex girlfriend? Anyways my ex thinks we were pitying her by spending time with her as we were together. I really haven't been the same since then because she said I used her. I told her I would get out of her life. She then told me to go **** myself. I woke up the next morning from a text saying that she still likes me, but is still upset that we both took her as a fool. I still kept my promise, and said I'll leave. She hasn't bothered to text me back since then. I really feel ashamed, but I still love her. |

I've only hung out with her one on one at a park once which was the day after we graduated. We then hung out with a group of friends yesterday and we had a blast at a water park.
