It happened about a month ago too and i thought that was the first time but now im not so sure. He comes off as polite, generous, and someone that you would never suspect that from. Overall a decent man but now i see thats not true. Im worried she wont leave him because of his finacial support. I dont know what to do. Im so worried for her. If anyone has gone through something similar please tell me how you helped them and how to cope with this. |

My dilemma is, that i'm at a homeless shelter since may 18. Each and every day I am forced to get into a middle or top bunk, even though I am unable to climb up at ALL. there's one security guard who has an issue with me.. I didn't even know her when I first came and she refused to open my locker and insulted me and made comments. Now last week, she told me she gave me a middle bunk last week and I got into it (I NEVER did) and she said I need to get into a middle last week. Even though I was given a bottom by administration themselves because I AM PLUS SIZE. Then, I explain to her I am unable to get in . Then she called MALE SECURITY saying she needs assistance getting me into the MIDDLE BUNK? If she didn't help me into my locker how would she help me get out? I begged to be let to sleep on the floor and REFUSED. I begged her to let me go out on the streets and REFUSED. Then she told other security that I refused the bed I was given that's why I'm coming down. She gave all th other plus size women matresses but me. She was there again yesterday and she gave me a mattress for the floor and said "today is your last day.. tomorrow you're getting in a bed" What's she gonna do? She's here today and obviously not gonna let me in a bottom. And she might do something bad. Should I go out on my own before they don't let me out? As we became closer, he started asking to meet me more often, he told me many times that he regrets his marriage (and even having kids) even though I never ask him about his personal life and try to stop him talking about it when he starts to. Lately, he always gives me compliments, about my physical appearance, but also regarding my personality and behavior and thinking patterns, literally saying that he "loves everything about me". He texts me every single day, all day long until late evening, telling me what he is doing or where he is (without me even asking). He sends me his pictures and tells me details about his life, details I wouldn't share with someone I've known for a few months. I am also married and going through a divorce. He knows I'm married but I haven't told him about the divorce because I don't want him to think I'm giving him the "green light" I like him so much as a friend, he is a very wonderful person. He says he finds me so unique and that he longs for our talks and that he will always be there for me no matter what. I highly appreciate all of this but I am a bit worried if this might be going too far?? I want inputs whether I need to set limits or not. I have never had a close male friend and I do not know if this is a "normal type of friendship", since men tend to be more protective friends than women. Do I need to be worried? |

Poor management of employees, although the manager is really cool and nice. The host constantly talks about quitting her job, and doesn't seat people properly in their sections. My first day she gave me 5 tables, then I found out she is trying to get me fired already. All the other employees were very unfriendly, and unhelpful, let alone, lazy. The manager already got on my back, but then found out it was because the host does a poor job at seating tables. Plus, they talk about me behind my back because I"m so good at what I do, and they're not. I'm the only guy there, and I can't go through having some lady accuse me of something to get me fired, if you know what I mean... Should I Just quit? Only made 20 dollars in 5 hours... |

I been there for 7 months and have seen this girl everyday. recently I moved finally to an apartment, shes still be knocking on my door early or as she pleases without my awareness just poppin up asking to chill and recently asked to stay the night knowing I just moved in. I needed a ride one day so I let her drop me off, since then shes popped up 3 times without calling me asking me first. I have a bf & kids which she knows but feel she gives me no space. she also has lost custody of her kids and is going through issues and other things that I don't want to involve myself in. she also has a habit of asking favors and never saying thanks. last night her kid came and spent the night, she is 10 years old. she never once said thankyou for watching her when she left, and when she picked the girl up this morning she had peed in my 7 year olds bed. the girl was mad at her kid but didn't even apologize for the convenience or thank me for watching her in the first place. I'm not looking for thanks but Ive watched her kid a few times with no thanks and even when ive dropped her off places nothing. she acts like her life revolves around me but when it coms to the main things I expect I dont get it. Up to that point Vince had no friends and was being bullied. Holly found out through her English teacher about his hard luck. Holly got me involved and eventually we both stepped in to help Vincent out. A year later we've become friends. Kind of weird being friends with a kid four years younger than you, but Vince is a good kid. Problem is he's been seeing me and Holly as less than friends and more like surrogate parents. It started when Vince started calling Holly mommy one day and asking if they could get ice cream. Soon he started referring to me as daddy and treating us like a married couple. Holly thinks it's cute, but she agrees that's it's really bizarre. Recently he started asking if he's going to get a little brother or sister from us, and that just made things awkward. One day we were walking together and Vince tried holding our hands and to make it look like we were a young couple with a kid. Awkward. We don't indulge him at all, but it's getting weird how Vince is suddenly regressing. Is this all an joke? Doesn't look that way to Holly and me. It was my dream come true since my very best friend had moved far away two years before and i never clicked with anyone else the way i did with her. Now fast forward to 3 years later and she made some new friends and i made a few but always thought of her as my "ride or die". we still would talk but we started to talk less and less in person and 9 times out of 10 i would be left behind for her new group of friends and her boyfriend. Everyone knew they were the type to party and smoke and drink and do drugs and i never expected her to try that (considering we are so young) and she is very aware of her family's mental health and addiction record. But she did and, she got addicted almost. to the point where she would not feel happy without it. i was concerned and tried to talk to her and i am the only one of her friends who tries to talk to her about her mental health, and help her. She didn't listen to me but was more secretive about her usuage. I would ask her to include me in things and tell me if she didn't want to hangout, since she would frequently not include me. She would say she didn't think i would fit in with the drug scene and couldn't really fit in with the whole part scene either. I just want to hangout with her but she ignores me a lot and never excepts plans. Advice? |

Before this job my friend is someone I've known since I was in diapers practically. She's 56 and I am 27. I received my job with her blessing letting me know that there was an opening. Now I got the job, and after some turmoil with some stress on my back I talked back to her. Rudely. She was training me and I had that unbelievable stress of being a failure...and I feel that's where my relationship with her changed. I told her she was embarrassing me in front of my coworkers. She would literally talk so loud in front of everyone and I couldn't think straight with the embarrassment and I had to say something...and she was upset at me. But apologized, which I was grateful about...so now we are not the same anymore. She used to look forward to talk to me at church, she would message me and I would have a great time with her friendship. At work that feeling was there for a short time...now after that incident I feel like she doesn't like me anymore. Like she's fed up with me. She's my manager and helps me when I need her. I am just so sad that things are not what they used to be with my relationship with her. I often feel like my job has dwindled it. I changed my attitude with her because I regretted talking back to her in that manner. I shouldn't have spoken to her like that just because she is my friend...any other manager could have fired me. And I just miss my old friend. Now i feel like I lost her. What would you do? |
