Question: How can you tell when someone's just being polite and or if they're being genuine? Posted: 04 Mar 2017 03:37 PM PST At work, I always get fooled by people being polite towards me and actually think they like me and want to be my friend and a lot of times I fall for it and I just end up sad knowing that they were only being polite, I mean if they didn't like me why even bother being polite and friendly. I try not to interact the coworkers that I don't like and if I have to, I usually just say short words. Anyway, it's hard for me to tell who's being polite and who's actually genuine. Like today at work, I don't know what is it but I feel like the guy I was working with today does not like me at all and I don't even know why considering he doesn't even know me at all and also one of my managers today kept touching my back during rush hour and actually ended up pitching my back lol he even said I didn't mean to pitch you by the way but yeah I couldn't tell if he was being polite by doing that or if it was genuine. I just don't want to start getting close to any of them cause what if deep down they actually don't like me you know it's so hard to figure out |

Posted: 04 Mar 2017 09:17 AM PST I need her to believe they changed their mind. I have orientation in less than a week. What can I say to convince her? They didn't drug test me, and according to google the "normally" don't. But she knows I DID take 2 xanax in about a week to sleep. If I tell her I failed the drug test, is there a way for her to fact check me, by calling the store or something? I can't get a job with this many hours until april, because I'm getting a puppy and need to raise it. What can I tell her? |

Question: Should they get a divorce? Posted: 04 Mar 2017 06:14 AM PST Rachel is 24 years old and married. She got pregnant with her first baby at 17 years old and gave birth at 18. Then at age 21, she got pregnant again. After giving birth to her 2nd child Rachel got her tubes tied. Now Rachel can have sex and never get pregnant. She willingly destroyed her reproductive organs. She decided to go to college to be a surgeon and eventually made more money then her husband. Her husband does most of the cooking, cleaning, while she becomes more obsessed with her schoolwork. Her husband starts to fantasize about sex with other women, he moans and touches his penis while thinking of other woman. When his wife found out he was watching porn he felt nervous and baked her a cake to try and make her feel better. He had no money so he just made a bunch of homemade sweets because he felt so nervous and wondered if she knew about his porn collection on his computer. They even hit and pushed each other a few times. They only feel awful about it because the kids saw them one time. At the end of the day, they have sex. Should they breakup? |
Posted: 04 Mar 2017 05:05 AM PST It's been about 11 months since we broke up, and the last time I saw him was the end of November. He let the relationship break down because he withdraws when he gets too close to someone because he lost his mum young & he has no family around him. He has a problem with commitment, but he's not a player. More of a loner. We saw each other 4 times since breaking up. So I thought he would want to meet someone who wants the same things as him, but he's 33 so maybe it's not easy. I told him it can't be me. On New years eve I said I want to move forward. But he still contacts me saying things like he hopes I'm ok & I look nice in my pic. He's not talking to other girls and he's never online. |

Question: Situation with my ex, what can I do? Posted: 04 Mar 2017 01:43 AM PST My ex and I were together for around 3 years before we lost the spark and broke up. We have been apart for nearly 3 years and have rarely spoke in that time up until 2 weeks ago when we messaged one another. In this conversation she sent me a pic of a valentines present that I gave her almost 4 years ago and she said that she never knew how weird it could be to go from talking and seeing someone all the time to not talking at all. then she went on to say that she wonders how things would be for us now if we had never broke up. After that she said that she hoped that I can find someone that makes me happy because I deserve it. I was quite shocked that she said that but I just said the same back to her. At the end of this conversation, she said goodnight and told me to 'stay in touch'. 2 days after I sent her a pic of a place that we used to go to together asking her if she remembers it, she said yeah and she jokingly replied 'the question is, who are you with? Lol' we talked for a bit then a week after I put up a snapchat saying 'too tired to work😴'she replied to it with a simple 'You can say that again!'she didn't reply after that. That was 5 days ago, even though we talk just a bit more than we used to, I want to know would it be possible for us to get back together? though I don't want to get my hopes up tho I have to admit, I do hope she stays in touch. |
Question: What should you say when someone asks about your loved one who passed away? Posted: 04 Mar 2017 01:20 AM PST Sometimes at work people would often ask what do your parents do and I instantly get so sad becuase that means I have to bring up my dad who passed away a couple years ago and that's awkward isn't? Especially in a work place but I never know how to keep it a secret. do I tell them a white lie and say oh he's a construction worker or oh he's never around stuff like that. I just never feel ready to talk about my dad and when someone asks what my parents do I just tell them the truth my mom works at a restaurant and my dad passed away a couple years ago and then I get sad but try to hide it either way its awkward and I don't want that person feeling sorry for me. So yeah what do you usually say when someone brings up your loved one that isn't around more? Do you just kinda of dodge the question |
Question: How do I go about kicking my mother in law out of the house? Posted: 04 Mar 2017 12:01 AM PST My wife and I both want her gone however, my wife doesn't want to pull the trigger with me. It's her mom and she feels bad for her. I get it but all they do is argue so when I get home wife is in a bad mood and so we wind up arguing about random crap. I feel like it's a strain on our relationship but clearly I don't know how to approach the situation so I need some input |
