My fiancée of 5 months wants to break up. She still loves me but she's scared of me. She's scared because she read online where a woman who has a one month old baby not far from us was murdered by her husband the baby went missing but now it's safe. She was a year younger than her. She's starting to freak out. I told her that I'll never hurt her but she said all men say that. I guess the man got angry some unknown reason shot and killed his wife. She's really scared she doesn't feel safe right now she wants to take a break. I can't get her to stop crying. How can I calm her down ? Should we break up for a while and just be friends ?

I have been in a relationship with a nice guy for about four years. There is only one problem. My dream is to occupy with Bioinformatics. He always discourages me about that, saying that i am not suitable for this, and i'd better occupy with something more simple and be a programmer. He is about to leave for his military service in July, and will be away for a year. He even told me we might break up then. Anyway, i was thinking of working for my dream underground, while he was away. Anyways, i developed a health application, and the professor told me that it's worth to be published as a scientific research, on which my boyfriend objects too, telling me that "it will consume my whole time, and i won't have time for him till he goes away". I chose to do it underground too, as it is my one and only chance to fulfill my dream. The problem is that today, while the professor was talking to me about the publication and how this will help me get accepted into the Bioinformatics Master program, one of my boyfriend's friends was in the laboratory and he heard it all. I am afraid he will tell my boyfriend. So i must do something quickly. I am confused.... Oh ...I forgot to mention, he always says that "He discourages me for my own well- being" and that " he doesn't want me to fail in my life", but i feel sad not being able to follow my dream anyways. Yet he won't listen.

there's this guy I work with and every time he seems me he says hi and somehow we always end up touching whether it's our hands, our arms, or our skin when we're standing next to each other and this one time he had to train me and kept on putting his hand on my lower back and just recently I had to kneel down to clean a little flood under the skin with my manager and he came over to look at it and he randomly put his hand on my shoulder and a few days ago he called me for work and I had to let him know something but couldn't get his attention becuase he was so busy so I kinda just slapped his back a little and felt pretty awkward about it cause I didn't want to or wasn't sure if it was appropriate anyway when we were in the back looking for lids i couldn't help but stand behind him and check him out and I think I heard him say something like did you take them Cassie and I just flat out said no because I was so distracted by how attractive he was and I think he said something back like I thought I saw you take them and after awhile of searching and he couldn't find them he just said *uck and I was kind of taken back like did he just swore and on our way out one of the managers wanted to look for them too and he said that he was just with me and that we ran out so idk if this all means anything. Does it sound like he's comfortable towards me? Or is this all just politeness

My friends and I were waiting to get the train for a day out. We were all talking amongst ourselves and one of my friends started trying to wind me up saying to me "you're so short" she was laughing and smirking at me and so I said "you're only an inch taller than me, you're short too!" Then she smirked again laughing and said "haha you're so short, such a short ****!" So I snapped back "shut up tubby!" She immediately looked so hurt and like she wanted to cry and one of the other girls said I was too mean back to her. I'm sorry but this girl is very overweight and only 5ft 3. I'm 5 ft 2. She CAN lose weight and feel better about herself. Whereas I can NEVER grow taller. I think she was asking for it tbh. She's always calling me flat chested too which gets to me. I think his wife is an amazing person. And she really does deserve all the love he has for her. But I still have deep feelings for him and he is expecting his second child. I feel so alone. I am really jealous even envious maybe. He is a wonderful person and I don't think I could find a person like him again. But he doesn't have any feelings for me. I sometimes wish my life would just end. How do I move on and hope to find someone who will really love me?
