Where I live there are conservative flags everywhere, mostly white people and barely any races, though black people can be seen more common. The women are very feminine and wear dresses, and look like Barbie dolls and China dolls, though a lot of them dress old fashion. The men are really brash and fierce, and will fight you over just about anything. Any suggestions on how to survive out here?

So there is this guy at my work that I've kinda been falling for and just recently he told me about his daughter and how likes giving coins for his daughter and when he showed me a pic of her I couldn't help but gush about it, but didn't let him know obviously and just yesterday he said something like if you met my daughter you'd want to kidnap her or something and I don't know if that's implying anything but do you think it'd be wrong to casually ask when can I see your daughter? Or something like that, I want to know if he feels like same way and I feel like by asking him when I can his daughter will let me know whether or not he likes me back right? Ugh I just don't know what to do with how I feel for him. And yesterday before I left I gave him my coins to give to his daughter obviously and he didn't seem to mind at all he just told me to put it in a cup and that made me think like maybe we could hit it off or something? What do you guys think

Hello, I have a friend who is in deep depresion and she only tells his problems to me. She allways tells me how good of a person I am and how she loves me. this person and i broked up 2 years ago but now she is telling things like ''i love you'' and ''thanks for being here for me'' . I am currently in love with this person and i think she is with me but can it be too hard for her to be in a realationship at the moment?

One of my teacher (male) shook his head at me in a disappointed way, like in a negative emotional​ way, while I did something kind of retarded and stupid with the desk I was sitting at, so this kid was sitting behind me and his feet were resting on my desk's legs and when I was pushing the desk back while sitting on it, it raised up because the kid behind me was pressing down hard on the desk's legs with his feet so I might've looked stupid when the desk raised up the way it did

I'm 25. Only had 4 relationships because I actually loved the person. Been with terrible people and terrible experiences, and I really thought my most previous relationship was the solid one that would be my last. He did so much for me and at the end of the day still loved me for who I was. I really didn't think he'd go anywhere especially since he seemed more into me than I was at first, but he broke up with me almost 9 months ago and really had no real reason because I asked. I've been on dates with a few people, but none of them I feel like getting to know. I'm at that point where I don't even feel like going out on dates or even just hooking up with someone. Am I just not ready? Sometimes I can't stand being as bored as I am, even though I work full time and go to college part time. But I miss having someone to do things with, but yet don't want to get to know anyone. Even if I start a conversation with someone new, I don't ever feel like actually going further than just being friends because I feel like most of them act too clingy from the start which is something I don't have the time for. What is wrong with me?

My fiancé and I have been together for 4 years. When I met him he was very much into AA. I respected that and have never told him not to go to meetings everyday (he goes to one or more a day). When I met him he was alone living with his grandma. We eventually got engaged (last year) and moved in together into a new house. We re expecting a baby boy this August. I love him. But I m feeling so unhappy. He is constantly ditching me to go to extra AA meetings now. He s even decided he doesn t want to be intimate with me anymore because we aren t married yet (yet that was not an issue when we first started dating or tried to have a baby). Now all of a sudden it s wrong. Yesterday was our 1 year engagement anniversary and I couldn t be more miserable. He said he went to a morning meeting that day so he could be home with me that night. When he got home yesterday one of his AA friends immediately called asking him to go out with him to another meeting. He said he couldn t. Our night consisted of nothing but him sitting far away from me on another couch. Never tried to hold me or offered to go to dinner or order in. I cried myself to sleep and I really have no idea how to accept this. He s almost 10 years sober mind you so it s not like he just gave up his addiction a year ago. I feel like AA is destroying us, as if he s traded one addiction for another. Ive tried talking to him about it but he says I should ve known AA and sponsees come first always.

I'm 16 and I'm home alone for a while, and my parents decided after my protests to send a guy my brother works with to check on me every couple days. He came by early (it was several days before planned and also like 5 in the morning) and he gave me a very very bad vibe. He hugged me and I stayed still and he seemed angry about this. He said he was just being polite, and I apologized. Later on he pointed out that I was female to male transgender. He asked what I "had down there" meaning what gentials I have and I obviously said I did NOT want to talk about that to him or anyone for that matter. He put his hand on my side like in a weird hug but his hand ended up just grabbing my chest. It was so uncomfortable. I hated it. He ended up after some silence grabbing my shirt and looking down into it. He laughed about it and said he was just messing around when I pushed him towards the door. I told him to not come back, told my brother and parents what he did, and said if he came back, I'd call the cops. My family has not helped me at all. My brother said he wouldn't do something like that, and I'm probably planning something and don't want him to come around and ruin it. In reality I just want to feel safe in my home. Would the cops actually do anything? Having a guy pull my shirt down and grope me genuinely feels like some sort of assault. Is it..? Please tell me it is so I can make him go away. This was just the first visit.

one of my coworkers said he had a daughter and I was so in shocked that I randomly said I had a 7 year old son and he knew from the beginning I was kind of lying because he was like you do not have a 7 year old son you're like 22 and I thought it would be fun to keep playing along and I told him that I would show him a picture when he decides to take a picture with me and from there on he keeps asking me like what's his name, where is he at. I'm pretty sure he knows I'm lying but I'm just curious why he keeps playing along with it too instead of just letting it slide

Well, I was dating a much older man for the first time He was 50 and Im 35. I left an abusive husband 3 years ago got my own place and after being lonely decided to date this new man. It was a new experience for me. In the beginning we were great but the problem was his so called female friend lived with him. Ok, that was a low blow and I thought she would be moving out but after a year not. He told me that he loved me and wanted to marry me. Then after a year of dating He told me that he was going on a trip with his ex.
