Question: Is it okay to say no to alcohol without feeling guilty? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 03:59 PM PDT I've gone thru a lot of cancer treatments. I started to date a guy who drinks a lot and that is not good for me, so I decided to no longer date him. For some reason I feel guilty for that decision. Cancer made me grow up a lot and having a future husband who drinks like that doesn't sound good to me. It hurts me. I have a part-time job at a bank where I'm learning lots about the job and industry and some day I'm going to hopefully be full time. Working 8 to 5 and coming home to make supper for my kids is my future, not a bar with happy hour. Does this make me seem mature or stupid? |

Question: What are some things people may not know about you? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 02:22 PM PDT People don't know that I joke around and make sarcastic jokes that seem offensive, that I drive a dolarium from back to the future but it doesn't fly, I like painting people and I'm really good at it, I like to spray paint my skateboard, I love donating clothes to the salvation army, because I don't care about what I look like people need clothes somewhere in the world, and I also love to rap fast I think I can rap faster than twista |
Question: What would you think about this? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 01:11 PM PDT I have seen this woman touch on her mom's breast, and the mother said to her daughter "stop you gone get me excited" what would you think? And the daughter is 21 years old. |

Question: How can a guy just use a girl? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 10:42 AM PDT And pretend he was going to marry her, but he he never let her meet his friends or family. I don't get why he strung her along and then after he cheated and she left him, he had no trouble emotionally to just move on and forget her and jump right into a new relationship. I just dont get how someone can string someone else's heart along. I would probably feel bad if I did that. |
Posted: 29 Mar 2017 10:41 AM PDT I'm 24, and my boss is in his 50's, so he is old enough to be my dad. He even has a daughter that is my age. Anyways, he is very laid back, ive work for him for over 5 years, and he truly has become more of a close friend instead of just my boss. I truly do love my boss in a fatherly way. God forbid if my dad were to have died, I wouldve ask my boss to walk me down the aisle. My problem is I dated a guy a few years back who was physically and emotionally abusive and he would tell me my relationship with my boss was weird and that i only had my job cause i was pretty. It obviously hurt my feelings but he was psycho about everything so i let it go, but last night my now husband showed signs of jealousy about my boss saying "i talk to my boss as much as I talk to him". Well I do work monday-friday with the guy so technically i do see him more...thats how jobs work, but is this weird? There is absolutely NOTHING going on...i just love my boss as a human being and i know he would do anything to help me out in life as well. |
Question: What's wrong with this guy ? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 10:36 AM PDT My husbands friend won't let us go out. He said we're too young we're both 24 and we're married. It's not like we're gonna go and have sex were just going to the movies. He said he treats him like he's his father or older brother. He always treats him like a kid. Sure he's the youngest out of his friends but it doesn't mean that he's mature enough he really is. It's not fair he goes on dates and he's gay. He's dating two guys at once long story there but he takes them on dates all the time. I don't get why he won't let us go. I been wanting to see Beauty And The Beast so badly that's what we were going to see everyone I know has seen it but he still won't let us go. He said as long as he goes we can but he won't go to a Disney movie. He doesn't like Disney. It's not one of my favorites but everyone says it's really good. He said we can stay home and watch movies in our room. He never lets us go out anymore. When we first got together he let us go out but he doesn't anymore. I don't know what got into him. What's wrong with him ? How can we convince him to let us go ? |
Question: Neighbor's visitor yelled at my dog? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 09:48 AM PDT I am hesitant to ask for opinions on this. Let me make a few things clear first. I am a military spouse, living in on base housing, my husband is deployed, so I have to take care of things on my own. Anyway, my neighbor, whose yard is a huge mess and overgrown with weeds, has been taking the whole month to do a simple one day job. I usually don't let my almost 1 year old boxer mix outside to potty when others are outside, because he will get distracted and not "go". I can't even go out with him, he will only want to play. I always watch him, and suddenly her visitor was screaming at my dog because he was peeing on the fence, in my yard, that just happened to be on the side looking into her yard. He's a boy, he lifts his leg, and thats the only thing out there to do it on. I immediately opened the door, and told her not to yell at my dog, to which she replied to keep the dog on my side. The woman who actually lives there just sat and watched it all happen, and didn't even say anything. I know she can speak, because she has thrown trash in my yard, including a large plastic baby pool that isn't mine and had been in her yard for months. I asked her to remove it, and she started saying it wasn't hers. I went to housing after going to my appointment I had to leave for, and the thought her behavior was ridiculous, and I filled out an application to have privacy screens put up, at my cost. I am still mad about this, how should I handle this? Housing is investigating it, and have assured me that this is a pet friendly neighborhood and my dog is free to use the restroom anywhere in our yard. They encouraged me to file complaints against her, and to call MP's if necessary. |
Question: Why is sex with a friends wife so exciting? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 09:23 AM PDT We tied up last week after months of flirting secretly. She is attractive but I was blown away at how exciting it felt to have sex with her knowing it was someone's wife I've had several partners but never felt like this, pushing my c ok in her where he did and watching her come thinking of him was unbelievably exciting more than any other I have had |

Question: Say something or say nothing? Posted: 29 Mar 2017 07:56 AM PDT Hi everyone. So I have this co-worker "Jenn" who is cheating on her live-in boyfriend with one of our customers (who's married with 6 kids). She flaunts it non stop and doesn't seem to care about who knows. Jenn hooks up with this guy on her lunch breaks. She has stated several times she is only with her boyfriend because his family has money, and he's due to inherit the family business eventually. She has also said she cannot see herself with one guy for the rest of her life, but she can't pass up the money. The boyfriend's father just gave them a lot of money to purchase a home, they are still shopping. He's got no idea. I want to let him know his girlfriend is a gold digging tramp, but it's none of my business. Should I stay out of it? |
Posted: 29 Mar 2017 01:18 AM PDT My bf of 1 yr always invites me to his house with intentions for sex. Yesterday he pushed me to bed and i refused. Then he threatened me he will find another woman. I felt heartbroken. My reasons for not having sex is i feel sometimes hes treating me bad plus hes not stable in his life. Help we r both late 20s |
Posted: 29 Mar 2017 12:44 AM PDT The now ex-best friend (3rd party) happens to be a friend of my husband s, and since the affair came out, he began confiding with him things that happened and were said during the affair. Ex: she started & pursued the affair and my friend thinks its the other way around. She said she couldn t stand her husband, was disgusted by him and only slept with him because she "had to" as a wife, she wanted to move to Florida with this guy.. 3 others have also come forward saying they slept w/ her but I don t think my friend knows abt them. I ve known her for over 10 yrs and had a bad past experience with her too. She has a history of pursuing taken men. And most were dating a friend of hers or was someone she knew a friend had a crush on, etc. She is a pathological liar to top it all off. 😤 Just looking for some opinions. If it were me, I d want to know everything so that I could know who I was staking out my future with and I think my friend would want to know but I m not sure if he s at the clean slate point where he s forgiven everything and wants to start fresh and not dwell on what happened. He never touches the subject with us- we re never alone with him so we have no idea how to even approach it if we were to try to say something. He d want details & that would probably make him want to confront the source and we know his wife would just deny and twist her way out of everything that she hasn t confessed to at this point... well, thanks in advance for your honest opinions! |
Question: Sex and suffering in the material world? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 10:21 PM PDT http://krishna.com/sex-and-suffering Interesting article interview with Prabhupada. Yes the material world is a place of suffering and sex is the primary reason. I don't know why most people realize that they are suffering negative karma because of sex. They can't seem to put two and two together and realize that they suffer the most during periods when they are having sex and suffer the least when they do not have sex. For example if you have sex for a weeks everyday and within a week afterwards you are plagued by multiple kinds of suffering( car breaking down, knee sprain, financial loss, etc) most people dont realize the two are connected even though before the sex started there was very little suffering. They dont see the connection even though this happens over and over again where you have sex and within a week you suffer tremendously. |
Question: Using cellphone to cover face? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 10:11 PM PDT I started recording this girl on my cell phone without her permission and when she saw me she covered her face with her phone? Why is she using her phone as a shield? |
Posted: 28 Mar 2017 10:02 PM PDT I'm a retail Sales Manager, I worked for a company until a few weeks ago, I noticed my boss took a liking for me. He always checked me out, stared at me, he showed me in every way that he was attracted to me. He would get jealous and vindictive when I got close to another male coworker. I too started liking him. Until one day, I was transferred to another location, it was like a demotion, which I did not like. When new opportunities came up, I was never considered for them. It was like, I was being punished for something I did not know or do. I was very hurt and felt all of my hard work was not really getting me anywhere. He would go out of his way to help others except me, I thought he was angry at me and hated me. I even asked several times for a transfer, I loved the company I worked for and wanted to move forward with my career. THAN ONE DAY I FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS STILL MARRIED......AND HE WAS STILL IN LOVE WITH ME. I also found out that every promotion or opportunity that came up at a mall was where his wife worked and he did not want "that for me". His wife is a Regional Loss prevention Manager at a retail store. So basically he was keeping me away from her, or vice versa. The areas I wanted to go work he barred me bc his wife had a store in that mall. What do you all think? Am I conjuring things in my head, or was he keeping me a secret and away from his wife. Is it bc he did not want his wife's and my paths to cross? |

Question: Do you know any Christians who are hypocrites? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 09:38 PM PDT They seem pretty good at talking the talk but I know many who wouldn't stop to help you change a tire if you were a 95 year old lady |

Question: Do you think I should let him know I have feelings for him? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 07:38 PM PDT I've been trying so hard to fight the feelings I have for my manager but everytime time I'm at work, I find myself falling for him because I feel like I can say whatever comes to my mind and he'll just smile at me and say something back like we have a lot of banters I guess. And sometimes I get the vibes that he's into me too but because he's my manager he's not going to do something about and I respect that but I'm only going to be working with him for two more days cause he got switched to mornings and I'm night shifts and so I'm a bit bummed I'm not going to be working with him as much and figure I should just tell him, let him know that I like him and that at the end of the day you can't really help who you fall for right? I just don't know what to do, I'm so confused by his feelings/actions sometimes, that I just want to ask are you into me or how do you feel about me but idk where or how to tell him |
Posted: 28 Mar 2017 06:49 PM PDT Cuz I never suspected my ex of cheating, never asked if he was, never asked him about girls he would talk to, never checked his phone or social media for cheating signs. Yet he cheated. And I only found out because he literally called me out of the blue to tell me. |
Question: How old is considered "old enough" to be someone s mother? Posted: 28 Mar 2017 03:04 PM PDT I know this question is a little silly. Almost everyone has been told by someone "I m old enough to be your mother!" I m 21, and I have a lot of friends that are older than me. I worry that I m disrespecting them sometimes since I forget about our difference in age. So, what age gap makes someone "old enough" to be your parent? 18 years your senior? 20? 25? Thanks! |
