Posted: 25 Mar 2017 06:38 PM PDT The geode is part of the gift. she loves geology. which is why i bought and broke the rock open. hiding the ring inside and burying it on the beach for her to find it. but i need it stay together long enough for her to unearth it, and be able to still open it again without to much trouble. |

Question: Is this a classy way to propose to someone? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 04:52 PM PDT A guy proposes to you, you say yes, the guy puts the ring in front of your face like here you go you put it on your finger and he's standing distance from you. Is that a classy way to propose to someone? |
Question: How do I get out of my friends bachelorette party? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 04:23 PM PDT I'm the MOH in my best friends wedding, however she gave each bridesmaid a different task so one person wasn't overwhelmed. She asked her college roommate to plan her bachelorette party which will consist of three parts, so we can choose to do some or all of the about. The first two, I'm fine with. Brunch and then painting party with some wine. Then to end the night we will go to a Magic Mike show. Not my thing, I'm not saying anything against the show or people that go to them. But personally I find them inappropriate and disrespectful. I don't like to party or drink, and this situation makes me extremely uncomfortable. How do I tell her I can't do this without hurting her or failing at the maid of honor? |

Posted: 25 Mar 2017 01:29 PM PDT But his apparent indifference to the event has really killed my joy. He doesn t care about the date, he doesn t care to invite any of his family members.. he just doesn t care at all. Honestly, even the proposal was half-assed. I love him with all my heart but I m wondering if his behavior is major red flag. When I asked him about it.. he replied that this is his second marriage and his family traveled for it and he doesn t care to ask them to travel again. I feel like I m not as important. He also has a 9 year old from the previous marriage that I have yet to meet. He gets super excited planning activities for them which I understand, but it still hurts because I feel like I m in this alone. Mature advice is welcome. |
Question: Do we need a honeymoon? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 12:57 PM PDT So, my fiance and I are getting married soon, and he says we should go on a honeymoon. I don't see the point wasting that much money when we probably won't even be leaving our room a lot, if you know what I mean. He says it'll be romantic, but I say there's no point. Who's right? |
