Question: How can I make my wife feel better ? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 09:01 PM PDT My wife is pregnant she's feeling upset and worried. She's worried because she read online where two little kids were stabbed to death by the own father. She didn't get to the reason for it she couldn't read anymore of it. Then someone started spreading rumors about her cousins that their mom gets abused and she fights with their dad. His girls are teenagers now her aunt told her now they act like spoiled brats and their dad is mean to them that part is true. They might be going to court again. I told her I could never do that to our kids but she said all men say that. She doesn't get why people have kids and then are mean to them or hurt them. She hates it she's even more scared now because it happened in her own family. How can I help her feel better ? |
Question: Anyone else unhappy in their marriage, but afraid of saying something? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 09:00 PM PDT I have a 4 and 2 year old and I don't want to ruin their life. Wife and I are not intimate and in my opinions we do-parent. I do as much or more of taking care of the kids than she does. I don't think I need her. Yes, the reason I am unhappy is because we don't have sex. Maybe I am a bad person for saying that, but I am honest. I'm not sure what to do. |

Question: Is it wrong of me to go? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 07:13 PM PDT I work with this guy, I've known him for about six months. We've become friends, and we have a lot in common to talk about. We talk about everyday. But he's married, and a really good guy. He goes to church every Sunday. His wife and daughter are in Florida for about a week. A long time ago he said he liked bowling but, nobody he knows likes it. I made the mistake of saying I'm not good at it but like it. I guess he remembered, and asked me to go bowling with him toward middle of next week. First off would it be ok to go, I mean it's not a movie or dinner, it's just bowling. But also I don't want to look like an idiot, and keep throwing gutter balls. What do you think I should do? He's never made any advances toward me, or did anything disrespectful. But it would just be him and me. |

Question: Should I not tell her? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 06:30 PM PDT After you laugh at this PLEASE help me! My husband and I were careless two weeks ago when we thought our 7 year old daughter was next door at her friends house. Kristina seen Daddy put me over his lap and give me a play spanking with my skirt raised. Kristina said nothing about this and went about her young life....til yesterday. Yesterday Kristina after misbehaving got a spanking over Daddy's lap in her underpants. Kristina wants to be like Mommy and likes to wear white nylon breifs as I do. I was in the kitchen when I heard our daughter tell Daddy that "Mommy and I both wear the same panties (same kind) but my butt is smaller so it hurts more Daddy" My husband finds this very funny that she thinks he spanks both of us! He refuses to help me out here! Should I and how would I explain this too Kristina? |

Question: Friend is venting to me about her marriage - got any advice? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 03:14 PM PDT Alright, I'm 34 years old. Back when I was about 28 or 29, I was dating this lady who lived in another city about 80 miles away. We had initially become friends online and decided to meet in person. We dated on and off for about 2 years. We got along amazingly well, but she got frustrated that I was so far away. The 80 miles was getting to us and we decided to just be friends. I was taking care of my widowed mother and elderly grandmother around that time, so just up and moving wasn't an option. She wouldn't come to the big city to visit me, so all our dates were me going to her 80 miles away every single time. After we had known each other for a while, I wanted her to come visit me just once so that we could do something here in the city. She said that she hated driving in the city. She's more of a country girl. So, I offered to pay for whatever transportation. She wouldn't do it. We ended up being just friends. She was a cosmetologist at a salon. Well, this guy was coming in regularly getting hair cuts and they eventually started dating. They ended up married. I happened to remember her number years ago and just texted her general messages at various times over the past year or two asking how she has been, how life is going, etc. She was kind of like a sister to me. We were super close, but I acknowledged her marriage and didn't say anything I shouldn't. She's unhappily married now. He's some kind of cop. She said he just sits around playing video games for hours per day (and works at night, so she's alone), leaves dirty dishes everywhere for her to always pick up after him and apparently likes her always doing stuff like he has a maid. It sounds like he's that way for everything. She said he verbally attacks her a lot and always blames her for stuff. She said she wishes she was single again because he's so difficult and argumentative. Her family will look down on her if she gets a divorce, but she's so unhappy. He just seems miserable and ungrateful from the sound of things. She said he doesn't even kiss her and they're apparently not sexually active. Just him and his video games and such. She wanted a dog and someday wants a family, and all that he wants is his video games. She texted me today asking if she could vent to me. She's in a situation where this guy is just horrible. She made some comments in the text that she "couldn't believe that I stayed single" and that "I'm the best and always know how to make her smile". Meaning that when she has felt down over the years, even after the stopped dating, I could "read" her in a way like a brother and sister. I know her personality, likes, etc. So I can cheer her up. We haven't dated or any of that. Not trying to steal his wife. But she's been venting a lot about him lately. Is it best for them to just get a divorce? She said she'd bring up those things about what he's doing, but it will just turn into an argument and he'll blame her for everything. I haven't been married yet and I'm just trying to go on my common sense and be a helpful friend. Apparently he doesn't care if she texts me (she told him way back about me and her being friends), so I'm not trying to woo her away or anything. Just hate to see her miserable in that situation. Apparently from what she said, he seems to think that everything is just peachy because he thinks he's got a maid doing everything for him and such. So that's an interesting situation and I'm not quite sure what else to say for advice. Just wondering if anyone out there with more marriage experience has any advice about this. |
Question: Do married couples go for days without having conversations? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 03:04 PM PDT Most of the time, there's nothing cool to talk about, except work, weather, and kids if they have any. |
Posted: 25 Mar 2017 02:57 PM PDT She never pays for anything it's always him |
Question: Husband won't give me a divorce, claims he will take everything? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 02:13 PM PDT My husband is obsessed with me and I am over him and dont love him anymore after he cheated last year. We have 2 kids together, house, etc. He literally smothers me with I love you's, demands for affection/intimacy, etc. He told me that if I filed, he would never sign the papers & that I would not get a dime of child support. He claims marriage is "for life" and that "since his parents have been married for a long time, he doesnt believe in divorce" and says that because I went shopping at a mall with my ex out of town, I "cheated first". I have tried to kick him out of the house, etc and he wont leave. Do I need an attorney? How can I get a divorce? Can he really do this? He says he will take all the money and everything I have if I even try to leave him. |

Question: By the time a girl is becoming a wife, has she been trained? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 12:57 PM PDT By her mother, and society, that a woman should flaunt her body (****,***,thigh gap, skinny arms, small hands, cute face) in order to trick a man into proposing? Like at what age does the woman know that she is tricking the guys into thinking she is interested in sex? |
Question: What more can i do for this guy? (details within)? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 12:21 PM PDT I've been married to this guy for a year. When we were dating he was the nicest person I've ever met. Ever since we got married, he is lazy, mean, and over-all just a dick in general. He has classes M-F so, i cook every meal for him sometimes even in the middle of the night (when one of his classes ends) i clean up after him and myself. (put his coat and shoes back in place every day after school, Serve him his food, take his plate, dishes and the rest of the housework) i do all laundry, folding, put it away. I constantly shower him with all the love and affection my heart can give. I try hard to get everything done by myself but i also have classes and sometimes need him to help. He is barely the same guy i married. all the sweet things he used to say or do are gone. He has a few chores but never does them. I can't ask him for help or he gets upset. For valentines day and our one year anniversary he didn't take me anywhere or even get me flowers. He never wants to spend time with me (watch a movie at home or cuddle or even sex.) the only way i can spend time with him is if i'm in the room he's playing video games in. But he will jump at the opportunity to hang out with his friends. Any suggestions will help. Is it just me? maybe i'm making a big deal out of nothing? What more can i do for him to make him want to spend time with me or at least help me when i ask? I really do love him. Divorce is my last resort but i'd have nowhere to go and would have to fly back across the U.S to live with my family, but i don't have the money. which i why i asked if i can make my situation a little better maybe i can get a job and save up to leave him. Even though i don't really want to have to. I am not sure which is the problem from your answers. (if i should leave or if i'm the problem in the first place.) |

Question: How will a relationship btwn two transgenders of opposite sexes work out in the long haul? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 11:57 AM PDT Ok so I'm a female and My ex left me cause he believes he's a woman and wants to totally transition and I don't really agree with that at all. He found a girl who thinks she wants to be a man and so basically they have the same core value in that regard. Frankly I don't see where such a relationship is even going. No offence to the lgbt people but honestly, where do you think it will take them? My mom thinks they're too self centered to even have a true real bond. They're prob just gonna shallowly use one another until they get bored or whatever. |
Question: Why is being a housewife considered so bad? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 11:19 AM PDT I was a stay at home mom. Now my aged father lives with us and I take care of him. My husband supports me. I cook, clean, mend, repair, run all the errands. If I did this for pay, it would be a career. But I do it for love and my husband supports me because of love, so I am stigmatized. Why is being a housewife considered shameful? I am not draining the taxpayer. I am not hurting anybody. Yet I am always afraid of that question, "What do you do for a living?" When did it become a crime to be a housewife? |
Posted: 25 Mar 2017 10:58 AM PDT So how do you know if the divorced person you are dating is that way because they cheat and don't take marriage seriously? What kind of reasoning will they give for their past? It is not like they are going to come out and admit that they have not yet learned from their past cheating mistakes and are prone to do it again, so how do they cover that up when explaining? |
Question: 9 weeks to the wedding and I have met another man? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 09:42 AM PDT Love my fiance to bits but I have fallen for a trainer at my gym! It was like a wave came over me when he first looked at me and came over to introduce himself He shook my hand and I swear I went weak at the knees from his touch. It's developed into conversation touching and joking over three weeks I am full of lust for him he is drop dead georgeous The wedding plans have caused tension between my fiancé and I. Now I am having doubts if I am marrying the right guy One signal from me to the trainer and we would be having sex I can tell he wants me I am so confused I can't stop thinking about him day and night Shall I call it off? It would destroy my fiancé and I don't want that |

Question: Is my girlfriend a hypocrite? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 08:32 AM PDT My girlfriend gets angry and does not want me talking to my ex wife (even though my ex wife is happily remarried and lives in another country). My ex wife and I chat occasionally on Facebook mainly about people we went to school with years ago (one whom was on the news) and a political argument someone got into on Facebook. We dont talk regularly or discuss anything inappropriate. Ive even given her new husband compliments. My gf has a big problems with this even though her ex husband and her share children and her ex husband hangs out at her place while she is there and also are friendly and chat about things that have nothing to do with their kids. Ive never made this an issue but I feel she is being unfair and hypocritical. She also has a single male friend I have never met whom she has stayed at his place while traveling. She also has initiated friendly chat with men on Facebook I have never met. Is she being a hypocrite? |
Question: How can I calm my wife down ? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 07:47 AM PDT My wife has to get a blood test done she hates doing that. She's been scared of needles since she was a kid. She's even more scared now. She's really scared of sharp stuff like knives , needles stuff like that she's really afraid since she started watching Charles Manson movies where they use the knives to kill people now every time she goes to the hospital or doctor she gets nervous because she thinks there's gonna be needles. I tried singing to her but she got mad at me. She thinks the doctors are gonna kill her with needles. She has nightmares about it. How can I calm her down ? |
Question: My husband will not have sex with me and has these excuses, what can I do? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 06:30 AM PDT I ask him here and there either days in a row or I give it time up to a week. He won't have sex with me during the day, he says he's used to only having sex at night in past relationships. As in when we are in bed to go to sleep and I'm dead tired. And because in the last year and a half I had dryness (I'm 32, not sure if due to age or my birth control pills) and I had tearing/bleeding during sex. I got checked out and everything, was only dryness. So because I have dryness and he doesn't like having to use lubricant and because at least a few times when he wanted sex I had to pee really quick (I can understand that's not sexy but I had to go or else it would be painful with a full bladder) he finds these interruptions enough that we can't have sex anymore. He's fine with us only having sex 4 times in the last 7 months. Seriously. I don't mind it at night but it can only be at night. I can't help that I'm dry. I stopped using birth control pills too so we'd have to use confoms (only one month since stopping). And I don't know. I just don't see us ever having sex again. I don't know what to do. It was fine in the beginning. We've only been together for TWO years. |

Question: Should a married couple have to work on sexual chemistry.? Posted: 25 Mar 2017 05:28 AM PDT I wanted to know should it just come naturally between the two of them, or should they just be in sync with each other after years. Couple had been married 4-5 years. Everything else outside the bedroom is great. So my question is, is there times the sex just might not be good at times. Should it be excellent everytime.. And Is that something you can even work on. |
