After a 4-year relationship, my girlfriend and I broke up. It was about a month ago. It wasn't abrupt: several months before the split we started having arguments, and a couple of months before it we were on and off in the relationship. To me it went from feeling like I needed to break up to believing it was just a phase and wanting it to work out. But we broke up. A few days later we well trying to talk it out and all was wonderful, I was more than ready to give it a try. For some reason, I thought we were back but my ex was thinking we were over and ok, making out and having sex only as friends. When I found out I was as confused, and hurt and angry. And well we are both living together, I can't move because I don't have any friends (we moved to another state) and I don't have any money to leave. I've been struggling, feeling really depressed, having sleepless nights, crying day and night, feeling awful, she seems ok, started dating people a few weeks ago and today told me she would bring her date to the apartment. I feel so sick, I don't understand if I'm wrong, but shouldn't she wait a little time? Isn't that common sense? Especially if you loved someone? Everything feels so wrong and I just feel hurt and resentful

My first kiss with with a boy, let's call him k. K was only 15 and he is now dead, he was shot in the head last nght. I'm also 15 as well. He didn't necessarily mean a lot to me however I was in tears and deeply disturbed by his death. He was a great person to be around and he was so sweet and it's just so unfortunate that he left the way he did. What would be a good way to remember him or always have good memory of him? We weren't really close because we stopped being friends over a silly argument that I of course regret but he'll always have a special little place in my heart.

Dating for a year. I m 36 and he s 51. We re intimate. He comes over to my home EVERY night but I ve never been to his. He says the lady is just a friend who lives with him but no intimacy with her. I graduated high school this past year. I marched with my best friend at graduation. We've been friends for 6 years and now I am moved out, getting older with a changing worldview. He went to college for a while, whereas I didn't go for long. I've noticed a rift between us recently and am considering spending less time with him. It's all a little more complicated but that's all I've got space for Is it normal for two friends (even very close best friends) in high school to part after high school It's all got me worried because I have a very hard time making friends. He is a very social person and I am not, so he kind of helps me make friends but recently he's put other people over me even though I've known him since middle school. Other things are more important to him now I feel than I was in years before. It's all got me confused and kind of scared honestly.

My manager and I were both working late last night and started talking about random things, and one of them was about how I missed my bed and he randomly said you miss your bed cause your boyfriends in it waiting for you something like that and I was just like, yep sarcastically. I sometimes get this vibe that he could be into me beacuse throughout the day he just constantly talks like non-stop and it's like ugh shut up because sometimes I get so annoyed with costumers/coworkers and I just don't say anything unless I have to so yeah Im pretty sure he's not into me

I've been separated for 3 years and share custody of my kids. I moved out and got my own place 2 years ago. After getting tired of being alone. I dated. I've been dating a man for a year. he is 15 yrs older than me . told me that a woman lived with him that hes known for awhile. He jas kids from two prior marriages but none with her. He said they wasn't intimate and I was his everything. So, to be honest I just knew our courtdhip would end soon. Lately hes been wanting to see me everyday and either we're at my place or out. He gave me money, buy me gifts, told me that he loved me and I didn't believe him. The problem is he is going on a trip with the woman who is living with him. I told him that I couldn't see him anymore. I know he has kids in NY but i think their rekindling their relationship and if he loves her then why is he seeing me. I told him to leave me alone and now he says he isn't going on the trip. He is blowing up my phone. I just don't know what to do because I have feelings for him.

I just did that. I had to take my sister to her friends house so since I did not go in anyplace I drove barefoot and did not being my shoes.

Dad and step-mother---------My older step-sister is an alcoholic. She comes around about once a month and is drunk 2/3 of the time. Otherwise my Dad, step-Mom, and two siblings are very normal and happy people. They aren't as mushy as my Mom's side of the family. Mom and step-father-----My mother and step-father were close until their kids became teens and now they have had problems. My half-brother has been arrested twice for misdemeanors. He has also hit my mother, called her the C word, and once pulled a knife on her. My half-sister was arrested for assaulting my step-father by throwing a rock at him. She then called police saying he'd hit her and police took her in for false police report. She was 15 at the time. My mother moved out for 3 months because she couldn't take the fighting. My half-brother has now been arrested on a felony drug charge and entered rehab as a diversion program from jail. My Mom's brother is an alcoholic though not as severe as my step-sister. SO TELL ME WHICH ONE HAS THE DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY. I want to make sure I have the right to be mad that my Mom accused my Dad and step-mother of being the dysfunctional family. She has always hated my Dad and they don't speak but she loves to say this. As a 10 year old I didn't know better then to tell my Mom about my step-sister.

Everybody where I live seems to try to be cool and have an inflated sense of self worth, They aren't attractive but they still carry the same consistency about them. They have thousands of friends, they go clubbing party and try to maintain a sense of coolness. I don't have any friends, I am my own individual self, and I get laughed at and looked down on by them. They don't like me because I am different than they are. People tells me to go to church and meet a girl but I get this even in churches? There is literally no right at home, down to earth woman where I live. Guys I think are the same way

My family went to my work. Unfortunately, my 5'2" wife is shorter than my 5'4" daughter. It doesn't help that she's Asian and can pass for 20 when she's really 41. So my boss overheard my wife scolding my daughter for being silly. I ignored it at first because I do have a 10 year old son. Unfortunately, he kept reiterating about my three kids. It dawned on me then that the bossy one is my wife. Should I correct him? It's rather funny but should I just let it go?

As much as it hurts my soul, I'm affraid I'm going to do this. I've been deeply in love with him ever since I was little girl ( I was 12 then and now I'm a 24 YO gal) and he's I believe 33 YO I've never had a boyfriend and I'm still a virgin because I'm obsessed with this guy, even though I was pretty popular in highschool because I was like the clown of the class so I made a lot of female friends. Now that I'm ready for it, I just recently heard that the guy who's supposed to be my boyfriend is married and have children, this hurts my soul because I was hoping he never knock her up because I STILL want to be the mother of his children. So I asked my female friends and they keep telling not to do it. From the moment I saw him, in my head there's only him, no one else, and it hurts to think that he'll never be mine. I don't know if I will ever fall in love again because it seems that I will never get this guy off my mind. :( Everybody taught me to not let anyone to get in my way, and this isn't going to be the exception. im in highschool ( boy ). and this teacher is like 38 and I see her as my mom figure but she felt really stressed that i was dependent on her and relied so much on her for emotional support and she didnt know how to support me like I needed so she told the dean who was the temporary principal this year. And he deemed it inappropriate and he created boundaries and restrictions and she hasnt been the same to me this year like the last year. I gave her the letter asking her if she could be my mom figure today. And she was like heres the problem and underlined mom figure. And she was meaning the mom figure part was the issue. And she said she understands and feels for me and stuff. But She said she cant and i asked why and she said it feels like a constant roller coaster (because we had this conversation quite a bit of times but im still confused) and she looked like she was so stressed she was about to explode look. And she said she just cant and she isnt trained in counseling and grief and stuff. And she said sorry and all that stuff... How can she just turn her back on me like that and can anyone explain this to me. It would mean the world truly. And if there is any hope having her as a mom figure again. im in 11th grade now, i had her for 3 years. She was my mother figure last year and we were close.

I met this guy a year ago --- I never believed in that whole "Love at first sight" until I met him. I just fell in love he said he feels the same. We stopped talking over dumb stuff then he got back in touch with me.. we went on several dates and he mentioned he was still moving back to Colorado once his next deployment was over in Nov 2017. I called off seeing him etc because my heart is already breaking knowing he's leaving me after he claims he wants to make me his wife someday. He pops back into my life and expects me to drop everything and move with him because he says he isn't strong enough to be away from his old life in Colorado. We both decided long distance won't work but I love him so much and I've been on dates with other great men but I always think of josh... I just feel like I'll never get over him or find love again. I sound pathetic I know..... please I need some advice

Im some what very forgiven for some reason if someone did me wrong i cant stay mad idk why When i was younger something happened between me and my older cousin i would have been scared and mad at him but im not i just accepted it believed what done is done. But it was forced it out of me. Now it awkward we just avoid each other. And another incidence i live with my grandmother and shes a alcoholic. On time she sent me to the store to buy lundry detergent ant but it in the kitchen closet on the floot where anybody can see it. so i went up stairs an hour later she called me asking for the lundry soap i told her where it was and she said she doesn't see it so i got annoyed so i went to the kitchen closet to show her then when i turn around she punched me in the nose. Than on instinct i tried more to restrain her than fight she use on of her wine glass and smashed it on my knee and use one of the shard and press it against my neck she did this the second time with a knife. I told my cousin this be cause she asked about the bruses and cuts told me that was abuse i shouldve called the cop. But i personally didnt think it was abuse and i deserves it for giving an attitude she said "im too forgiven for my own good if and someone did me wrong i would still love them" so is something wrong with me to act this way

First off im dating a married woman, she is so smazing most of the time, her husband has been away at a school for about 6 months, and she had decided she needs to move on from him, a very selfish guy, doesn't seem to care about her and all. i work on her car, and thats how we met, started just gonna be fwbs, and i was okay with that, but we fell in love, she told me one day that there was something she wanted to tell me, she told me thst she loved me, and i said the same, and i ment it, and i still do, that was several months ago. She tells me all the time how amazing i am and how much. She loves me and wants to be with me, and i feel the same way. I am deeply inlove with her, ive never felt this strongly about someone, but this weekend she is going down to her husbands graduation, and she has been very bitchy, it is almost that monthly time, but still worries the **** out of me, I Tuesday and Wednesday night with her and had great sex like we normally do, she has been telling me she loves me every day, she has told most of her family about us, her friends and some coworkers, she is planning on divorcing her husband. But she going down to the graduation she she has just been weird, and i feel my stomach in knots, her acting like this has happened before, at the same time of the month, but it just scares me. I dont want to loose her

Well, I've been dating this man for two years. He says that his lady friend lives with him and their not intimate. Ok, yes I believed him because he is always at my place, we go out everywhere...and .hell I have needs. I didn't think I was going to fall for him but I did. We have so much in common. He talks about marriage with me, comes over my place and now he is talking about going to Georgia and guess who is going with him. His so called ex is. I basically told him that I couldn't deal with this type of relationship what the hell he wants to rekindle with her or something. Their in their 50s and he has family out their and im in my late 30s. So now he act like he isn't goin to GA and says it's because of me. I hate to be cruel but if he goes...I'm changing my phone and cutting all ties with him. I feel that sexual relationship is between two people. And if he love me like he says he does then he would not hurt me.
