Question: How do I get support? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 07:45 PM PST My husband adopted a little girl out of foster care on his own. I married him 2 years ago. My daughter is now 12 and I have taken on the role of "mom", but both my husband and my daughter consider me mom until it's inconvenient for them. for example: my daughter's one chore is do dishes. She didn't do the dishes for 3 days, and I left them in the sink. I told her that she needed to do the dishes before she left with her dad on their weekend trip and he got really upset with me. Then he got upset with me when I told him that I wasn't going to do the dishes and she could do them on Sunday when she got back. That I would rinse them off. She doesn't listen to me and she's not nice to me at all. I get it though...I came into HER family and she sees me as a threat. But now I don't even know if our family can survive if I'm not getting support at all and expected to do everything. |

Question: Why is my daughter making me choose? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 07:29 PM PST I was divorce 2 years ago and I am now in a very happy relationship. she does not like my boyfriend and the fact that we're pregnant. She throws fits everyday and screams for hours! I'm worried all the stress she is causing me is bad for my baby. I've taken everything away except for bare essentials. That didn't work. My boyfriend slapped her last night after she called me a slut and a c*nt. She overreacted and ran out of the house screaming. She's ruining my life. I was finally happy and she's out to destroy my happiness. Why is she making me choose? I know this sounds bad, but if it comes to it I'll probably choose my boyfriend, since my baby will need it's father. should I send her to military school to straighten her out? please help! |

Question: 6 Common Things That Make Women Want To Cheat? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 06:28 PM PST 6. Emotional Connection - Lost the emotional spark. 5. Feel Wanted - Most women crave the feel to be wanted. We will often see women complaining about their hubbies forgetting their birthdays and anniversaries and how they don't surprise them anymore. 4. Appreciated - They want to hear how good they look, what a great dish they cooked and how amazing life is with them in it. So when she meet somebody who appreciates her, she feels loved again and gets tempted to cheat. 3. Physical Satisfaction- Women want that foreplay, the teasing and the lust to become fully satisfied. If her desires are not met then it is likely she will look for alternatives outside her marriage. 2. Thrill - Women will seek thrills in other ways. Nobody likes the same old boring routine of going to work, taking care of the family and then repeating it again every day. 1. Trust issue - If you happen to break their trust once, then they become skeptical of everything. As a result, they will try to take revenge on the husband or partner by doing the same thing they did to her; cheat. What are your 6 common things that make women want to cheat? |

Question: What reasons might mothers have for not letting their children see their fathers? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 05:54 PM PST Just curious as my mother didn't let me for a while because of a thing called Parental Alienation Syndrome that she had and gave us. My friend couldn't because his mother was afraid he would start abusing alcohol like his father. So I am curious what kinds of reasons they usually have and is it right or is it abuse? Also since my mother gave me Parental Alienation Syndrome could I give it to my kids if I had kids even though I am a guy? I am 22 now but still single with no kids. I was 14 when I started seeing my Dad regularly again after my mother died. |

Question: Is my wife possibly cheating? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 04:47 PM PST So my wife and I has been together for over ten years. Some things has happened that has caused me to become a little suspicious of her actions. I could be overthinking things, but my gut is saying different. We have 3 kids, and we had split up for about to two years because she couldn't do things anymore because of me. It's not been 4 years since. One thing caught my attention last night big time. She recently decided to start working out, I was fine with that, but the whole day she did not eat healthy at all. Then she goes to work out at 9:30 at night, I go to bed because I work early early!! She comes home, her breath smells like cigarettes, and wants to have sex. Of course she was freshly showered, and we had sex. Then on top of it all she eats chocolate after we're done!!! Am I overthinking this???? |
Posted: 04 Mar 2016 04:06 PM PST My husband and I have had a rough, on and off marriage for over many years. We own a home together. He's been in and out of my house on the basis that I can't "kick him out of a house that he owns." He always seeks refuge here when he has a failed relationship and has no place to go. The police won't kick him out. He's already on child support since the last separation and does not contribute to the mortgage/home expenses now that he's made his way back into the home. He and I are in complete agreement of divorce. He is not in complete agreement of having to leave. I am filing regardless because we absolutely do not get along. I've held off on divorce out of fear of losing the house and have been okay with him atleast being moved out. Now that he's back, I want him out permanently. We have 2 kids. I run a home daycare out of the home. I've read something that states that some spouses are sometimes able to remain in the home until the kids become 18. Is this usual and maybe something that I can ask the judge for? I run my business here and if I lose the house, well, I'll be in a bad position as this is my livelihood. Also, what is the chance that the judge doesn't require him to move out at all? |

Posted: 04 Mar 2016 12:40 PM PST Has anyone ever done one of those "Do it Yourself Divorce" when you do it online? I've found a few websites to let me do it, but they all say they're the best. Thank you. |
Question: Do couples have sleepovers? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 12:14 PM PST My wife and I have made friends with this couple that she works with. They are cool people, but today, they invited us over to their house to hangout and play cards, and asked if we wanted to stay the night? Should I think thats weird? They don't live that far away where we wouldn't go home. My wife is skeptical and thinks they are swingers. Im not sure about it. Any thoughts? |
Question: How can I ask my husband to get a sex toy? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 12:13 PM PST Our sex life hasn t been great the past several years (for many different reasons). One reason is that we ve both had health problems and we are both bigger people. That makes having actual intercourse difficult. I think a toy would help, but he s very sensitive about his masculinity and I don t know how to bring it up without hurting his feelings, especially since I m the one who usually turns down sex. |

Posted: 04 Mar 2016 11:11 AM PST I'm a 46 year old woman. My husband died about a year ago from a heart attack. We always loved each other and he was the love of my life. Even though my husband died I still have sexual desires. I feel guilty about it, but I do. I feel weird admitting this, but right now I don't feel ready for an emotional partner, but i do want sex. I started having a sexual relationship with a much younger guy (23). I feel really guilty, but I love the sex. He can make me orgasm a lot. He has a really sexy body. I feel so flattered that he's as sexually attracted to me as he is. Whenever I walk in naked or in lingerie he gets a huge errection. However, I feel guilty. I may enjoy sex with him, but I only love my husband. Part of me feels like i'm betraying him. However, I keep going back because (to be honest) the sex with the kid is really great. That's another thing. I'm having sex with a kid. I know he's legal age and everything, but he's young enough to be my son. I have two kids. Both of them are out of those house, but if they found out what i do I would be so embarrassed and they may be very hurt. Am I betraying my husband by doing this? Is it dumb for me to do this with such a younger guy? What do I do if my kids find out? My questions are 1. Am I betraying my husband's memory by doing this? Why or why not? 2. Is it bad that i'm doing this with someone so much younger? Why or why not? 3. How can I make sure my kids don't find out/what do i do if they do find out? |
Posted: 04 Mar 2016 11:05 AM PST This is a dead serious question. Everyone says that divorce is this awful and painful process to go through, so...why do people choose to do it? Or even if they're divorcing because their partner is cheating, why don't they just cheat too? If there's abuse then that'd be an obvious reason why, but I'm talking about just average situations. Or even if there's financial reasons. If one partner is cheating, you could tell them off, then they feel guilty and will help you do whatever you want to do, like separating all of your finances from theirs...and then you could cheat on them back. Why can't that work instead of divorce? If there's kids you could just keep everything private.... This is serious like I said. I honestly want to know why. |
Question: What do I do now about her son? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 10:39 AM PST Earlier in Feb my wife and I had a discussion about going to get something to eat. I was totally fine paying for she and I to eat but she expected me to pay for her 19 year old son as well. As many of you know he flunked out of a four year college in his freshman year because he got into partying and not studying. He's now back home with us and mooching off us, his girlfriend, her parents, and even his own grandparents. Well, I have been telling him that he needs to find a job. He's now taking a graphic design class thinking that once he's finished in a few months with his certificate he'll land the job of the century making a ton of money. I told him that he had until the end of the month, which was still weeks away, to find a job and start supporting himself. Within a mile of our house are probably 7 or 8 fast food places, 2 grocery stores, several auto parts stores and a few gas stations. I told him that he needed to apply to each of them by the end of the month. Today being March 4th I asked him did he apply because he still hasn't found a job. He said no because he was waiting to get a job as a sales person in graphic design. That class isn't over until Aug or so. I've already told his mom I wasn't going to keep supporting a 20 year old who obviously doesn't want to work. There's nothing wrong with flipping a burger, stocking a shelf, or sweeping a parking lot until something better comes along. And at 20 years old without a college degree your options are somewhat limited as to what you are able to do. My wife feels that we should just give him more time and I've already given him months. What do I do now because I have no problem taking my wife out to eat but when we leave the restaurant she expects me to stop and get him something to eat. I told her there's nothing wrong with him making a bologna sandwich and drinking a soda at home. What should I do now? Anytime I give him a timeline or deadline date his mom over rules me and lets him slide. |

Question: Husband gets angry when i go through his phone? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 10:23 AM PST My husband has had a serious porn problem during our engagement and swore he stopped. I found it on his phone again a few months into our marriage. He told me if I gave him another chance I could go through his phone any time I want and he would get help. He has done neither. He gets beyond angry when I look at his phone, and I mean ANGRY. He will break my stuff and throw things and yell at me. There's holes in every door of our house. I have begged him to tell me what he's hiding and he swears it's nothing but obviously it is. How can I find or get him to admit he's hiding something? He also doesn't ever want to make love with me and when we do he won't kiss me and there's no passion |

Question: Am I overthinking texting with my husband? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 08:24 AM PST I like to sometimes talk to my husband when I'm at work/school and he's at home. It makes my day to hear from him. I am one to send smiley faces in texts (not all) to express my emotion and show I am happy, my husband was one to do that in the beginning of our relationship, but not so much now. He does reply to me when I ask him questions or whatever, but it's always a simple response and with no smiley faces I feel like he is maybe in a bad mood or sad/upset. Am I overthinking this whole thing? I feel like I depend on him for my happiness and I don't want to anymore, just don't know how to. He also said sometimes it's hard to text because he's usually watching his shows and to keep pausing it to text would be interfering or not pausing it to text he could miss points in the show. I don't need conversation with him, just little things like I love you or miss you would be nice. I just want to know if I am looking way too into this or not. Serious answers only please. |
Question: Wife is deleting texts from her best friend, who I don't like? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 08:20 AM PST My wife's friend and I don't get along. She's been blowing up my wife's phone while she's at work, (discovered this when my wife called in sick and didn't mention it to anyone) and lately she's been calling and texting her after work right when she usually gets home. This morning, I went to use my wife's phone to look up an address we'd searched on her phone, and noticed her texts were open from her. In the CLEAR ALL menu, it showed they were talking this morning, an hour before my alarm goes off. Curious, I clicked on the conversation, but the messages were gone. I don't know what to think, or if I should confront her because I kinda WAS snooping. What should I do and/or say? |

You sprained your ankle and he kicks you out your car for some dumb reason forgetting u can t walk so u limp all the way to the doctors office.... Now answer because he is upset I won t stay home with him snd honestly I don t even love him anymore |

Question: Could a 53 years old woman marry a 19 years old man? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 04:45 AM PST |
Question: Don't want to divorce my cheating husband? HELP?!? Posted: 04 Mar 2016 04:32 AM PST My husband and I have been married for a long time now, almost 4 years. ( It feels like a long time.) He's been cheating on me since the beginning of our relationship and I wish I would've walked away the first time but my pride was more important. I wanted to be a wife all of my life and my husband paid for everything and I just wanted to be married. Well, he didn't come home last night and I know that means he was cheating or getting drunk. My mother wants me to divorce him just so that she can rub it in my face and tell me I told you so. She's jealous of my relationship!!! Always has!!! He really is a GREAT GUY!!! He takes care of our son and I no matter what it is. He even helped me pay for college! I really do love him with all of my heart but his cheating and lying ways are separating us! God doesn't like divorce (I read that in the bible last night) and I don't want one! What should I DO?!!! |
Posted: 04 Mar 2016 03:53 AM PST This seems to be a really common pre divorce story, but why do people do this? |
Posted: 04 Mar 2016 02:27 AM PST the husbands and wifes finances are separate and they each contribute equally but the husband is has a great deal of wealth which has passed down for many generations into his care for future generations only the debts were incurred from what i see as a lack of education and work ethic, bad financial deciaions, and high living. they were never riched but inherited some money when they were younger and now its all gone pretty much. my family is rich..and has been for 20+ generations, but that is because we have consistently made choices to keep it that way, unlike her parents my wife and i habe been married for 3 years, but were only married in a religous ceremony. she has very little money and a lot og credit card debt so i would only do it that way, and it would have been morganatic anyway. I alrready have children from 2 prior marriages. i wont even pay off her debt bc those debts are from serious mistakes and horribl eoving when she wa sounger and i wont support that. She is trying to guilt trip me and complains about how sad she is all the time bc of the situation her parents are in. they have had to move to a rental house in a crummy but safe neighborhood that is pretty rindown by my standards. they used to live better but were living beyond their means. Im thinking of making my wife leave. She seems to be very self entitled and her parents are as well. none of thm have any real acomplishments but feel they deserve the best of everything. I inherited wealth like they did but instead of sqandering it, it is now 5 times more valubale than it was...so even if I have 5 children I can still give them the same opportunities I was given |
Posted: 04 Mar 2016 12:36 AM PST Ive only asked for it in case of an emergency because we have two children together. Is there any way i can find out his cell number using his basic info. I need to contact him right away and i have no other way to do so. |
Posted: 04 Mar 2016 12:36 AM PST Hi I am in Indian guy and she is Romanian woman. We love each other since long time. But unfortunately her parents there forcefully married her to a Romanian guy. She is very weak to fight with them and that guy also married forcefully to her taking advantage of her parents. So no way he is going to give divorce to her and her family also will blackmail her emotionally. They keep strict eyes on her and she can't even talk to me properly. So I am thinking if she will just run to me first here in India on tourist visa and then we later plan to go back in Romania together for getting this divorce done and after that only we will think about our marriage. But my complicated question is if in the meanwhile if her family or that man file some police case or something and even if she will say that she came to me by her own will then will it put me or her into some serious trouble? can they sue us for this? Things are really tough for us. Please anyone can give serious advice ? will be really helpful. Also if any other alternate advice or solution you can give, would be really appreciable. Thanks |

Question: Should I accept my fiance? Posted: 03 Mar 2016 11:32 PM PST We've known each other since we were kids we were neighbors growing up. We've always been close and in addition with getting married we're expecting. It's been going well but then something weird happened I noticed some of my clothes and jewelry were missing. I knew something was wrong and then I heard from a friend that he was going to a motel with a woman. I went there confronted him and I found him being treated like a dog. He was also acting like a butler I guess. The worst part the woman was wearing my clothes and jewelry and she kind of looked like me. I went to my sister for advice and she tells me it's no big deal. That I should explore this with him. I mean he wants to be my pet slave or something he says he wants to take care of the house and cook for me when I'm at work. He says he wants me to be both is wife and mistress. Is there something wrong with him or me? I mean I was raised to believe a wife should honor and obey her husband not treat him like a dog. I love him and I don't see this as a big deal should it be a problem? I mean I don't know if a wife should be the one wearing the pants. Now I find he wants to do all these things that should be my job as the wife. If I've been wrong what's the traditional role of a husband and wife? Thank you Romeo I will not give up on my fiance I'll do my part as the woman he loves. It's the least I can do for him. |
Question: Am I obligated to go to this wedding? Posted: 03 Mar 2016 10:39 PM PST The groom is my husband's cousin and he's marrying an assistant school principal. I sprained my ankle, it's in a cast and I won't be able to remove the cast for the wedding. It's still pretty painful. Besides all this, I've only met the groom a couple times. His son raped and murdered his fiance's 2-year-old daughter and is serving life. The groom has not held a steady job and was supported by his now deceased wife (she was only 54) for most of their marriage. My husband is making me feel guilty if I don't go. |
Question: My wife is too close to his parents and abusive with my parents.? Posted: 03 Mar 2016 10:21 PM PST hi all I have 2 kids staying with my house wife and parents. I work in a different city and usually come on weekends to give quality time to my family. however its been a month that we had some internal quarrel due to involvement of my sister and the dust is not settling at all. My wife is educated lady but still she is feeding all wrong things to her parents over phone. A single word from my mother is taken as dispute and she escalates it to her parents over phone. Mother was unwell for a month and sisters came to see her. My wife reacted strongly to welcome them , as a result one of sister retaliated with strong words to my wife . the drama was ongoing for long and I had to slap my wife to stop her being abusive to family. things were normal for a day until wife called her parents and they also abused us for being violent . they were right to any extent but they were not ready to listen our view point . Its almost three weeks but wife is still so angry that she has started to ask for ransom of money to be separate. this is indeed moving out of control as she has stopped talking to me . Some of the mediators tried to settle the dispute but again , these are two different poles . Don t know how to handle this . I don t want my family to be destroyed. My wife is not supporting atall .As she is under impression that her parents will take care of her and kids . please advice how should I convince her to be normal again. My wife is too close to her parents and abusive with my parents.? |

Question: Why is he ignoring me? Posted: 03 Mar 2016 07:21 PM PST I met this guy in class 6 months back. I am married and to my knowledge he is single. About midway into the semester I became separated from my husband and when that happened I noticed this guy starting to flirt with me, stare at me, blush when I would talk to him and in return I of course flirted back. He was very friendly and had eventually told me about some events on campus of which I'm sure he wanted me to attend. I did not attend those events and then about a month ago, I get a mysterious email that he posted in last semesters course about another event. I began to think he "accidently" sent this to the past semester instead of the current semester in hopes I would respond? I didn't of course as I worked things out with my husband and therefore did not want to lead things on with this guy. However, I really liked him in a friendly way so when I contacted him through an exercise app, he ignored me and took his last name off his username so perhaps I could not search him? I'm really confused on what happened? Is he pissed or perhaps not wanting to get close to me as a friend because it already had gone past the platonic phase when I was separated from my husband. |
Question: What should I do with a Cheating Wife situation with young kids.? Posted: 03 Mar 2016 06:21 PM PST So I caught my wife cheating recently and it spiraled into a nightmare. My wife tried to abduct our two kids 4 and 6 a few years ago. The courts ordered her to return the kids and she returned too in order to work on the marriage. That was 2 years ago. This weekend a friend called my on a Saturday evening to let me know they saw my wife out on a date with a strange man. Well I was very upset and let her know not to bother coming home. In stead she got very drunk came home and called the police since I locked the doors. The police had me leave with the kids for the night because she was intoxicated. I came back the next day to where she slammed the door on my hand and called the police to say I kicked her. The police came and arrested me and I went to jail, I was barred from the house, and didn't see my children for 4 weeks. My wife then accused me of child abuse and abuse on her and filed a restraining order. I'm still going through a long and expensive process but my kids, wife and myself were evaluated by child custody officials and it was determined there is no abuse so I'm now able to at least see my kids. I'm so distraught that I caught my wife with another man. We have been together for 14 years and married for almost 9. We've been through all the counseling and I knew she wasn't happy but never thought she would cheat. She has always said she could have a rich guy and wants a rich life. We still have a solid life, income (~$500K per yr). What to do? |
