Question: ~~Need Wedding HONEYMOON advice! Don't know where will be best, I never vacation! ~~? Posted: 19 Mar 2016 04:22 PM PDT Hello everyone, Fiancé and I will be married in January 2017. We have never been on vacations other than visiting family and friends. We've heard Sandals is great for romance. We are looking to stay closer to $2000, nothing higher than $3,000 (as we need to pay for everything ourselves.) Any recommendations? As detailed as possible please. Where, why, and what can you do for the money Thank you!! |
Question: Is it too early to give an engagement ring? Posted: 19 Mar 2016 12:23 PM PDT My girlfriend and i have been know each other for six years. We in relationship for two years now, we love each other a lot and i thought about giving her engagement ring. We are over age 25. So my question is, it is too early to give her engagement ring or wait until we be in relationship like for five year then give engagement ring? |
Posted: 19 Mar 2016 11:25 AM PDT As the sibling of my sister who is doing this I fear this will make me look bad. The reason is my sister is obedient to our mother and my mother doesn't want her sister there due to a fight they have had over the house of their mother who died last January (2015). |
Question: Should the groom and groomsmen match? Posted: 19 Mar 2016 08:46 AM PDT Most of the weddings I've attended, the groom and groomsmen all match down to the last detail. Since the bridesmaids don't match the bride, can the groom not match his groomsmen? For example, the groom wears a 2 button navy suit, but the groomsmen all wear charcoal slacks, white shirts and a tie. Is that alright for a wedding? The way I see it, the groom should stand out like the bride, since it's his day too. |
Question: Wedding registry dilemma? Posted: 19 Mar 2016 06:45 AM PDT Good friends are getting married and for the honey moon taking a cruise, and the excursions etc are the registry requests. The cheapest thing on the registry is $275 which is just cant spent. My budget is $100 since its a destination wedding my funds are tight. Should I just given them $100 cash to spend or is that tacky? The highest ticket price is $1100 I don't know who they think their friends are. Most of us are nurses, teachers, and still in school lol. |
