He has discovered my phone number and tried contacting me there, but i declined it. And this ex-friend attacked my other friend on a online game with his friends and even repetitively spammed my friend for no good reason. Can i call a cyberbullying police on this guy? Even though he's trying to apologize to me, he's secretly trying to harass me, he usually does since he's not a good friend, and his friends won't leave me or my friend alone. I don't want to be really popular, I just want friends. I am a bit overweight and I sexually developed late. I had huge social anxiety during elementary school, so I holed myself away and got overweight and scrawny. I broke out of my social anxiety but I am still overweight and not on track. But I am changing that. I am trying to lose a lot of pounds and trying to use social media more. I am also taking care of myself. But no one seems to really care. They all have their groups and friends that I fit in with none. I had done some "controversial" things at my school to get noticed, but I feel as people don't care about what I did. Well, I feel that it added an "alias" to me. I can't make comebacks to roasts, I'm awful at sports, etc. Are these all factors? Today, our band director told us the he assigned bus seats by our rooming list. Apparently, some stupid sophomore girls who think they're better and above everyone else were crossing names off on the sign up list so they could sit there, so our band director got mad and assigned seats. This is the juniors' and seniors' last band trip that we're paying $700 to go on, and he's gonna tell us that now we can't sit by our friends on our last trip together because some 15 year olds couldn't figure out that they had to play by the rules too? Now everyone is split up, and we want to approach our band director about it, but they're both unreasonable. What should we do? |

So, a bit of background info: she was my best mate for 5 years (we are 14 now) and recently she has accused me of bullying her for months. It is very clear she is doing this for attention as I know her well and I know how she works. Not only this, she has gotten our very strict school involved and everyone's parents. She drove to our house with her mother and father and then turned my parents against me after accusing me of excluding her from our group and making up rumors about her. Pathetic, right? Anyway, needless to say, I didn't do any of this. Post the event, she went around the school sucking up to people and telling them a fake twisted attention seeking story that resulted in me becoming the attacker and her the vulnerable victim. After this, I found out all of the things she has been saying behind my back FOR YEARS. These include, "so unpretty, why does everyone think she's so beautiful", "so f*cking annoying", "rude *****" and so on. Just your normal bitchy comments, but it hurt because I have never spoken a bad word against her. So, a few weeks into her story people started to see through her accusations and started to realize that I was in fact right, and not the terrible person that I was painted to be. Most people won't speak to her now but many are still on her side, and this includes every single teacher.. What can I do to publicly humiliate her/ get revenge? Thanks xxxx |

Yesterday in class we were playing a game to review for the midterm and we were supposed to get into teams of two or three so this girl asked me to join her aand another girls group so I joined them. I talked to the one girl and we would talk but we didn't really look each other in the eye while we were talking we occasionally glanced at each other. She was smiling every time I looked at her. After we stopped talking we caught each others eyes and just looked into eyes for a a few seconds idk exactly how long. This happened about 3 or 5 times during the time I was sitting next to her. We were sitting side by side. The third girl didn't seem to notice anything or say anything about it. Ive been think about it a lot. We return to class march 28. |

And my friend has an older brother hes a year older then me. Then my friend and i went in the pool for a while when we where done, we went inside and took turns to shower, so i was waiting for her to finish showering In the living room, when her brother passed by he touched my butt. I turned around and slapped him, i didnt know what to do. But then he said to chill couse it was just an accident. Then i forgot about it. Later on the day i decided to stay for dinner. She had already made him 3 loans and he had not paid any of those 3 loans back. She wanted to know if she should make him a 4th loan. I told her this is a VERY TOUGH situation. She should probably consider the 3 pervious loans as gifts as the odds are VERY LOW they will be paid back. I told her I think the best approach would be to tell him that after he paid back the previous loans, she would consider making him a new loan. I told her to be prepared from a bad reaction from him and also possibly from her daughter. If there are grand children involved, be prepared to hear you will not see your grand children again. I told Alice to think very carefully what she wanted to do. I predict if she made another loan, there will be a request for a 5th loan in the future. I hope I gave her good advice. However because she is moving halfway across the country (with no job the summer before her graduation just to hangout) she somehow thinks it is my problem/responsibility to go out there and visit her. However, I while she has been going to college in one state I have been going to college in another state (that's is half the amount of distance it is to where her boyfriend's new job is) and she has never visited me over the past 3 years I have been in school, but now suddenly I am supposed to go half way across the country to hangout with her because she is living with her boyfriend in the summer with no job for a grand total of 3 months. I have visited her at college several times and she has never done the same. She is a good friend from high school, but i just don't think I can put up with this and I'm wondering if I should forget her and move on. So Friday was senior banquet and I went with my friends but also ran into my guy friend and we talked for s liittle bit. Anyways they were serving chocolate ganache cake, chocolate cream pies, ice cream, cookies etc. anyways I told my friend that I was going to prank my guy friend just to be funny. When he was posing for the picture we had our Arms on each other s backs my friend handed the cake to his best guy friend who she was close to and hid friend snuck up behind him during the picture and splat shoved the cake right in his face!! Not really in an attractive way either. People think I'm in my mid 30's when they meet me anymore. It's pretty embarrassing to be honest when they ask me if I'm married and have kids and stuff and I need to tell them I'm only 22. I have crows feet under my eyes, bad forehead lines, receding hairline, noticeable receding hairline and bald spot, 5 o'clock shadow by noon, and really hairy arms and legs. The thing that's weird is it used to be the opposite. About 2 years ago people thought I was about 14 years old. When I would tell them my real age they thought I was lying. I actually got stopped by the police when I was 21 because they thought I was a minor and it was passed curfew. I don't smoke or do drugs and rarely drink so that can't be the case either. Any advice? |

| Question: How to deal with a liar? Posted: 22 Mar 2016 11:22 AM PDT There is a friend of mine that constantly lies. Not really in a sneaky way but in a social story telling kind of way. He's honestly has some issues. Nothing serious but he's real socially awkward and clumsy so he might have minor autism or aspergers. It's really annoying because he will lie even when he doesn't really need to. I could understand exaggerating a story to make it more interesting, but he will talk about things that are completely boring and uninteresting and it will be a complete made up story that never happened. [ For example. he will blab for about 30 minutes straight about how he saw a jacket that looked cool at the mall even though the jacket doesn't exist and he didn't even go to the mall. ] That the kind of things he will lie about. And I honestly think he believes his lies because if you call him out he gets all defensive and convinces himself he is telling the truth. | Question: Argument with family member, ADVICE? Posted: 22 Mar 2016 11:21 AM PDT My cousin and I recently hung out after a while of not seeing each other due to busy schedules, I invited her to my house to hang out and stay for a day so I picked her up (she didn't wanna drive, no problem) well the problem occurred when I took her little brother to his dmv appt. She got really agitated that we had to wait for him because she wanted go home, she would cut me off when i would speak to another person and totally act like I was invisible I asked her what the issue was and if she was ok she proceeded to say that she was irritated that she didnt wanna wait here, and then told me that if I wanted her to stop being rude that we never have to speak again I took her home and we haven't spoken since. Advice on how to address without causing further drama and confusion? btw we are both adults in our 20s For the record, I didn't invite her somewhere and then take her on an errand I did that on the day she was already going home. It made sense & it's HER little brother, I was helping him out. PLEASE DON"T ANSWER THE QUESTION IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ADVICE! |

He and I live in different states. I wanted to see him again while I was in his state last week. I sent him a text letting him know I was in town and he asked me for the address. I told him I would contact him once I got to the hotel. When I got to the hotel I asked him to come see me. He told me he was out of town but that he would be back the next day. I believe he said that because he had to work. Yet earlier that day he and I saw each other at the park. It wasn't planned we just so happened to be at the park at the same time. We walked right past each other and didn't speak then when he got far away he stopped and turned around he knew it was me. I was upset because he said he wouldn't meet me and he started calling me nonstop but I ignored his calls. Then I got drunk and wen off on him in text messages he called me again but I didn't answer. I think maybe he would have came to see me if I hadn't of acted the way I did. Update: I would like to go back and see him in the summer. |

We live in Lebanon (Middle East) and go to same school. I've got the feeling she is going bad. Why? I saw a snapchat video of her smoking a cigarette and an Instagram picture of her and some of her friends. There was a cigarette box on their table. She also has eight ear piercings on each ear. I also saw her drinking wine on someone's snapchat. When someone like me or one of my friends used to try to tell her hi, she wouldn't and wouldn't reply! What's wrong with her? | Question: Dealing with someone who's constantly late? Posted: 22 Mar 2016 08:34 AM PDT I have a friend who's CONSTANTLY late, I'm not talking 10-15 min either. It's usually 1-2 hours late. I always set a time at least a 1/2 hour before I really want to meet so she will "be on time" example today we planned to "meet" at 11:45 & she's already texted me asking if we could meet at noon & likely won't arrive there until 12:25/12:30 even though the location we are supposed to meet at is within walking distance from her house. It is starting to get on my nerves because I feel like people who are hi utility late aren't really "concerned" with others but just themselves. I've tried discussing her lateness with her but she becomes VERY defensive. Others around me refuse to associate with her due to her constant tardiness & lateness. |
