My girlfriend takes her cell phone with her everywhere, even in the bathroom or when she is taking a shower. I caught her lying a few times about some things regarding her ex husband. I don't think she's cheating. She said she didn't lie just forgot about some details and didn't think it was a big deal. Should I be concerned?

I'm 23, married a year to my wife. Met about a year before that at church and previously before that was a virgin. No kids. I'm 23 and married and I know this maybe a tmi for most people but I really need to ask. My husband and I have been married for four years now and in that four years sex was intense in the beginning but slowed down and became something we just did in attempt to start a family. I recently married a guy who lives in another country. 2 weeks after the wedding he went back. Phone is the only contact we have and he barely calls. We spoke 2 times in the last 10+ days and that too when I insisted. He is aware that I looked forward to in a marriage to connect and talk to the guy. Prior to getting married he would call almost daily. Now its only a good morning & night text which is very dry considering we are married not friends. I dont want to be a needy clingy girl but feel emotionally neglected, unloved ,strangely lonely something I never felt when single. It is incredibly painful that i am married to someone who could not even pick up the phone and want to speak to me for 5 mins. spending most days crying miserably and trying to accept my fate. So early in the marriage if he has no time or interest to form/keep a connection,will it last? He is good otherwise and usually nice kind to people around him but his lack of any interest is distancing me emotionally. I cant think of him as someone close. The relation is already strained &i cannot share my thoughts with him because on the one ocassion that i did, he accussed me of not being supportive and it turned into a very long winding complicated discussion driving us further apart. I dont know why i married someone who is both geographically and emotionally distant All i expect is he calling daily or at least alternate days for 5 mins. Are my expectations too high? I have been happily married for the last 3 years and have a 1 and half years old beautiful daughter. This woman is a recent divorcee with two kids (one is 6 years and the other is 3), joined us 7 months ago. She has been eyeing me up shortly after she joined and would make excuses just to talk to me. At first I ignored her but she wouldn t give up. why should they?

i want him to know that because of him i haven't gone out for 2 years other than to go get groceries and go to work. i want him to know that i'm scared of everything and i feel beyond worthless. i want him to know that for a long while i truly believed that i deserved all that pain and it wasn't until recently that i started thinking that even if someone is unattractive it's not ok to bully them and you should feel sorry for that person because if you bully them they'll be so sad that they might kill themselves. why would you be so mean to not give them any human value why would you want to make the little fun they have in life go away by destroying their self-value to the point where they don't feel like they can even have a peace of mind or have fun alone with their hobbies and projects. why would you attack someone who can't stand up for themselves would you maul a helpless animal. i understand that you are mentally ill and that you have many excuses maybe even somewhat good excuses but you're not so sick that you have zero concept of what's right and what's wrong because i know you are still able to distinguish the two and what you did was wrong and i don't think i'll ever get over what you did to me. you made me scared to be alive. and i feel even more sad that i'm too scared to send them this letter because they know things about me that could get me into trouble or could spread some sick lies so i'm not able to ever tell them this because i'm afraid of getting attacked and because he has some dirt on me.

Not as important as having good relatives? I mean, we all need aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, grandparents, etc. They make up who we are and a spouse comes second. It's nice to have a good spouse, but it's harder to find one and spouses come and go in this day and age so aren't relatives more important than a good spouse?
