My boyfriend got me a job at the same place he works at. I really enjoy it, but from the first day I worked there he started sending me rude messages how he doesn't wanna see me there and how he has to quit and he won't ever be able to forgive me because I won't quit. I really do not want to quit. I enjoy the job and the people who work there. It's been great for me and I barely talk to him there. The only time we talk is when he approaches me and mutters stuff like 'I suck at my job' under his breath. He makes me feel like complete junk when I work there which sucks because I really like working there and working with him doesn't bother me. But only when he is being nice to me. I don't know what to do. I don't really want to quit, but If I don't he will quit and blame it on me for losing his job. I don't know what to do. Be unhappy and get rid of my job and find a new one, or keep my job and be blamed for him quitting. BTW he is 18 and I am 20. Please help!

A few weeks ago we did a thing to get to know each other and I was paired with this girl and we seemed to like a lot of the same things it was wired. Yesterday in class we were playing a game to review for the midterm and we were supoosed to get into teams of two or three so this girl asked me to join her aand another girls group so I joined them. I talked to the one girl and we would talk but we didn't really look each other in the eye while we were talking we ocasionally glanced at each other. She was smiling every time I looked at her. so I'm going to try to keep this short, but it's kind of hard to. anyways, I've been married to my best friend for about three years and we've been together a total of 12 years. he was my first everything. I thought this was fate because we were friends when we were four years old and kept a steady friendship since then. well recently, another guy that was a huge part of my life re-entered it. he was my brother's best friend when we were kids and he had a rough home life, so he was always at my house because my mom figured it helped him get some stability in his life. he ended up moving away when we were teenagers and was gone until about two years ago when he moved back. as soon as I heard he was back in town, I felt this strange yearning in my heart for him and I wanted to see him. I bit those feelings back, though. so fast forward to now, and just this past January something INSANE happened. somehow this other guy and I ended up telling each other how we felt about each other (I honestly wasn't aware we shared the same feelings.) he told me that he's been in love with me since we were kids. he said that he always thought about me, even after he moved away and had a new life and friends. he said I was his escape when we were kids from the chaos of his life. we both feel that we're soulmates. I'm really, REALLY in love with this other guy. he's making me realize that I've just settled with my husband (we fight A LOT) and that maybe I deserve more. any suggestions?

We're both originally from Bosnia and both come from Muslim families. But Muslims in Bosnia are quite liberal. It depends from family to family but most people drink, most women are not covered. My gf doesn't drink but isn't covered. I, personally, am an atheist. But her faith is her own and as long as it doesn't interfere with us or that she is trying to convert me or something I don't really care. I live my life to the best of my ability and I have never needed God in my life. But each to their own. I love her very much and we do plan on getting married. However alcohol is a big issue. Hopefully I will have one wedding in my life and at that wedding I want to enjoy myself and if I want alcohol I think I should have it. Especially if I'm going to pay $20,000+. For her family it's a deal breaker. My family goes to the mosque twice a year, at ramadan. Most of her family pray 5 times/day. So there is a bit of a difference. But I think they are being judgmental @ssholes. Drinking a few beers now and then doesn't make you a bad person and just because drinks are available doesn't mean that you have to drink. Some of her family doesn't want to come if there is alcohol at the wedding. I suggested that we open up the bar at around 10-11 pm and those who are against drinking can then go home. But no that's no good. It has to be all or nothing. So basically we should all respect their opinion because it's a religious opinion but they can't respect other peoples views? Great...

I have not had sex yet but all my girlfriends have had sex, and they now laugh at me, and I do not understand why my generation is so obsessed by sex? I know girls who have had sex, and they have 12-13 years old, and already think they are women, why they start so early, what's the rush?

Okay so my boyfriend had/has depression. He started having depression during the end of our relationship. But he was embarrassed about being depressed (he wasnt always depressed ) . He ended the relationship we had because he "didn't want to make me unhappy and bring me down with him". We are both 16 and we were together for almost a year. They call me again with a NEW f*****g 844 number 5 times a day. I'm sick of receiving these calls for someone who I really don't want to be involved in. Please help me resolve this issue.

I am a 22 year old male. I had been dealing with major depression for the majority of my life. Growing up, I have always felt different from my peers, especially turning my teenage years. I started puberty very late, around 16/17 years old and its been a very slow process. I have always felt like girls don't like me, mostly because I was treated badly by females or treated as just a friend. When I came to college, my depression was at it's worse. I have abused alcohol and whatever drugs I can get my hands on. I am attracted to girls and like girls. But I also have thoughts about the same sex. In my drunken times, I have had a couple of sexual experiences with straight friends which have never ended well (I have lost most of them as friends as a result), I assume because of guilt. I have the same guilt but at the same time, I'm so desperate for human contact and the experience of sex, that I would have had sex with anyone. I really hate myself for having these gay experiences. I really want to have a girlfriend and I have attempted suicide a few times which sometimes has been triggered by the feeling of loneliness and not being attractive to women. From the outside, I feel that it would look like i'm gay or bisexual. But there are alot of factors involved here.

When I was a child my family and I went to a fair in our town. It was nothing much really, but it was fun. I went on this boat ride where it swung back and forth, getting higher and higher as it went. It was the first ride I went on, and while there I met a boy around my age. He asked if he could sit with me and, of course, I said yes. We ended up talking some during the ride. Mostly it was him trying to convince me to put my hands in the air and that I wasn't going to fall. Sometime during the ride, I loosened up and started screaming with the rest - I have to admit it was fun to do so. But my eyes met with a man on the ride and I stopped. He was sitting calmly, staring with a smile on his face. Our eyes met. He kept staring and smiling. I don't think he blinked once during that time. The smile wasn't a kind one. It was odd, if that makes any sense, and there was nothing in his eyes. They looked dead. No happiness, anger, nothing at all. His face was blank except for that smile. The boy and I eventually got off, but I wasn't having much fun anymore after that encounter. In the end the man left my mind after we went onto another ride where it spun around and we were strapped to the walls so we wouldn't get hurt. We went on that ride about four times - it was my favorite - but we finally stopped and moved on. We talked some more and I felt as though I could trust him. Maybe it was because we were around the same age. That trust left however when he tried to convince me to walk further into the fair grounds, away from my family. He kept saying we would be back before they noticed, but I felt odd about what was going on, so I excused myself and ran back to my mother. Thinking back on it, I never saw his parents and he never mentioned them although he asked about mine.

My girlfriend doesn't like my best friend (a girl) I known her for 4 years but we are very close and my gf which I've been with for 2 years thinks we had a thing in the past which we never did. I honestly treat my best friend like a sister I would never date her or try things. But what do I do? I feel really depressed in life like im not being as good as i wish i could be when i compare myself to others my age. Im 23 years old, single (since birth), live at home with my parents while working full time on $38k salary and studying part time at the same time in order to complete my final year bachelors degree thesis. I don't have any friends or any chance of a relationship as i study construction where its all men so i don't have any chance to meet any new women outside work and im always soo busy between my work and study commitments. I have $40,000 in savings and drive a basic year 2000 Toyota Corolla. Is this considered successful for my age or am i correct in thinking that im behind my peers for my age group?
