Posted: 03 Dec 2017 03:10 PM PST A close friend got me a present, and I'm being challenged to guess it's contents before Christmas, and I need help... It's a rectangular box, 18 X 33 X 4 inches, and weighs 30 lbs. She tells me that's it's something I use everyday even when not in use, requires assembly without tools. I'm stumped, don't want to lose, half tempted to just unwrap when she isn't looking and hope I don't get caught... Help please?
Question: Gender Studies: Is it just me, or do girls/women exaggerate the feelings of their partner? Posted: 03 Dec 2017 08:28 AM PST I'm a woman. I've noticed that a lot of girls/women who are in love say things like, "Our chemistry is off the charts," or "We're made for each other," or "Our connection is like no other," or "We have the best sex ever," or "He can have other women after me, but he knows that it will always be him and me," or "He's the love of my life, and I'm his," and so on and so forth. But I have a sneaking suspicion that, in many instances, it is more them that feel this way than their male partners. In fact, I bet a lot of their male partners don't hold these women in as high of a place in their minds/hearts as these women hold them. I feel like a lot of women get carried away once they're in love, and form a delusion of what their partner's feelings are. What is your opinion?

Question: Roommates girlfriend seems paranoid? Posted: 03 Dec 2017 05:04 AM PST Me and my boyfriend moved into an apartment w/ 3 other people. It's a four bedroom apartment. Anyway one of the guys who live there his girlfriend says people are making her feel uncomfortable heard them going to work when I was going to work they left their window open. Anyway people are telling me she might be jealous of me because there's another female in the house . 2 of the other roommates have told him to tell his gf to mind her business because she does not live there since she feels uncomfortable. Is it possible she is jealous of me and just using she feels uncomfortable? The way I see it leave when the bf goes to work and come back.
Posted: 03 Dec 2017 12:20 AM PST My gf of 2 years who I moved to a new city with 1 year ago is now a stripper making $2-3K a week. I drove us on settlement money from a crash and she went broke in the trip so I covered her for weeks. She's helped me since, buying dinners etc so I consider us "even". But now my boss is mismanaging their restaurant and ******* over workers. I'm owed over $2K and it made sick. I wanted to quit even without having something new. I was really wary that But my gf says " baby it's okay just quit, I got you. They're bad people Just leave." I was a bartender and I had a fake tooth I lost so now I have a missing tooth to make it worse. So I quit and now she says "I don't lender people money like that". I didn't think I'd need to ask her but it's been 2 weeks and rent is due and I'm $100 short. I'm depressed over the job search. she said she would pay me for an art show she in October but still hasn't and refused saying I shouldn't expect money (I didn't asked tho she just openly said she'd pay me and didn't (lied). People online say "don't lend your partner money" but in this situation-what the ****? She lied to me twice about paying me for work and didn't and now (she's has saved $10K at least in the last year since we moved here stripping) says she doesn't have the money, has to pay taxes etc. my concern is long term-if we got married and I got cancer someday how could I trust her? Am I wrong for wanting to smack her around and ******* move on with my life?
Question: I feel weird as hell...? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 10:24 PM PST Hey, so as long as I can remember I've been trying to act cute to get attention.. When I was 4 I started talking in a baby voice. But now I'm 19 and its so weird but I still kind of talk in this voice. But I only do it with my direct family... I think I can't just stop talking in this voice one day all of a sudden. I also like the different personality I have that comes along with it; its weird. Is this any kind of mental illness or no?
Posted: 02 Dec 2017 09:30 PM PST We are in college and I have 2 roommates. Both of whom I'm friendly with but not hanging out friends with. One of the roommates has her BF over every night. A lot of the time they take up the dining room table in which case I feel awkward being in the kitchen and can't eat at the table. I just noticed that he is here even when my roommate is not. What do I do? Do I ignore it?

Question: How do I come out to my parents? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 08:57 PM PST I'm a 15 year old boy and my twin sister knows that I'm gay, and every time I try to bring it up to my parent, I get so extremely nervous and afraid and scared. I watch shows like "The Real O'Neals" to see how the kid just comes out without thinking about it but I just get scared if I try. It's not even that I think they'll treat me differently, its that I think they'll treat me the same, but think of me differently and that I'll never know. Or even worse, they'll become awkward and withholding. Ughh... And I am not a stereotypically gay person, so I think I might blindside them? (I don't mean that offensively I just don't want them to be surprised. I really, really don't want them to be surprised. But at the same time, I don't want them to shrug it off and say they knew all along.) Wow, I have a lot of worries. And then I have to come out to my friends. Wow. One thing at a time.
Question: My boyfriend of 3 years Mom said this to me? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 08:49 PM PST I know the boyfriends mom can sometimes not like the woman her son is with, but my boyfriend's mom said she loved me, and jokingly told a friend of mine I was her daughter and that I was her sons woman. What does this mean?
Question: Would you cheat on your boyfriend? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 08:43 PM PST If a decent looking guy with 10k Instagram followers hit you up
Question: Why am I feeling so off today? :(? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 07:08 PM PST Not sure what's going on. I had a busy day today because I spent the day practicing/doing run throughs for a show I'm in. But I just felt really low. Like I usually love talking to people around me but today I couldn't bring myself to talk to people. I kind of sat on my own the whole day doing my own thing. Going through dance motions not really thinking. I don't think I was nervous about the show so I don't think that was the issue. But i feel really depressed right now. I was planning to go out for a show after party, but I feel like I can't function. I'm not even tired... I just feel like running outside and doing something dumb (kind of random.) But it's so exhausting being unable to function. Like I've tried everything to snap out of it but I can't. It's so frustrating. What is causing this? I pressed the snooze buttons more than usual this morning but other than that I don't know what changed.
Question: Friend wants to get job but her disgusting welfare mother won't let her? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 06:46 PM PST Basically my friends mom is a welfare queen? She won't work because she hates interacting with people out of her religion.. JEHOVA WITNESS. It's the craziest thing I've ever heard of. Why are people so stupid? My friend was to get a job but her mother threatened her, and says she won't love her if she does.
| Question: Why would she do that for me? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 06:43 PM PST Ive become best friends with this girl (im a girl too) this past year. She knows i collect wind chimes. | Question: Should I leave a note on his car? Posted: 02 Dec 2017 05:30 PM PST I am a 31 year old woman and there is a guy that works in the same building as me and he used to park next to me but we got moved to a different parking lot recently and do not park next to each other anymore. We still park pretty close in the new parking lot and I see his truck everyday. The thing is that we work on separate floors and only see each other some days which are maybe once a week when we are getting to work and parking. I have noticed him staring at me several times, in the old lot and now in the new lot. I am really attracted to him. He has held the door for me before and smiled at me. I want to talk to him but its hard because we don t ever see each other. There was a pair of headphones on the ground by his truck the other day when i was walking to my car and i picked them up because they were nice and didnt want someone to run over them. They very well could be his that he accidentally dropped since he carries a backpack into work. I was thinking about leaving a note on his truck telling him that i found a pair of headphones that i think might belong to him. I don t want to come across as weird at all, but i thought maybe this would be a good way to break the ice. Does this seem like a good idea? |
Posted: 02 Dec 2017 05:08 PM PST My husband started crying tonight and told me he slept with another woman in the beginning of our marriage. He slept with her when we had been married for four months, then after we had been married for a year and a half....she didn't know we were married. He broke down tonight and told me about it. It's been two years since he first slept with her, but he says he feels so guilty he had to tell me. He says he regrets it more then anything, he liked her before we got married and he acted on it he says the other woman never found out about me he quit seeing her the second time they slept together, please help? I'm hurt by this
