My boyfriend proposed to me today and I am so happy I really love him. Just a couple of months ago we went engagement ring shopping and I showed him a lot f designs I really liked and left it up to him to pick the ring because I wanted to be surprised. I was surprised alright, because the ring he chose it beautiful but not me at all. I really wanted a simple ring and he got me lots of grits and glamour. When he proposed I was excited and all I could think about was him but now I am looking the ring and I really just want to cry just looking at it because it's nothing like I wanted. I feel like a total ***** and I just want to love the ring so much so I am going to give it a week or two but I am just really sad he would pick something like that even after all the styles I showed him I liked. Should I say something to him or not and if so how should I put it, I know he really put his heart into finding the ring one and I asked my mom and she said to not say anything but I get so sad looking at it.
