We didn't talk till Sun when I asked for my belongings. Everytime we argue he breaks up with me then comes back. He is 32 n I'm 24. He got fired on thurs and said he was stressed about finding a job and I didn't make it better. Everything is always my fault. We we talking about me miscarrying and getting ppd and he just ignores my feelings. When we met he was all for family and kids and wanted me off BC. I didn't call him back to back so idk why he would change his #. Phone rings 3 times and Says, the # u have called is not in service has been disconnected or changed ....." can that mean he didn't pay his bill? When I call blocked it just rings. He still has some of my things and knows where I live. Idk how to feel cause he has never done this before although made threats but we always good cause he said he loves me and I feel he does. After a week, an old friend, QUIET, found out that we weren't dating and confessed to me. He'd been on my radar for awhile and I wished he said something before LOUD and I talked. Now LOUD and QUIET are friends. If I were to date QUIET, I'd be doing what my friends did to me even though I'm over it. But it's dangerous, isn't it? A guy at school just will not stop his endless quest to be cool, but he just comes off as a complete idiot. Every time he enters the room, he just constantly throws around unnecessary comments, and it's super tiring. My friends seem to want to be respected by him though. He's confident in the **** he does, so I guess people perceive it as a good thing? One of my close friends is friends with the douche too, so it's pretty hard to avoid him. How should I deal with this guy without completely snapping or alienating my friends? I'm scared they'll choose his approval over my friendship if I call him out or tell him to **** off. I told her that it was a draft and that she would be fine, but she kept saying that she wouldn't. Then she took her frustration out on me by saying my topic was easier, and she would ask me questions and then be like- "wait, you probably wouldn't know, why am I asking you?" She also wants me to help her with the draft, and I told her that if she wanted my help she shouldn't be mean to me. She claimed that I was being mean to her and that I had an obligation to help her (I don't know why it's an obligation, but okay) and that she's allowed to act like this because of her bad grade. I told her that 1) I wasn't asking for her help on my paper, or demanding anything from her like she was from me and 2) she was taking her anger out on me. She denied it, then said she doesn't want to talk to me anymore and is giving me the silent treatment. What should I do now? Just ignore her and refuse to help her on her paper until she talks to me again? I can't talk to her because she just ignores if I try. I thought it was kind of mean of me to say that I didn't need her help while she was asking for mine, but at the same time I know that if I apologize she'll keep up with the silent treatment anyway (she's done this before) + I don't want to condition her into thinking that it's okay for her to demand things from me and act rude to me. So before the argument we made brownies together, and by the time the oven went off I asked her if she wanted to check them with me and she ignored me. So I took them out and checked them myself, and I thought they were done and they tasted fine to me. Later she and our other friend ate some, and she blamed me for them being 'undercooked' and said I had cooked them 10 minutes less than the recommended time (it was actually by 3 minutes). I called her out for not helping and now she's madder... Also, she said the above things to our mutual friend, I was just in the next room and could hear all of it... At all the schools I've gone to I've been very friendly with everyone, and considered many people to be friends. However I have never had a friendship that existed outside of school, work, or church. What I mean by that is that we hang out while we're at whatever it is that we see each at, and consider each other to be friends, but we have absolutely no contact outside of whatever it is. I've tried texting people before, but for whatever reason, despite everyone liking to hangout with me, they don't seem like to text me. This has always been very annoying because I've moved often as a kid, and so despite the ease of communication in this day and age, I've always lost all of my friends every time. What also sucks is when I share friends with my brother, and everyone continues to text him, but never me. So why is it that people who consider me to be their friend in person, have no interest in a relationship outside of where we usually meet? |

Yesterday she went to the social workers office and started crying, explaining that it's hard for her to go to school without her crying, feeling sick, etc. So at the end of their talk the social worker said she understands and she gave her a number to a family service clinic because she thinks my friend has anxiety. When my friend brought it up to her mom she yelled at her for crying to the social worker even though she couldn't help it. | Question: How do I tell my best friend I’m moving schools? HELP!? Posted: 12 Dec 2017 04:31 AM PST She is so quiet and shy and I'm her only friend in her classes (she told me that) and I know she will be so sad and the only reason I'd consider staying is so I wouldn't have to leave her. But I need to homeschool for medical reasons. She knows we can stay in touch but it's different because it's not like I can walk in the hallways with her when I'm at home and she's at school :( I need a VERY subtle way to tell her. I may go on FaceTime with 2 friends at once (the other I don't have classes with so I don't think she will be upset, and I live really close to her we can walk to eachother) and I'd tell them both there because idk if I can do it at school... so what do I say without getting to cheesy and how do I lighten the mood? |

Posted: 12 Dec 2017 03:59 AM PST apparently.. a close friend ( that isn't even a close friend but i depend on her only ) hangs out with my enemy, what should i do? before they hung out together, i told her that my enemy and i fought and she replied unconcernly via whatapp... like wtf?? is she being fake? she lowkey change when i switch my friends but because i understand how it feels to be alone ( even tho she wasnt alone.. ) i decided to chat with her online but her reply is so darn cold like....she wasn't someone i known before? she was kindd and stuff but like now she don't even help me much.. i hate humans omg i like my friend when she was kind and all that but she started leaving me out, i helped her but i don't tell her my problems because i'm afraid that i would burden her. i might be fake and all , but lets face it, all of us are fake at one point.. i have no clue why she change and all but i rather she change for a better self than being unnatural and all. i geniunely care for her like seriously. |

I really would love to connect with others and make meaningful relationships, but I feel like I don't fit in anywhere. I've tried opening up and talking to others, but every time people end up misunderstanding me and my intentions. They assume things like I'm not like them, and exclude me or they make fun of me because I have a unique personality, or they make fun of my natural hair. So then I get mad and clap back and then it just makes more people misunderstand me as a bully. I am actually a really loyal person, don't judge people based on their looks, and would love having a diverse friend group. I would love to have friends of different religions, races, social statuses, backgrounds, communities, rich, poor, middle class. I want to be a well rounded individual with knowledge about other people's walks of life. So then I decide to keep to myself in social situations, but then people start to assume I'm stuck up, and think I'm better than everyone and don't want to associate with me. I mean, I know don't stick out or anything because people who don't really know me think I'm pretty, smart, and have a lot of friends, and then are shocked when I tell them I don't. And I'm a young 20-year-old girl. There's no happy medium, it's either I socialize and get a bad label or keep to myself and get my feelings hurt. I'm so tired and the thought of living peacefully in heaven with my creator who won't misunderstand me really appeals to me. |

I mean the face and body you were born with. I just find that most of the popular girls are really pretty. And its almost as if people respect pretty people more :( Like if a quiet, average looking girl talks to a pretty, outspoken girl, she talks to them with a meh expression. But then another pretty, popular girl comes along and suddenly she puts on this big smile and laughs at everything she says. It seems like those pretty girls put more of an effort when talking to popular girls but almost no effort to talk to us "average" girls. I really hate it ugh. |

My friend is supposed to be my assistant director, but she started trying to take over. I was appointed as the director by her dad because I have more knowledge of big productions. But she started ordering my actors as well as me around. But everything that she has been saying about the team so far I completely agree with. One time she said she didn't want ME to announce the skit because I did it twice in a row. I only did it because no one else would. But I even told my friend that I wanted one of my other actors to do it this time. But in front of my team, she made it that it was an order to me that I couldn't do it. I was even going to say some of it, but she bet me to it. On the FB page I created she put her email as the contact even though I should be the first to contact if anyone wants to join. I hate to say but she is very prideful. How do I get her to remember that I'm the director without outright saying it? If I call her out on it, her pride IS going to get in the way, and she WILL get defensive and blow me off. I am very passionate about this team. And I don't want to ruin our long friendship-But this won't work. I forgot to mention that she plans practices and doesn't tell me. I get the information from one of my actors. But every week she is always the last one there anyway. I'm always the first one there. I have to open the building we practice in. |

We were all split into groups of 4. We had to choose a team captain, so I asked if I could be the captain over a group chat. I'm really good friends with 2 of the other girls (Mehwish and Maryam). They were happy to let me be the team captain. But the other girl, Leena, told Mehwish to tell me "Tell Iman (me) that just cuz she's team cap doesn't mean anything! All she has to do is report our stuff to Deepali (our club president)" Like, ouch! Why was she so mean? Why are some (of course not all) teenage girls so mean? It isn't like I was being cocky. All I said on that group chat was if I could be team captain, and if anyone had any ideas for the team name they could tell me. LIKE JEEZ. Maybe she's jealous?? I doubt it tho. She's just straight-up evil So back to my question. Why are some girls mean? I'd like a former "mean" girl to answer. What was going through your head when you said mean things?
