I have mostly male friends, so it was only natural for me to ask them to stand with me. We picked our wedding parties about 2 weeks ago, and we ended up with me having 4 boys and 2 girls and her having an all-female party minus her brother. Now I in particular don't know what to do. Was it a bad choice having mostly men? I can't go around saying "This is John, he's my bridesmaid" because that would just sound awkward. And how do we plan things, like what can everyone wear/do that won't make my boys feel emasculated? And what about getting ready? Does everyone change together? The wedding itself will be in July. Any feedback/suggestions would be helpful.
