we been together for a year now, we live together and I have to kids but they arte not his, we are talking about getting married and I always had the thought of someone asking me all cute and the whole kneeling thing but I feel like he is not going to do it, so I want to propose, should I?

We have been together for some time and have lived together for a year or so and we have decided we want to get married but want to wait until he has gone for training, so he can focus on the big stuff right now. I have done a very large amount of research and I know all of the ins and outs of the phases before and after buds and training. I read he only gets 30 days of leave a year. So if we were to get married during a portion of his leave, when could I expect to be going with him where he goes? Will it be a year or 2 ? What is his last phase that I would have to wait on before I get to go with him and live with him again ?
